3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。
