某一天，一个国家想要来攻打"杀老国"，有个大臣知道"杀老国"没有老人，就提议：不如，拿一条雄蛇和一条雌蛇混合在一起，让他们在三天之内分辨出哪条是雄的，哪条是雌的，不然就投降。于是，使者拿了蛇来到了"杀老国"。

国王不知怎么办，这里又没有老人，国王后悔莫及。这时，小男孩知道了，跑到家里找到了爷爷。爷爷告诉他怎样分辨雄雌蛇的办法，小男孩又将办法告诉了国王，因此，"杀老国"躲过了一劫。国王又得知是小男孩的爷爷的点子，恍然大悟，立刻发布要尊敬老人的消息，还把"杀老国"改成了"敬老国"。

老人，他们的经验值得我们学习，他们的年长值得我们尊敬，一个国家怎么能没有老人，怎么能不尊敬老人呢?

我们作为小学生，就更加要尊敬老人，就更加要懂得孝道，懂得怎样去关爱老人、保护老人，这也是我们应尽的职责。

老人，他们已没有我们这般旺盛的生命力，他们已经人老珠黄了，他们比我们更加需要爱，只有爱才能让他们感到不孤单，知道还有人在想着他们。

老人，他们是我们的榜样，他们让我们知道许多我不知道的东西，让我们能够放开眼睛去看整个世界，让我们感到世界的美好。

Chongyang,the traditional Chinese festival for the elderly,is coming around .We are planning to visit the Nursing Home to celebrate the speacial day,and we would like to invite students from your school to join us.We have planned several activities,When we get there,we will visit the elderly in their rooms in groups,prensenting them with flowers and self-made cards to show our respect and love.Then we will do some cleaning and washing for them with the help of the nurses.

As some old people feel lonely,We may chat with them about their old days.changes of our city,or anything they are interested in.We may also give them some performanees,singing ,dancing and so on.

重阳节，在这金风送爽的季节里，老人们更是笑口常开啦!各个地方开展老人们最喜爱的节目，如：扭秧歌啦、播放古典音乐啦、登高远眺啦……爷爷奶奶们唱歌、跳舞，庆祝自己的节日，九九重阳正赶“九”，家家户户乐开怀。

我们是初生的太阳，老人更是一轮永远不落西山的太阳!丹凤迎秋，秋兰飘香，采一朵菊花插在奶奶头上，送一包烟放在爷爷手上。中秋过后又重阳，它代表着永不落的太阳，无疑是最美的。只要在这一天，你做到了，此后，不管多么久，你还会记得重阳，还会想起你的爷爷奶奶。只要真情永久天涯也只不过咫尺比邻。重阳节，我也为爷爷奶奶献出了自己的一份敬老情……

预料之外，我原本精心筹备的“惊喜”又泡汤了——礼物太贵了。我十分失落，心里默默想着：怎么办，爷爷奶奶会不高兴的呀!一抬头就看见了家门。爷爷为我开了门。我不敢直视爷爷的眼睛，胆怯地回到了房间。“没办法了，只能说句祝福语了!”我想着。我迈着颤抖的步子，走到爷爷奶奶跟前，鼓起勇气，说出了那句话：“奶，奶奶……”不知怎么的，我突然有些口吃。“怎么了孩子?”奶奶问道。“今，今天是重阳节，祝，祝你们节日快乐!”，我终于说出了那句话。“哟，我们的宝贝孙子长大了!”爷爷激动地说。他们一把抱住我，呵呵地笑着。我也乐了，之前的失落一扫而光，顿时来了劲儿：“爷爷奶奶，我今天下午带你们去登山吧!”“好!好!好呀!”爷爷奶奶异口同声地回答。

下午，我搀扶着爷爷奶奶，来登山。虽然他们有一把年纪了，但身体硬朗，比我跑得还快!

我们终于登上了山顶。秋风送爽，吹得我们头发都飞起来了。回头一看，爷爷奶奶望着茫茫苍穹笑了，笑得如此甜蜜，仿佛年轻了十岁。

重阳节，秋风送来的节日，她带来的不仅是节日，还有浓浓的敬老情。当我们的长辈们正沐浴在这天地之中时，重阳节已经悄然而去。但它并不会带走爷爷奶奶的欢乐，更不会带走我们的敬老情，它就像太阳一样无法缺少。让我们一起，把重阳节永远刻在我们心中，永远弘扬，永远传承!

伊伊周五参加的的重阳节敬老活动于重阳节晚六点在苏州三套教育新闻中播出，苏州日报也以图片新闻的形式刊登出了本次活动。《苏州日报》：“目前，朱永年金婚之际收的市妇女儿童活动中心孩子们的贺礼。该中心的孩子走访老红军、老干部，表达感恩之情。”

很可惜，我们没有及时知道本次活动的播放频道及时间，错过了观看女儿和其他孩子们的表现的机会。但参加本次敬老活动后的第二天碰到妇女儿童活动中心的周老师时(她也参加了这次活动)，她告诉我“匡独伊昨天表现非常出色，我们几位老师都对她赞不绝口!”

做妈妈的为此感到很自豪、很开心，但我更要感谢艺术班礼仪等方面的熏陶，前不久潘老师向同学们讲了鞠躬的礼仪，这次活动中可是活学活用了!谢谢潘老师，感谢艺术班!

伊伊前不久参加消防官兵的比赛节目《我是年轻的消防兵》时，穿的是苏外艺术班的校服，本次活动时伊伊穿的还是那套校服，周老师说伊伊的校服很漂亮，我也很乐意让伊伊在这些场合穿校服，我鼓励她说：“穿上了校服，你的表现就有代表你们苏外艺术班这层意义了，我相信你会为艺术班争光的!”

昨晚，伊伊也给远在湖南的爷爷奶奶打了电话祝他们节日快乐，健康长寿。

“快，放面!”我和妈妈在厨房里忙得不亦悦乎，这不，我们正在做第一道菜――长寿面。我拿了一个鸡蛋，轻轻沿着锅碗一磕，蛋清和蛋白就都流到锅里了。我又加入青菜，堆点肉末，散点小葱。一碗香喷喷的长寿面就做好了。“上菜――”外婆脸上的皱纹刹那间没了，而外公的头上的白发似乎也少了数根，一边品尝着长寿面，一边夸着我和妈妈的杰作。“外公外婆，这长寿面阿，可是我们用特别长的面煮的，你们吃了呀，保准能活到100岁，身体康健得不得了!”我调皮地对外公外婆说到。“你这丫头!”外婆点了点我的脑门。“上重阳糕!”只见妈妈端着一盘松软可口的重阳糕来了。“外公外婆，这叫‘九九重阳糕’。这个 ‘糕’阿，预祝你们步步高升，上面画的两头羊，象征‘重阳’，而这‘九’呢，古代时为阳数，两个‘九’在一起，就是最大的长久之数，长命百岁不成问题!” 看，外婆笑得连眼睛都眯成一条缝了!

我们还上了西红柿炒鸡蛋、大闸蟹、鸡汤……只剩下最后一道“寿比南山”了。

我们先将准备好的哈密瓜、桔子、葡萄、苹果洗净、去皮，开始做我们的招牌菜――水果拼盘。我先将哈密瓜分成4份，每一份我都将哈密瓜切成桃子的模样，把前端削得尖尖的，后端削成圆圆的，中间刻上一条缝儿，嘿!真像个‘寿桃’。我再分别刻上‘寿’‘比’‘南’‘山’四个字，放在盘子的东南西北四个角，成了我的主打。我再将桔子的一周画上波浪线，沿着波浪线把桔子分成两部分，侧面一看可真像花瓣!我接着在桔子的中心插上了根牙签，把葡萄插在牙签上，葡萄就成了花蕊，两种水果合在一起就成了一朵‘花’。我把苹果切成薄薄的一小片，把它切成五角形，让它与‘花’一起来当点缀。哇!我做的水果拼盘还真不错!我立即把它献给了外公外婆，外公外婆的每一条皱纹上都荡漾着欢乐，笑得开心极了，津津有味地吃着我的杰作，我心里比吃了蜜还甜。“外公外婆，这叫‘寿比南山’，祝你们福如东海，寿比南山，身体健康，天天快乐!”“好，好，每道菜都好。只要是我们外孙女儿做的，样样都好!”……
