“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。这首诗是宋代诗人陆游的一首诗我认为一个即有书本知识，又有实践经验的人才称的上有学问，一个人如果只有书本知识，那他一定是一个书呆子，而如果一个人只有实践经验，没有书本知识，那他也称不上有学问，所以读书与实践是缺一不可的是相辅相成的。而现代的儿童大部分都是玩电脑看电视，虽然足不出户就可以了解许多事，但是比读书实践可差多了。读书能让人了解作者想抒发的感情。实践能让人了解大自然的奥秘。只有多读书，多实践才是通往知识大殿的金钥匙，到时你就好像插上了两只强健的翅膀，知识的天空任你飞翔，宇宙的奥秘任你探索，到时你就成为了知识的主人。

读书即能使人了解作者所抒发的感情，又能使人感受到细致隽永的语言文字之美，读书，是人类的良师益友。但是书中的知识终归是有限的，要想深入了解必须实践才行，所以读书实践缺一不可，只有相辅相成才能通往理想的圣殿，到时知识才会为你闪烁耀眼的光芒。

Controlling the heat is of great importance in making Laba porridge. At the start, the flame must be high, but the fire is then turned down to let the porridge simmer until it begins to emit a very delicious smell. The process is time-consuming but not complicated.

Laba porridge is not only easy to prepare, but also a nutritious winter food because it contains amino acids, protein, vitamins and other nutrition people need. Cooked nuts and dried fruit are good for soothing nerves, nourishing one‘s heart and vitality, and strengthening the spleen. Perhaps that is why it is also called babao (Eight Treasure) porridge.

听妈妈说，打我从娘胎出来开始，她每天都会给我讲故事，尽管我不懂，但是一听故事，我就会安安静静的。上了幼儿园，我爱上了各种绘本，文字我还不懂，但是看图片就觉得书很精彩。我印象最深的是，有一次看动画片《西游记》，我被里面的故事情节和人物所深深吸引，便央求妈妈讲给我听。每每这时，我就会用手托住下巴，津津有味地听妈妈讲。如今过去好几年了，尽管中途我没有再完整地看过《西游记》，但那些情节还印在我的脑海里，那么栩栩如生。

还有一次，我看了一本很有趣的科幻书叫《装在口袋里的爸爸》。这本书讲述了一米八高的爸爸变成了一个拇指大的小人，他的儿子天天把他放在书包里，带他一起去上学。也因此，爸爸爱上了科学，成天搞一些稀奇古怪的发明。因为这些发明，这座城市常常会发生一些怪事。他们一次次冒险，一次次地解除危机，成为隐形的英雄。这本书描写很是生动，令人仿佛身临其境，字里行间更是传递了知识的力量。

读书带给我们的好处很多，它让我懂得了智慧、友爱、勇气等。读书好，多读书，读好书。

Reading Is a Good Hobby

With development of science and technology, new knowledge comes every day. If you stop learning even for a day,you will be lost. Reading is a good way to help you keep in touch with the outside world. Read widely and youll be rich in knowledge. Reading is also a good way to relax yourself. You can get a lot of fun in the books. A good book is a good friend to comfort you when you are unhappy. So long as you have a good book at hand, youll never feel lonely. Every valuable book will open a new world before you.
