另一方面，也有一些缺点。首先，最重要的缺点是过度使用手机，会对健康有一定的影响。科学家发现，手机会引发脑癌。如果你讲这么多小时，你将会有耳疾。其次，手机费用成本高。如果你是3个人的家庭，你会在手机上花很多钱。因为两到三个人的家庭拥有它，在一个月的费用约150 - 200兆。此外，手机的使用不当可能会麻烦一些。例如，在正式谈话，在上课中，在图书馆或者在一家电影院，手机铃声响不适当的。最后，移动电话的人浪费太多时间。经美国调查表明，青少年将花费平均一天2小时在使用手机上。

在今年读书节期间，我作为小享小学的代表有幸参加了万江区举行的“沐浴书香、享受阅读、健康成长”为主题的小学生现场作文比赛，并获得了二等奖的好成绩。当我从校长手中接过那本红得耀眼的获奖证书时，心里既兴奋，但又不感到意外。因为我始终相信“一分耕耘，一分收获。”我能得奖，是与我平时爱看课外书分不开的。

唐代著名诗人杜甫说过：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”这句话使我受益匪浅，让我明白了写好作文的方法就是要多读课外书。我常常置身于书的世界里如饥似渴地吸收着知识的养分，功夫不负有心人，醉心阅读使我得到了报偿，我的作文常常居全班之冠。

记得有一次，老师布置的作文题目是《日出》，当同学们千篇一律地写道：“早晨，太阳慢慢地从东方升起，像一个红红的大火球，美丽极了。”时，我心里忽然掠过一个不安分的念头：大家都这样写多没意思！我要用自己的眼睛去看日出，用自己的感受去写日出！第二天，我早早就起了床去看日出。回来后我这样写道：“初升的太阳像一个漂亮的小姑娘，踮起脚跟，露出了半个嫣然微笑的红脸，含羞地望着无边的大地。把自己的光和热毫不吝啬的送到人间，晶莹耀眼……”结果那次的作文得了个优秀，被老师当作范文在班上朗读。

书是知识的宝库。当你打开书就像打开了宝库的大门，你便走进了无穷无尽的知识宝藏世界。动人的小说、感人的诗歌、美丽的童话……让我爱不释手，给我带来了无穷的乐趣。亲爱的朋友们，读书有着无尽的好处，让我们多读书，多看书，人人爱读书吧！

读书让我明白了许多道理，让我知道了许多事情，让我认识了许多人。

我爸爸常常将《聊斋志异》里鬼怪神异的故事讲给我听。可每当讲到精彩之处，老爸却因为忙碌其他事情而中断了，真是扫兴！我只能在老妈的催促声中背着书包上学去了。可是那些故事却依然在我脑海中盘旋，让我久久不能忘却。后来我听老师说，那些关于鬼怪的故事都是出自《聊斋志异》这一本书，大字不识几个的我便找到这本书逐字逐句吃力地读起来。书里有些不懂的词语我便会用字典查明它的意思。读这本书，让我感觉到了先苦后甜的快感，尽管开始读的时候让我费了很大劲，可最终我收获了许多，它让我拥有了天马行空的想象力，也激发了我阅读的兴趣。

读完《福尔摩斯探案集》，我发觉我也变成了一个小侦探。上课时，我会对老师提出的问题进行全面的分析；生活中，我也常常仔细观察从我身边经过的人。这本书对于人物的刻画非常细致，对于事件的描述也是一环扣一环详尽而顺畅，引人入胜。所以读完这本书，让我的语言水平有了很大的提升。

我又通过读《八十天环游地球》了解了英国的风土人情。读《格列佛游记》我能体会到作者对当时社会的厌恶，还有对当时封建制度的抨击。

而书看多了也会进行对比，就拿《森林报》来说吧，看了生动有趣的《森林报》，自然而然就不会看枯燥无味的《十万个为什么》。因此我也得到与冰心奶奶同样的体会，“书怕比，不比不知道，一比吓一跳啊”。

总而言之，统而言之，我们要“多读书，读好书！”才能够不断充实自我，让我们的心灵得到升华！
