正直诚恳是我做人的原则。我的性格稳重，平时喜欢和他人沟通，善于与人相处，结交了很多知心的朋友，并且具有良好的团结合作精神。爱好广泛使我非常充实，众多的朋友使我倍感富有。

踏实认真是我做事的态度。两年的工作经验使我得到了多方面不同程度的锻炼和考验，使我深刻地体会到天道酬勤和脚踏实地的意义。极强的事业心和责任感使我能够面对任何困难和挑战。无论做任何事，我都会充分享受做事过程中的快乐，但又不轻视每件事带给自己的收获。作为有一定工作经验的年轻人，我正视到自己还有很多不足，应尽量放低自己的位置，更多地尊重周围的人，充分预料将会遇到的困难，用一颗敬畏、谨慎的心看待人和事，用平和的心态去处理要做的事。
