生活在洼地里的小安鸟雀，看见大鹏鸟飞得这么高，这么远，很不理解，就说：“他还想飞到哪里去呢?我们往上飞，不过几丈高就落下来了，我们在蓬蒿飞来飞去，也算是飞到边了。大鹏鸟究竟想飞到什么地方去呢?”

解析：一个目光短浅的人，是不能理解志向高远者的追求的。战国时期的商鞅说，至德者不和于俗，成大功者不谋于众。要成就大事，不应该去听从身边人的意见或者建议。成大事者不谋于众，这一原则通俗地说，就是谋求特别重大的事情，不必与人商量。因为谋求非常重大事情的人，自己必定有非同一般的眼光、心胸与气度，自己看准了，去做就是了，如果和别人商量，反倒麻烦搜索。就像鸟雀不能理解大鹏的志向一样。

梦想，人皆有之，大小之别罢了。

心中有梦，为了它我们全力以赴，拼尽全力，不曾退缩过。但是，追梦的脚步不断，追梦的路程却是漫长而又艰难的。最终，又有多少人能够从一而终？又有多少人能够矢志不渝？在漫漫长路上，我们失败过，受伤过，跌倒过，流泪过……我们也曾停下来过冷静思考，追问自己，究竟自己这般努力有没有意义？如此费尽周折能够得到什么？

很多人，在挖到宝藏的前方一寸的地方就坚持不下去了，拖起疲惫的步伐沮丧的往来时方向返回，徒留一条空洞洞的隧道，寒风呼啸……还有的人，在人生重要的分叉口，因为受不了来时路上的艰难曲折，不想让痛苦继续，因此得了机会，果断弃了原来的道路，转而奔向另一条平坦、行人往来频繁的大道……或许这是他们的选择，旁人不足以评头论足。但是，梦想终究沦为了他们平凡人生的牺牲品，岂不悲哉！

梦想之所以为梦想，是我们心之所向，能力暂时无法企及的目标，或者称为期盼。梦想不同于其他，正是因为它是否能够实现的不确定性，除去一切外界因素，直接决定梦想实现程度的，是人的主观能动性。其中最重要的是坚持。

坚持，简单的一个词，却是不同寻常的艰辛来实践，来实现。而这是实现梦想所必备，而又是最难的一个因素。说来容易，大家都说，嗯，我得好好学习了。或许说完你立刻就拾起书本了，但是明天呢？后天呢？都有在努力，那么你能坚持多久呢？

实现梦想，需要恒心和坚持下去的毅力。追寻梦想的路上，需要踏实的每一个脚印，一步一步。只有做好量的积累，方能发生质的飞跃，正如罗马不是一天建成的一样，梦想需要耐心，恒心，还有毅力，这样，每一天，都能够离梦想近一点，再近一点……但凡能够坚持，你就该知道，你离梦想不远了。

梦想最难在坚持，坚持的路上，我们每天在经历中成长蜕变，我们在慢慢变成一个有责任心，有担当的大人。梦想最美，也是在坚持。实现梦想的人不多，或许可能不是我，但是即便如此，我们也知足了。因为：

人生就像一场旅行，不必在乎目的地，在乎的只是沿途的风景，和看风景的心情。

In my eye, my father is so adorable, because he can give me advices and help me to make the best decision. My father experienced a lot. When he graduated from college, his first job was to work in the office, then he found life was boring to sit in the office all the day, so he decided to quit and then started his trip to many places. My father had been traveled to many places, he opened his vision and then went back home to find another job he liked. When he met my mother, he thought it was time to settle down. I was so interested in his life experience, I couldn’t help thinking what if I go with him. I must will meet many new persons and then see the beautiful scenery. I want to live as my father, when the time comes, I will travel too.

在我眼里,我的父亲是如此的可敬,因为他能给我建议和帮助我做出最好的决定。我父亲经历了很多。当他从大学毕业时,他的第一份工作是在办公室里工作,然后他发现生活是多么的无聊，整天坐在办公室里,所以他决定辞职,然后开始他去很多地方。我父亲已经去过很多地方,他开阔了视野,然后回到家找到另一个他喜欢的工作。当他遇见了我母亲,他认为是时候安定下来。我对他的生活经验很感兴趣, 忍不住想如果我和他一起去会怎么样。我一定会遇到很多不认识的人,然后看到美丽的风景。我想像我父亲那样活着,当时机成熟的时候，我也会去旅游。

I do not like teamwork in most time. Because I think it is hard for the

whole team to hold the same view. It is a waste of time to argue with each other

then make a compromise. But recently I have really seen the great power of

teamwork.

Last week we had a play competition. Because of some reasons, we had not

decided the play two days before the competition. Our monitor called the actors

and actresses who had been decided together. Then they think about every plot

together. To my surprise, it seemed that everybody had his or her good idea.

They gave up their weekend to practice the play. Finally our team won good marks

and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.

Teamwork is really powerful. No matter learning in school or working in the

future, we have to work in a team sometimes. So, try to establish the spirit of

teamwork. It will surely help you achieve success.
