二、建行面试注意事项：

1、银行对专业知识要求并不高，除非你是学金融、经济专业的硕士或博士研究生，否则，一般银行面试不会给你提出高深的银行专业问题。

2、银行的面试要求你具备的能力：

(1)出色的个人素质

这一点上，要求你和他们交谈的时候，充分显示你的个人素质和良好的可塑性;同时，更重要的一点是，让他们觉得你是一个可信的人，这点很重要。

(2)专业

你的专业最好是 经济，会计，金融 三大主要专业。

其实，专业没有特别要求，关键看关系。有关系，什么专业都可以进银行。

(3)资历

如果你是应届毕业生的话，这一点可以略去不读。进银行不一定有银行工作经历，但是最好还是有相关经历，比如企业会计、理财师等等。这对于你中标可是很重要的。

(4)相关证书

比如 会计师资格证、律师资格证等都很有用。

(5)较好的表达能力

有很好的沟通能力，是很关键的。因为目前银行业招聘，大多偏重市场一线人员，他们的中标率也比会计、储蓄等柜台人员高很多，如果你的表达能力很好，会是你一项很大的资本。

银行面试中应试者是否能够将自己的思想、观点、意见或建议顺畅地用语言表达出来。银行面试中考察的具体内容包括：表达的逻辑性、准确性、感染力、音质、音色、音量、音调等。

银行面试主要看应试者对主考官所提的问题理解是否准确，回答的迅速性、准确性等。银行面试对于突发问题的反应是否机智敏捷、回答是否恰当。对于意外事情的处理是否妥当等。

要注意跟台下评委的眼神配合，眼睛的视线不要一直停留在讲稿上，银行面试时要使台下的每一个评委都以为你在看他们，注视着他们。要面带微笑，不要太严肃。

(6)赏心悦目的外表
