一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

尽管这世界有许多诱人的芳香，但如果缺少了“书香”，精神家园将是怎样的黯淡。最近，阅读了《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》一书，给我以心灵上的触动! 从《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》中，我看到了一个个令人感动的爱心故事。很多优秀的老师很好地关注沉默的孩子;描述了后进生的转化过程;给于学生关爱和尊重，使学生获得了进步的动力与源泉。他们都能真正赏识这些孩子，他们掌握了一种教育的艺术，爱的艺术。

一、真爱学生，才会低着头，弯着腰，与学生进行心灵的交流，才能从每位学生身上找到金子般的闪光之处。长期以来的“精英教育”，致使很多学生因为评价制度的偏颇成为所谓的“差生”，而教育的最终目的在于最广泛的提高人的素质。现代教育理论也表明，人的智力决非是学习的能力。 “一支铅笔有多少种用途?”——无数种，更何况是万物之灵的人!

二、真爱学生，不会将学生的“骄傲”看作甚于“毁灭其自尊和自信”的洪水猛兽，将不吝于对学生的赏识，对学生的优点和长处，始终抱着一颗心上和赞美之心;将小心地呵护孩子的梦，而不会做一个“偷走很多孩子的梦”的小偷，将用赏识为孩子提供梦想成真的自信和拼搏的激情。这份爱心，为学生未来的奋斗岁月里提供阳光的动力，会成为孩子“翅膀下的风”。

三、真爱学生，才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱，爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字，要求教师们善待每一个生命，尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才，没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。

December 25 is Christmas Day, the day is originates in the western country,

it is in honor of the birth of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, it is record that

Jesus saved people out of trouble, he is the son of god, he died of suffering

for the purpose of saving people. Jesus is so great, everyone in the western

country knows his story. Though Christmas Day belongs to foreign countries, now

it has become a worldwide festival. In China, we can find the day is more and

more popular, people find the Christmas tree sold in the shop and there are

parties to celebrate Christmas Day. On that day, families get together, having

dinner, eating turkey and sharing happiness. This is a good chance for people to

get reunion, this is the most important day for western people, just like

Chinese New Year.

My Home

My home is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms， a kitchen and a living room. I’m a child. I have a nice bedroom. In my bedroom， there is bedroom， a closet， an air- conditioner and so on. My closet is green. My bed is blue. I love my bedroom very much.

I like eating fruit. Watermelons are my favourite fruit.

Watermelons are big and round. In Cixi, watermelons are very sweet, because they grow on the salty ground.

During summer holiday, I can eat watermelons every day. After eating, I often make a watermelon lantern with my friends. In the evening, we often take the lanterns and play in the park.

My grandmother uses the watermelon peel to make pickled food.(酱瓜) It’s salty, but very tasty.

Watermelons are so useful! Do you like them?

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless

and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about

failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they

need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s

more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can

improve their methods. Every failure means the closeness of success, we should

take the positive attitude to failure, we can get over it soon and people

finally can get the victory. So when we meet the difficulties, don’t be afraid

of the bad result, just take action.

My mother is a naive, lovely mother, or a loving mother. I love my mom.

My mom is sometimes like a big child, sometimes like a rigorous and solemn knowledgeable. I like to watch cartoons and animation books. Recently children channel is broadcast "smart off", every day at noon mother together to see me, every interesting place, my mother and I always see with relish, and sometimes happy to be back together. I found my mother painting very well. Once, the teacher arranged to make a handwritten newspaper, my mother rushing and I painted, and painted very well, I guess my mother must be a little time to play now with me ... ...

My mother is very loving. Once, my mothers class was very poor at home, and it was winter, the weather was cold, the student could not afford his clothes, so my mother had to give his clothes to him ...

There are so many little things in life, but no one can be as careful as my mother. I am really glad to have such a mother.
