《三字经》里说过，“人之初，性本善，性相近，习相远。”意思就是说：每个人生下来性格都是善良的，但渐渐地，后天的养成使人们差距越来越远。我们现在的好习惯都是由父母公婆养成的，但如今的社会，却很少有人意识到，我们应该感谢父母，这都是大家渐忘中华传统文化而造成的。

又一个九九重阳节来到，我去滨江路转悠了一圈，希望能看到和重阳节有关的事情，哪怕只有一点点，可是没有。我大失所望，难道重阳节真的已被人们忘却了？正准备失望而归，没想到，惊喜出现了，一个大约五十岁的叔叔搀扶着一位老奶奶向我走来，“小朋友，帮我和我妈妈拍个照吧，谢谢！”我拿起手机，仔细认真的调整好角度，手机的方框里，一位叔叔和一位奶奶，扬起灿烂的笑容。我欣慰不已。

重阳节，是我们祖国优秀的文化遗产，我们应该铭记在心，不该淡忘！

今天是农历九月初九，是我国传统的重阳节。九九重阳，因为与“久久”同音，有生命长久、健康长寿的寓意，所以我国一些地方把这一日定为“老人节”，倡导全社会树立尊老、敬老、爱老、助老的风气。

尊老、敬老、爱老、助老是我们中华民族的传统美德，是先辈传承下来的宝贵精神财富。在我们源远流长、博大精深的传统文化中，重视人伦道德、讲究家庭和睦是我们文化传统中的精华，也是中华民族强大凝聚力与亲和力的具体体现。中国古代就有“卧冰求鲤”、“亲尝汤药”等二十四孝故事。

在漫长的历史长河中，中华民族在养老、敬老方面曾涌现过无数美丽动人的故事，扇枕暖被的黄香，彩衣娱亲的老莱子，舍身护父的潘综，锅巴奉母的陈遗??

毛泽东主席是尊老敬老的楷模。1959年，毛主席回到了阔别多年的故乡韶山。在短暂逗留的日子里，他特地请家乡的老人吃饭，并向大家敬酒，有位老人说："主席敬酒，岂敢岂敢。"毛主席说："敬老尊贤，应该应该。"一时传为佳话。

老人，是我们的长辈，他们辛勤劳动了一辈子，为社会做出了一定的贡献，并在长期的实践中积累了丰富的知识和经验。所以，尊敬老人既是对老人的关心与照顾，又是继承前辈们"财富"的需要。

老人，为社会奉献，为家庭奉献，是知识的宝库，是智慧的宝库，

不仅养育我们，还以言传和身教向我们传播做人的道理，虽然我们有时候感觉老人家们知识陈旧、思维方式过于正统古板，但是，老人依然是我们心灵的最后的最坚定的依托，我们在现实中碰壁之后，返璞归真，依然会感受到老人家们传承的是至理名言，依然会感受到属于我们民族的内蕴的品质和理念是不能放弃的。这是我们民族的魂，经由老人们，再经由我们，一代一代传承。引导我们的民族生生不息，引导我们的民族巍然屹立于世界民族之林。

关爱老人，就从自己做起，从身边事情做起，从现在做起。 但是，我们也必须看到，受商品经济大潮及西方文化的影响，传统的价值观受到巨大的冲击，"敬老、养老"在许多人思想上已日见淡薄，他们放弃了做人的起码道德，不仅不养老、敬老，甚至发展到虐待、杀害老人的地步，其行为之野蛮残酷令人发指。

"身体发肤，受之父母"，一个人依托父母来到这个世界上，同时又要依靠父母的辛勤养育才能长大成人。孩子长大后，作为对父母养育之恩的回报，赡养和孝敬父母乃顺理成章之事，"谁言寸草心，报得三春晖"，既为人子，对父母行孝道应是最起码的行为标准，焉能丧心病狂虐待老人呢？

俗话说：“敬老得老”。

隋朝的时候，有一位活到一百多岁的出家人，他深解法华经微妙深奥的义理，曾经告诉大众说：“贫僧尊敬老人，就和尊敬自己的父母一样，事奉他们，就如同事奉菩萨一样；凡是我能力所及可以做到的事情，我没有不尽心尽力的去做。贫僧今生能够通达佛法，而且活

得那么久，都是因为敬老的缘故啊！” 心律开示：心存感恩之心，报答父母的养育之恩，是做人的基本；老吾老以及人之老，以孝顺自己父母的心对待天下的老人，是为大孝。

尊老敬老是中华民族的优良传统，是中华民族的传统美德，一到农历九月初九这一天，我就会不自主的哼起一首歌：

陪同爱人常回家看看

妈妈准备了一些唠叨

爸爸张罗了一桌好饭

到了下午，楼梯上的水干了，我想隔壁的爷爷、奶奶看见了，心里一定很高兴，看着扫干净的楼梯，我的心里有一丝丝的甜意。

虽然外公外婆、爷爷不在我的眼前，我不能够在他们面前做一些孝顺他们的事，但是我依然得帮助爸爸妈妈做一些我力所能及的家务事以儆效尤！那我也已经打电话给他们了，也祝他们重阳节快乐！

既然我要做一些力所能及的事情。我便坐在冰冷的板凳上冥思苦想。刚好这个时候妈妈要去洗衣服了，还带了我的一双鞋子，我便想：既然妈妈不让我洗衣服，那我就帮妈妈洗那一双鞋吧。说实话，那实际上是帮我自己洗一双鞋！

自己想不如自己做，于是我便用实际行动来表明。我急忙跑下楼，对妈妈说，妈妈，我想帮你洗一双鞋，行吗，这样也算我帮外公外婆做一件家务事吧！妈妈犹豫了一会儿，但还是答应了。等妈妈洗完了衣服，我便开始洗自己的鞋子。

以前妈妈教过我，要洗鞋子，得先把鞋里的袜子拿出来洗。我拿出袜子，觉得臭极了，我想：爸爸妈妈是多么的关爱我啊，虽然我的袜子那么臭，但是依然帮我洗，这多么伟大啊。我得感谢他们！我洗好了袜子之后，把鞋垫拿出来洗，鞋垫很容易洗，两面都放点洗衣粉，两个一起刷，一下就搞定了。

接下来就是鞋子本身了。鞋子我穿了很长时间，本来很白的一双鞋，现在变得黑不溜秋。但是爸爸妈妈以前仍然不厌其烦的把我的鞋子洗的干干净净。真的对我很关爱，我真的不应该天天惹他们生气，不然我岂不是辜负了他们对我的用心良苦！

我拿了些洗衣粉，先抹在鞋子外面，在拿刷子用力的刷，好不容易才把这只鞋子的外表洗好。继而，我又弄了些洗衣粉抹在鞋子的里面，然后先把刷子放在鞋里，用力地左刷刷，右刷刷，上刷刷，下刷刷，费经心思才把这一只鞋子洗完呢！我也感到了爸爸妈妈的洗鞋的不容易！

重阳敬老，这是中华民族几千年来的品德。说到这里，我想起了一句诗“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲”！

一年一度的九月初九重阳节马上就要到了，这是我国传统的爱老敬老的节日，为了从小培养宝宝们尊老、爱老、敬老、助老的良好品德，同时让宝宝们的“隔代家长们”过上一个有意义的老人节，体验亲情的快乐。幼儿园定于重阳节当天举办以“关爱老人，感恩父母”祖孙同乐为主题的包饺子活动，届时邀请宝宝的爷爷或奶奶，外公或外婆来园参加活动，让宝宝们体验与老人间的浓浓亲情，并用行动来表达自己对爷爷、奶奶的爱，传承中华民族的传统美德。
