在生活中，仍有很多人在乱砍伐树木，有一本书上写着这样一个故事：有几个人在砍树，半天就砍完一片森林，旁边有一个人，半天连一棵树都没栽下。要知道，环境对于人类来说是多么重要啊!我们破坏了环境，可是遭到报应的还是自己，仔细想想，多么不应该呀!

我是一棵挺拔、健壮、苗条并有着尊严的树。不过，我现在得放下我的尊严，求你们人类一件事，那就是：别在伤害我们树木了!!!为什麽我要这样说呢?你们看了下文就知道了!

在很久很久以前，人类和树木还亲如一家子，和和睦睦的共同相处。可事情竟然就在这种环境下发生了!有一天，有一个人类，也就是中国的蔡伦发现了我们树木可以用来造纸，便告诉了全世界。搞得有好多好多人到树林里去砍我们用来做纸。过了很久很久以后，人类才意识到我们树木有多麽重要，现在才来保护我们。

你可能会说，树有什麽好保护的?没有树，我照样活得好好的!既然你不知道我们树的用处，做为一棵树，我当然要给你讲一讲树的好处啦!

第一、我们家族的无患树可以在极度贫瘠的不毛之地上迅速生长。几乎不选择土壤，只要是不积水的土地均适合。它水量少，异常耐旱，被公认为抵抗土地沙漠化的最佳树种。发生森林大火后，即使树干被焚毁，根部也可萌发嫩芽迅速长成大树呢!第二、我们树木能为你们人类调节气候，保持生态平衡。树木通过光合作用，吸进二氧化碳，吐出氧气，使空气清洁，新鲜。一亩树林放出的氧气能供你们65人呼吸。第三、我们树能为你们防风固沙，涵养水土，还能吸收各种粉尘，一亩树林一年可吸收各种粉尘20—60吨。第四、树林能减少噪音污染。40米宽的林带可减弱噪音10—15分贝。第五、树木的分泌物能杀死细菌。空地每立方米空气中有3，4万个细菌，森林里只有3，4百个。第六、我们树还能帮你们控制山上的泥石流，使山上的农民安安全全的……

这下你们明白了吧!我们树啊，是对你们人类有帮助的。如果没有树，你们人类的氧气说不定就不够了呢!说起来，你们人类还得谢谢我们呢!不过，现在我要的不是谢谢，而是请你们对我们树好一点。这样，我们又能像以前成为好朋友了!地球上的环境肯定又会变成以前一样好!!让我们一起为这个梦想而努力吧!
