端午节期间的传统民俗活动，即有现场制作种传统美食，如打糕、伴饭;又有传统游戏项目，如尤茨、投壶;还有传统体育项目，荡秋千、跳板、摔跤等。这些展演丰富了群众的精神文化生活，传承和弘扬了传统民族文化。其中我最喜欢看的是跳板这项朝鲜族特有的体育项目。

跳板就像我们小时玩过的跷跷板。将一块长约5米的长板子，架在高半米的支架上。两位参赛选手各站一边，轮流跳起;跳得越高，选手们在空中表演花式的时间也就越久。选手们每做出一个高难度动作，观众们都会报以欢呼及掌声。这种热闹的氛围也会吸引更多的观众前来观看。

传说，古代朝鲜妇女受封建道德束缚，整日闷在自家庭院中，不得随意迈出大门半步。妇女们为了看到围墙外的世界，想到用跳板来腾空跃身，一览院外风景。
