我摇摇头，果断地拒绝:“不行，我们的水太少了，不够他们生存，如果只派发需要的人，那么一定会有许多人来抢水，这样一来，事态就更糟了，这件事以后再看吧！”我深深地叹了口气，要不要把事情的真相告诉人们呢？

停水仅仅过了三个星期，就有许多人奄奄一息了，有的人还到乡间去，希望那里有水源，可他们一个个都徒劳而返，无一例外。乡间的小溪都被污染成了黑色，要么上面浮了一层绿色的浮毛，看得人一阵恶寒……

一些大老板都后悔莫及：当初怎么会办一些工厂，没有那些工厂，水资源就有不会这么匮乏了，没有汽车尾气的肆意横行，又怎么会有酸雨破坏水源？那些人们都已经知道错了，可现在后悔又有什么用呢？

到了第四个星期，有人开始抱怨天气为什么不下雨——以前他们都巴不得天晴，人们开始想方设法地找水源喝。以前开玩笑的人也笑不起来，他们深知自己以前做过什么，更有的人抓着闹钟不放，想看着还有多长的时间才来水。甚至有的人已陷入了昏迷，整个世界一片死气沉沉，花草叶枯黄，没有以往生机勃勃的模样。我望着天上火热的太阳，快了，快了，只剩下一个下午就可以来水了，希望他们是真的意识到自己错了，不然地球真会毁于一旦……
