我兴致勃勃地为自己设计暑期的美好生活：首先，我要读很多课外书，杨红樱的、郑渊洁的，我要一次看个够;还有，我要好好锻炼我的身体，游泳、打球、骑自行车，我要在快乐的运动中减去我的一身肥肉……

可是，妈妈却把一份令人生厌的暑假计划推给我：上午，学奥数;下午，学写作、英语;晚上，做暑假作业。天哪!这哪里是悠闲的暑假，这分明是一所新开的暑假课堂!

我抗议!我的暑假我作主!我不满地拿过妈妈的计划表，在上面写上几个大字——“我要快乐!我要放松!”

是的，我要学习，也要玩，我的暑假必须由我作主。

“妈妈，妈妈，快点来看！老伯上电视了！”

“是的，我早就知道了！老伯今年班里出了一个武进区文科状元，记者都去采访他。”

“老伯太牛了！我也要去采访采访他。”

说做就做，我立刻做好了采访准备，来到武进区文科状元班主任陈祚军老伯家。

一到老伯家，我拿出自制的小话筒，一本正经地问：“作为高考状元的老师，您在教学上，有没有什么心得？”“我觉得啊，在教学上，一方面要注意学生双基的掌握。所谓双基，就是基础知识和基本技能，这个会为同学们日后能力的提升打下坚实的基础，只有根基打扎实了，才会有能力的发展。另一方面，要不断更新教学观念和教学方法，不断采用符合学生实际的教学方法。作为老师，也要解放思想，与时俱进……”老伯侃侃而谈，我边听边奋笔疾书，时不时还要提醒老伯慢点说。

“那您在平时教学的时候，有没有什么特殊的教学方法或者给同学安排一些与众不同的复习方法呢？”“其实也没有什么特别的方法，要有计划，复习有计划，才能提高效率。时间总量是一定的，谁能提高单位时间的效率，谁就会成为成功者。再就是劳逸结合，合理安排时间啦。”

“那您怎样培养学生的学习习惯？我在学习上总是管不住自己，一不小心就钻到书堆里去了，把作业丢到了哇抓国，经常要挨妈妈的竹笋炒肉丝，可我就是改不过来。”“你呀！”老伯挠了挠我的头，“学习习惯要渗透在日常的学习过程之中。第一，要端正态度，态度不端正自然不可能有好习惯。第二，做好学习常规，认真预习，认真复习，作业认真，认真对待老师的批改，认真订正。只要这些事都认真了，好习惯自然就有了。第三，合理安排时间，学习习惯好，并不是说你一直要学习，而是该学习的时候学，该完的时候玩，这就需要对时间的合理划分了，提高时间利用效率。涵涵，我相信你也一定行的！”

这次采访结束了，我的心里起了波澜，是的“只要事事都认真了，好习惯自然就有了”通过这次采访，我知道了怎样面对以后的学习生活,面对压力，更多的是还让我想成为一名学习踏实、成绩优秀的学生。

有梦想，就要坚持，要为之付出努力。使梦想不再遥不可及，变成一个能够实现的梦！

Protecting the Environment

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot of things to protect our environment. Its our duty to make our home better. Let’s change from ourselves.

我看了一本关于梦想的书后，我问我自己：“你的梦想是什么呢?”是啊，我的梦想是什么呢?我久久没有回答。

上学时，我问我们的班长：“班长，你的梦想是什么呢?”班长听到了我的声音后，把头从厚厚的书本中拔出来。看着我认真地说：“我的梦想啊?我的梦想就是努力学习，考到第一并把第一这个成绩保持住，让我的爸爸妈妈为我感到骄傲。”我听到这个回答摇了摇头，这不是我的梦想，我的梦想不会这么呆板，这个梦想或许会更贴近家长的心思，但不是我要的。

I went to see a film in the cinema this evening. It was called Kong Fu

Panda. I love this film. It is funny but I also learned something from the film.

We should not give up things easily. We should have a good plan and make up our

mind to make our dream come true.

今天晚上我去电影院看了电影。影片教《工夫熊猫》。我爱好这部电影。很有趣可我也学到了一些东西。我们不应该轻易废弃。我们应该做个好规划，下定决心，实现梦想。
