算上大学那次跟妈妈一起去北京，这是第二次坐这趟火车了。杭州到北京，傍晚六点零三分发车，第二天早上七点三十三分到，很快，特别是对于我跟我妈而言。事实上，我们已经有三四天没真正意义上讲过话了，冷战的时间长得让我没办法看到它的结尾。这样比较起来，十三个小时的车程我还是容易忍受的。

当然这一切早在寒假经历过了。我本以为自己可以完完全全适应，可以熟练地避开跟爸爸妈妈的争吵。看来我依旧高估了自己。小争吵几乎不断，爸爸脾气比较好，吵过就忘了：女儿和妈妈却是天生的敌人，连吵架都微妙得要命，看上去很小的事，里面也会有它自己的一套规则，一旦越界，后果就很难收拾。

似乎是等了一个世纪，我跟妈妈最大的一次争吵在暑假晃晃悠悠的尾巴上爆发了。那几天爸爸出差去了，这就完全成了属于两个女人之间的战争。妈妈从要我早点休息开始说起，一路喋喋不休地说到考研的问题，那是八百年以后的事了。因为爸爸不在家，连一个劝架的人都没有，所以那天我们吵得非常厉害。我平时很少见妈妈跟别人吵架，她一动怒就会脸红。妈妈皮肤不白，所以每回吵架她脸上就会有一种奇怪的温和的红晕，那要比害羞的颜色深一点，而且会一直红到脖子根。

两个人在家里互相不搭理，这滋味是不好受的。比较简单实际的办法就是煲些什么东西给妈妈吃，就煲个粥吧。这就是我第二天煲粥的全部原因。

我从超市买了红萝卜、茄子、生菜、皮蛋和肉末，忙了整整一个下午，算是煲了锅所谓的皮蛋瘦肉粥。接下来要做的就是端上桌，然后意思一下，道个歉就行了。一直到晚饭前我确实都是这么想的。

妈妈下班回来依旧没有笑容，她没跟我多说一句话。妈妈炒好了菜，我们像平时一样坐下来一起吃饭。这是我们吵架后第一次一起吃饭。没有给对方夹菜，也没有说话，我甚至怀疑我们会这样一直安静地坐到一切结束。我们几乎跟鱼一样不发出任何声音。就这样吃完饭，洗完碗，然后睡觉，然后明天重复今天，然后我回北京，然后一切结束。我觉得自己很傻，莫名其妙地煲了一锅粥，她根本不买账，照样吃她的饭，从不抬头看我一眼。我第一次意识到家里的餐桌这么长，长得离谱，我和妈妈就坐在它的两头，像海豚的两只眼睛，谁也看不到对方。
