cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in

the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted

delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that

This was the most unpleasant trip I have ever had.

2012年7月15日晚，我乘火车去长沙度假。天气很热，气温高达38摄氏度。车厢里又闷又挤，因此许多乘客都想喝水。正在这时，一个年轻人提着水壶来送水。"水，水。免费供水。"年轻人一边走一边大声嚷着。

一位中年妇女喝了一杯水，非常感谢他。可是过了一会儿，来了两个又高又壮的人向她要5元水钱。她看了他们一会儿，从口袋里掏出5元纸币给了其中一个人。尽管她什么也没说，可是她眼里充满了愤怒。那两个人毫无愧色地走了。

这是我经历过的最不愉快的一次旅行。

This winter holiday, our family to have dinner in shipu hotel, a total of 10 people. Because have good meal booked online, so can serve directly. This reminds me of the Yang teacher says "CD", means dont waste resources. Packaging not only can not waste of resources, but also convenient to carry, the delicious food to take home. But many people think that packaging is the stingy behavior, dont think packaging is very atmospheric, then youre wrong.

In fact, packaging is a save the good environmental protection, not petty save, stingy. Now, national advocate environmental protection action, do not waste resources, and television stations in the tracking report!

A few days ago, a television reports that a convention, a company by using public funds, ordered a table of dishes, after the conference, the reporter sees full table of food, are almost never move! They should not be so many dishes but do not eat, the more shouldnt waste because of the public money. People are becoming more and more waste, waste is not only the resources, and the heart of the working people! We want to put an end to waste, to eat up the food, dont be picky, and persuade their relatives and friends around, be together the civilized men of the city, dont waste!

I hope that the "CD" can make all form the good habit of not waste!

“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”这是古人对勤劳节俭表现的一个总结。现在，越来越多的人却又开始无节制的浪费。

这次寒假，我们一家人到石浦大酒店聚餐，一共有十人。因为已经在网上订好了餐，所以直接就可以上菜了。我们看到，圆桌的正中央竖立着一块标语：“请按照人数点菜，杜绝浪费，本餐厅提供免费打包。”这让我想起了杨老师说的“光盘行动”，意思是不要浪费资源。打包不仅可以不浪费资源，还方便携带，把美味佳肴带回家。可是许多人都以为打包是小气的行为，认为不打包就非常大气，那你就大错特错了了。

其实，打包是一项节约环保的好事，并不是小家子气的节省、吝啬。现在，全国都在提倡环保行动，不浪费资源，还有的电视台还在跟踪报道呢!

前几天，一家电视台报道说，一次年会，有一家公司仗着用的是公款，点了一桌子的菜，年会结束后，记者看到满桌的菜，几乎都是没怎么动过!他们不应该点那么多的菜却不吃，更不该因为用公款而浪费!人们越来越浪费，浪费掉的不仅是资源，还有劳动人民的心!我们要杜绝浪费，争取把饭菜吃完，也不要挑食，并劝说自己身边的亲朋好友，一起争做城市的文明人，不浪费!

我希望，这次的“光盘行动”能使大家都养成不浪费的好习惯!

Last summer I went to Vietnam with my parents. We stayed at a small village outside Saigon. The air and water was very clean and there were many kids playing in the mud along with water buffalos. Though it’s a very poor country, the kids seem to be happy. They live with their farmer parents in little houses built with dirt and straw and help out a lot in the rice field during the day. They don’t have TVs or Internet, but they enjoy a lot playing outside. It was a very memorable trip that I will never forget.

This is the second time for mr. brown to visit jinan. during his stay in

shandong, he will visit several schools. net week mr. brown will visit some

places. first, he will take a train to taian to climb mount tai. then he will go

to qufu by bus to visit the temple of confucius. after that, he will return to

jinan by bus. then he will fly to qingdao for a visit. there he will stay for

some days and give a talk on american english. at last he will take a plane to

go back to america from qingdao.

mr. brown comes to shandong for a visit to several schools. he is in jinan

now. this is the second time for him to come here. net week he will visit some

places. first, he wants to go to taian by train to climb mount tai. then he will

visit the temple of confucius in qufu. after he returns to jinan by bus, he will

fly to qingdao to stay there for some days. there he will give a talk on

american english. after the talk, he will fly back to america and end his visit

to china.

Making a trip to Beidaihe on May 18 was an experience which I will never

forget.

A arrived in Beidaihe at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to

the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other

side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my

shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water

was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it

got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply

marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

The Advantages of Travel Alone

I like to travel to different places, I can see the beautiful scenery and get to know the different cultures. My friends and I always travel together, we make many plans in advance. But the plans will always be interrupted by all kinds of unexpected incidents, like the bad weather, the holiday being cancelled, so we have to spend another time to wait for the trip. Traveling alone can ignore these problems, I can go to travel whenever I want, I just need to pick up my backpack, and then buy the ticket. It is so free, I don’t have to wait for others, I can go to the places I want to. Traveling alone is good.

我喜欢去不同的地方旅行，我可以看到美丽的风景和了解不同的文化。我总是和朋友一起旅行，我们提前订好很多计划。但是计划总是会被各种各样意想不到的事件打断，比如天气不好，假期被取消等等，因此我们不得不花时间等待下次的旅程。独自旅行就能忽视这些问题，我可以随时去旅行，只需要背起背包，买上票。那是多么的自由，我不用等其他人，去我想去的地方。独自旅行真好。
