然后是十五分钟的等待，柴老师说这叫醒面。

接下来，柴老师就像变魔术似的。她拿起小被子，将它竖起来立在桌子上，再用手一按，小被子变短了一截。再用擀面杖压成椭圆形，然后又卷起来变成一床床小棉被。“竖、立、压、卷”四步，你会了吗？

然后又是十五分钟的醒面。

最后，将小被子竖起来压扁，再用擀面杖压成圆形，放一勺榨菜鲜肉包进去，就可以进烤箱了。为了让月饼更香更漂亮，烤5分钟后，涂一层蛋黄，再放进烤箱烤20分钟。
