一分钟的介绍以基本情况为主，包括姓名、学历、专业、家庭状况等，注意表述清晰;三分钟的介绍除了基本情况之外，还可加上工作动机、主要优点缺点等;五分钟介绍，还可以谈谈自己的人生观，说些生活趣事，举例说明自己的优点等。

二.自我介绍的种类

1.一分钟的自我介绍

一段短短的面试自我介绍，其实是为了揭开更深入的面谈而设的。

一分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在短短60秒内，针对“客户”的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印象，还要即时引发起“购买欲”。

自我认识想一矢中的，首先必须知道你能带给公司什么好处。

当然不能空口讲白话，必须有事实加以证明。

投其所好清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始预备自我介绍的内容：包括优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、所受教育等。

好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。

如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题;如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事;如是一家机加工工厂，则可以强调你的专业实习操作技能;总之投其所好.

2.二、三分钟的自我介绍

个人单独面试基本上都是从开场问候开始，开场问候很重要，它有可能决定整个面试的基调。

开场问候是给面试考官的第一印象，从言谈举止到穿着打扮将直接影响到你被录取的机会。

进门应该面带微笑。

话不要多，称呼一声“各位领导，大家好或你们好”就足够，声音要足够洪亮，底气要足，语速自然，总之彬彬有礼而大方得体，不要过分殷勤，也不要拘谨或过分谦让。

接下来就是自我介绍;面试中一般都会要求考生先做简单的自我介绍，面试自我介绍的时间一般为2-3分钟左右。

面试自我介绍是很好的表现机会，应把握以下几个要点：

①介绍个人的基本情况，包括姓名，年龄，专业，家庭住址，性格，爱好及特长等。

②介绍个人的学习情况，如表现学习成绩优异则可用获得过奖学金来证明，也可用最喜爱的专业课程来表现。

③介绍个人的实习操作技能，要突出在实习中能做什么，做得怎么样，有没有在比赛中获过奖励或受到实习老师的表扬等。

④介绍在校(班级、专业科、学校)参加课外活动的情况，包括文艺和体育等方面。

如在比赛中获过奖励，可用比赛的名次证明自身的能力，如没有获得名次则可用自己的收获来证明。

⑤介绍自身所具备的社会经验要通过打工经历来说明，如有打工经历，要具体说明在何时，何地做什么，有什么收获，以备面试时主考官提问。

⑥介绍自身的管理能力和组织能力，通过有无在班里或学校任职来体现，如担任班干部、宿舍长、课代表、值日组长、学生会干部等。

⑦参与其它培训及获得的奖励。

⑧其它方面：个人品质、吃苦精神、团队意识、座佑铭、社团活动、志愿者、继续教育、校训等。

总之，自我介绍要突出个人的优点和特长，并要有相当的可信度。

其次，要展示个性，使个人形象鲜明，可以适当引用别人的言论，如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述;第三，不可夸张，坚持以事实说话，少用虚词、感叹词之类;最后，要符合常规，介绍的内容和层次应合理、有序地展开。

作为考官都有很强的鉴别能力，对你面试中表现出的不严密的地方，能够很快感觉到，从而进一步提问，很多考生就乱了阵脚，漏洞更多。

所以自我介绍对突出业绩的介绍要精炼，要点到为止。

身体语言不管内容如何精彩绝伦，若没有美丽的包装，还是不成的。

所以在自我介绍当中，必须留意自己在各方面的表现，尤其是声线。

最好事前找些朋友作练习对象，要反复模拟练习，并找不同背景的同学提出修改意见，尽量令声线听来流畅自然，充满自信。

自我介绍在陈述时，切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己。

不能让人感觉在背文稿，而应该是与朋友交流，语气中肯又不失激情。

三.自我介绍注意要点

在面试时，大多数面试官会要求应聘者做一个自我介绍，一方面以此了解求职者的大概情况，另一方面考察应聘者的口才、应变和心理承受、逻辑思维等能力。

面试时的自我介绍，既是打动面试考官的敲门砖，也是推销自己的极好机会，因此一定要好好把握。

求职者具体应注意以下几点：

1.接到面试通知后，最好打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。

2.自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员(如果有多个面试考官的话)示意，如果面试考官正在注意别的东西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意转过来后才开始。

3.注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短。

4.介绍的内容不宜太多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、时间等东西上，因为这些在你的简历表上已经有了，你应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作职位。

6.在自我介绍完后不要忘了道声谢谢，有时往往会因此影响考官对你的印象。

从理论上讲，面试可以测评应试者任何素质，但由于人员甄选方法都有其长处和短处，扬长避短综合运用，则事半功倍，否则就很可能事倍功半。

我也是一个追求完美的人，我知道世上没有十全十美的人存在，但我们可以去追求，去不断的向它靠拢，每一个人或多或少都有缺点，我把这些缺点比作一个无形的洞，我们都知道洞是可以填补的，就好比缺点也是可以改正的，这也就要我们怎样把这个洞一点一点填上，就是怎样一点一点完善自己。洞是无形的，就如人不会是十全十美，我们或许永远填不满这洞，就好像人不会十全十美，也就正如学习，学习是无止境的。因此我要不断的填洞，不断的学习，不断的完善自己。所以，我选择了我所追求的，追求了我所选择的——入学生会。

我积极参加了其它会议活动，得到了些许锻炼，在领导和师兄、师姐的教导下，我的思想素质有了进步;工作能力有了提高;文化函养有了提升;实践能力了有增强…学习是无止境的，我要奋力拼搏，尽我的最大努力去做到最出色。

虽说命运掌握在自己手中,但有时付出了不一定有回报,如果我没有入选，也不会就此灰心，我会下去总结经验教训，弥补不足.

I study English everyday ,  I read books ,I listen to the tapes and watch videos我每天都学习英语。我读英语书, 听英语磁带，看英语光碟
