随着现代工业的发展，自然环境却遭受到愈来愈严重的破坏。大气污染，水污染，陆地污染……因为这些自然环境受到了污染定的关系，以致灾难接二连三的出现在我们的面前，这些灾难不正是地球母亲对我们人类污染环境做出的惩罚。

在每次的灾难中，许多曾经美好的家园消失了，恩爱的家庭破碎了，也再一次警醒人们，我们今天居住的地球，其实是非常脆弱的，隐藏着许多不可预测的风险。

这些年来，相信大家都对保护环境这一主题都很熟悉了吧?但是又有谁真正的做到呢? 让我们一起爱护我们这美丽的家园。在我们爱护这个美丽的家园的同时我们也在爱护我们自己。

环境保护，并不仅仅是对野生动物、生态、空气、水的保护。

例如： 当看到水龙头在滴水时，要顺手关上。上街买菜自带环保袋、不使用一次性筷子、少开一天车，坐一回公交车……等等。

环保,养成良好的习惯，从身边的小事做起!我相信 ,在我们整个人类的努力下，地球母亲会在一次的还给我们一个迷人又美丽的蔚蓝的天空。

一天，我正在写作业，一阵狂风刮来，刮得我东倒西歪。我想抓住一个东西，但只是抓住了一瓶矿泉水。“呼”地一下我被刮走了。

当我醒来的时候，发现我正在一片荒芜人烟的沙漠上。感觉口渴难耐，我连忙喝了一口矿泉水，站起来往东走。夕阳西下的时候，终于走进了一个城市。我在一个小店住了下来，这里什么都有，只是缺乏水和水果，我感到很奇怪。

忽然，店主看到了我手里的半瓶矿泉水，他竟然愿意拿两万元买走。我十分惊诧：“你们这是怎么了？花这么多钱买一点水……”他没有回答，只是让我跟着他走，我们俩到了城市的边上，那里有一条河，上面布满了垃圾。他终于开口了，声音低得出奇：“唉！我们这里本是一个风景秀美的城市，可是四十年前工厂越开越多，把污水都排到了河中，河水慢慢变的又黑又臭。居民也不注意保护环境，把垃圾也倒入河中，滥伐树木，很多东西都慢慢消失了。本来我们还有点儿水，后来的一场沙尘暴淹没了所有的水源，现在水贵如金啊！”我望着无边无际的沙漠陷入了沉思……

“起床啦，起床啦！”妈妈的叫声把我从梦里惊醒了。我一翻身起床跑到卫生间，赶快打开水龙头，一看水还在，又抬头往窗外一看，树木还在，我这才长吁了一口气。

这虽然是梦，但值得让人深思啊！我想对大家说：地球是我们的母亲，过多地掠夺和破坏等于自取灭亡！

Earth Hour is an activity proposed by WWF to cope with global climate change, hoping that individuals, communities, businesses and governments turn off lights from 20:30 to 21:30 on the last Saturday of March each year, to show their support to action on climate change. This is a global activity that spreads all over the world quickly after it started in Sydney in 2007.Earth Hour aims to make people aware of the threat posed by climate change and make them aware of a small movement of personal and corporate will have profound impact to the environment.

Many citizens consciously turn off lights in the hour and they go out for a walk or some friends gather together to have fun. In college, students will hold some activities to attract students out of dormitory. Earth Hour has variety of activities, but the ultimate goal is the same, that is focusing on climate change and protecting the environment for individuals.

在中国，有很多城市参加了这项活动，特别是大城市，比如北京，上海和广州。很多市民在这期间有意识的关灯，他们出去散步或者和朋友聚在一起玩。在大学里，学生们也举行了一些活动吸引学生离开宿舍。地球一小时有多种活动，但是最终的目的都是一样的，都是关注气候变化和保护环境。

同学们，我们都有一个家，也都爱自己的家，可是，你是否知道我们有一个共同的家呢?那就是地球，地球就是我们共同的家。草木葱茏，绿树成荫，鸟语花香，空气清新是我们梦寐以求的家园。地球是人类唯一居住的地方，人类要在地球上安居乐业，就要爱护地球，保护环境，维持生态平衡。”天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊“多么美的一首诗啊!一下子就把我们带到了大自然风光的遐想中，那么美丽和谐，那么生机昂然，可是现在，人类以飞快的速度”改造“着大自然，一片片树林倒下，一块块绿地消失，一座座高楼建起，一条条污水流出，我们的生存环境遭到了严重的破坏。难道这还不足以警示我们，保护环境已经刻不容缓?

今天当我们面对我们曾经美丽的家时，你还能说些什么呢?那时蔚蓝的天空是生活中多么绚丽的一道风景，如今，在灰色的重围中洁净的天空成了人们心中们梦萦的一种渴望。电视里曾报道过有这样一个小村庄：那里曾经是青山环抱，绿水长流，但是，那里的人们却没有意识到环境的重要，他们乱砍乱伐，毁林开荒。渐渐地，森林不见了，小溪干了，井水枯了。现在他们每天用很少的水洗脸，然后洗脚，最后还小心翼翼地倒进一个大缸里——留着浇地呀!

同学们，让我们从身边的一点一滴的小事做起，多植树造林，爱护周围的一草一木，携手保护我们的家园，自然会给人类应有的回报。在温暖的摇篮——草原上小憩;在慈祥的笑脸——天空下成长，在爱的源泉——河流中沐浴。

同学们，人类只有一个地球，地球就是我们共同的家，让我们从身边的一点一滴做起，一起来保护地球，共建一个绿色家园!

我看儿童系列电视剧《十二楼的流星雨》有一集是关于保护环境的，星儿（蔡星儿）还有夏雨、刘流他们个个把服装和帽子搞得很奇怪。星儿头上戴着黄帽子，身上披着紫披风；夏雨戴着黑眼镜，身上的穿着很奇怪；刘流呢？更搞笑了，他呀，头上扎个黄色蝴蝶结，身上也披着一件黄色的披风，很好玩。他们看见他们小区的大人们可不爱护环境了，他们决定对大人们做一点小惩罚。他们三个好朋友，先对一个乱扔香蕉皮的阿姨做惩罚，阿姨扔了香蕉皮就走了，正巧阿姨拎着一个篮子，他们就把香蕉皮悄悄地放进她拎的篮子里。阿姨走了后，星儿的小叔又出现了，他又乱扔垃圾，星儿和奶奶早就说了很多遍可是小叔还是不听，这次又在乱扔垃圾，小伙伴们看见了，他们决定对他进行惩罚，他们三个每人拿来一个喷水壶，对着小叔喷水，小叔不一会儿就变成了“落汤鸡”看他下次还敢不敢再乱扔垃圾了。

我觉得，奥运会要来了，我们应该为奥运会做一点力所能及的小事，保护我们的环境，保护整个地球，为绿色奥运做一点事情。

我深深地感受到，保护地球是多么地重要，所以，我们该从自我做起，每次开水龙头，都要记住：水资源是有限的，每一滴水都非常的珍贵，我们应该节约用水。用完水之后要关紧水龙头，不让它滴一滴水。如果你的爸爸或者其他亲戚是打猎者，请劝阻他，让他不要打猎，因为许多珍贵的鸟类或动物没有了，那就会破环生态平衡，破环周遭。

路旁的小花小草不要随便去踩它们，因为它们也是有生命的。走在大街上，我们不能随地吐痰，这样会多一些不卫生的细菌，污染空气。我们买菜时，应该多用绿色袋子，不要用一次性袋子，那样可以保护我们的环境卫生……有许许多多的身边小事都要我们去注意，去爱护的。

这些都是我们自我做起的常识，我已经感受到了地球母亲狰狞的面目，所以我们要精心保护地球母亲保护她的生态环境!让地球母亲更好地造福于我们的子孙后代吧!

眼睛是心灵的窗口，是获得各种知识的重要途径。生活中我们处处都离不开眼睛，如果没有眼睛，世界将会变得一片黑暗，如果我们的眼睛出了问题，学习和生活将会遇到很多困难。尽管这样，我们有很多人还是不爱惜眼睛。在我的周围，已经有越来越多的同学带上了“小眼镜儿”，我的视力也逐渐下降，后来被医生诊断为假性近视。所以，保护眼睛这一点也被越来越多的人们重视起来。

在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!
