it doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. but my notebook-computer also was broken. i really don’t know what to do. so i went to play basketball. i didn’t know any one in that place. and i was the first time to go there to play basketball. at first, there was no person playing basketball. so i played basketball alone. a few minutes later, some students came to play. so we played together. of course, we had a match. and it lasts two hours. after the match, i felt i would be dead. i was too tired.

什么是“低碳生活”呢?带着这个疑问，我来到了绍兴科技馆，里面图文并茂地展出了许多关于“低碳生活”的图片，其实，所谓的“低碳生活”就是减少二氧化碳的排放，选择健康地生活，我们每一个球人都应该从节约资源开始做起。

读过《钢铁是怎样炼成的》的人其实都知道，书中的保尔其实就是以作者奥斯特洛夫斯基为原型的。奥斯特洛夫斯基在战斗中负了重伤，然后又在修铁路时患上伤寒病和风湿病，最后又全身瘫痪。可是这样他依然没有为命运所屈服，而是用笔做了武器，在双目失明，脊柱硬化的情况下写出了这本感动了千千万万的读者的书――《钢铁是怎样炼成的》。这是我们很多人都无法想象的事情，可他却做到了，这一点就足以让很多人所钦佩，所敬仰。这个一生都不放弃的人――奥斯特洛夫斯基，让人们对他所感受到的，不是可怜，而是骄傲。这就是生命的价值，永不言败。

书中有这样一句话：钢铁是在烈火和骤冷中炼成的，只有只有它才能成为坚硬的，什么都不惧怕，我们这一代人也是在这样的斗争中，在艰苦的考验中锻炼出来的，并且学会了在生活面前不颓废。它原本的意思是坚强的共产主义战士是在同一阶级敌人以及各种困难的斗争中成长起来的。其实这句话也在告诉我们，在逆境中成长并不可怕，一帆风顺的生活是不可能的。是要做风雨中的玫瑰，还是温室里的花朵，在于自己选择。但是在困难面前，温室里的花朵始终是会夭折的，只有经历过风雨的玫瑰，才能在逆境中成长起来。

其实在这世界上，像保尔，像奥斯特洛夫斯基这样的人，有很多很多，比如世人所皆知的张海迪、海伦凯勒，霍金，他们都是身残志坚的人，都是从来不说放弃，笑对失败的人，他们用自己的行动所证明了自己生命的价值：即使世界让我跌倒一万次，我也会毫不犹豫的爬起，哪怕再次受伤，也不说后悔，不说放弃，不说失败。

上帝从来不会眷顾某个人，就算我们不是上帝的宠儿，我们也能尽情欢笑。如果上帝执意让我们身处逆境，我们也会一次次披荆斩棘，冲破所谓的黑暗，然后笑着对世人说，这就是生命的价值

的确，一个人的气质，胸膛，品格，智慧无不与书的关联。好的作品，能给心灵插上想象的翅膀，能给心房按上澄清的眼睛

品味书，可让人增加一些课外知识，培根先生说过：知识就是力量。不错，增长了课外知识，可以让你感到浑身充满力量。这种力量可以激发你的潜能让你不断前进不断成长。所以，书也是我们的良师益友。

英国大文豪莎士比亚说过：书籍是全世界的营养品。生活里没有书籍，就好象没有阳光；智慧里没有书籍，就好象鸟儿没有了翅膀。没错，你是否觉得看完书浑身会很累，是因为大脑吸收了书籍的营养。所以读书就等于吃饭。

高尔基说过：书籍是人类进步的阶梯。因为你读完书会积累许多的好词好句，写作文便会轻而易举了将这些东西运用下去作文就会变的生动具体。

我说：读书不能只看一次，正所谓重复是成功之母。所以读书要细细的品慢慢的尝，看多几遍理解文章暗示的事情。
