中秋节，家家户户都团圆，当然我们家也不例外，于是我们一家三口到奶奶那过中秋团圆节。

那天中秋夜，我和爸妈、奶奶、伯伯、伯妈、姐姐一起搬桌子拿椅子到楼顶的天台上举行了一场别开生面的中秋晚会。

大会第一项：背诵诗歌大赛。

开始比赛了，我先诵诗：于是我拿出我最拿手的诗《静夜思》背诵了起来。

床前明月光，疑是地上霜。举头望明月，低头思故乡。

在不知不觉中已经十点多了，我们也下了天台，睡在床上，我想今天可真是一个难忘的中秋夜啊！

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

building， the P.E.room is on the first floor. The library is on the second

floor. The science rooms are on the third floor. The computer rooms are on the

third floor and the fourth floor. The music rooms are on the third floor and the

fourth floor. My class room is on the fifth floor. I am in Class9， Grade 6.

There are five gardens in our school. In the gardens there are many beautiful

flowers， grass and trees. There is a big playground in my school.

Our life occur a lot of things nearly every day. Some we may forget and some we may remember. There is one thing I won’t forget forever. It is the birth of my little sister. Before she comes to the world, I have imagined thousand times what she looks. In fact, although I have guessed so many times, I still couldn’t hit the point. I never know that a newborn child will be so tiny and wrinkle. But she just likes an angel. Seeing her, I feel my heart get warm right away. I couldn’t forget the moment I saw her.

As the only child in my family, I know how much effort my parents put upon me, therefore I want to do something for my parents .I can give them hugs and kisses when they get home after a day of hard work. Then, I will take their slippers for them. I cant cook, but I can always help my mather wash the dishes. In our English Class, we often have group activities. There are usually three or four students in one group. In my opinion, the group activities help us study English better. First of all, we should know what the task is all about and how we will do it. Second, we have to make ourselves understood that what we try to conevy.

We should know that each group member should play a different role and students should work together.

If we have any questions, we should turn to our teacher for help.

I Like Basketball

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to cooperate with others in this game.
