这一步非常关键，说着简单，做起来难。小小的粽子叶很“调皮”，就是不听我的话，“捉弄”我好半天。在我想把粽子裹紧时，里头总是有米漏出来，气得我哇哇大叫，最后在妈妈的指导下，费了九牛二虎之力，终于包好了一个粽子。

尽管形状看起来不是很美观，但这是我包的的一个了。之后，就是煮粽子了。妈妈包的粽子又好看又好吃，翠绿的“外套”里面包藏着健康米和幸运枣加爱心，那味道真是令人难忘。

这一天，人们不光吃粽子，还赛龙舟，插艾青……这都是过端午节的风俗习惯，据说都是为了纪念爱国英雄屈原的。

时光匆匆！光阴似箭，日月如梭。家里每天都在变化。

每天傍晚时分，我家最热闹的地方要算厨房了。厨房约有8平米，除了门，窗何天花板以外四周的墙上和地面上都新铺了，瓷砖，看上去十分整齐，舒服，煤气炉稳稳的放在煤气桌的一端，装了转角吊柜碗和盘子还有油盐酱醋都整整齐齐的放在里面，这样炒起菜来十分方便信手拿来，朝北的窗户下，有一个水池，自来水龙头就按在水池上方，淘米，洗菜，洗手，全靠这个水池，污水则流进下水道，水池的右边则放着一个净水器，流进去的是自来水，流出来的是经过净化的，磁化，矿化的净化水，我们家就用这水煮饭和沏茶，在水池的对面，有一面镜子，就挂在墙上，格外的漂亮。

每天，傍晚的时候，我坐在厨房帮着拿菜，爸爸洗菜，妈妈负责炒菜。随着煤气的火苗燃烧。厨房里飘出了饭菜的香味。不一会儿，热气腾腾的晚餐就做好了。

而在以前厨房里没有净水机，地上都是水泥，没有铺瓷砖时，地上的土很多，现在铺路瓷砖的厨房又干净又显得很明朗，让人看着很舒服，以前墙上面涂得是白漆，没些日子雪白的墙就全是油漆，不怎么好擦，自从贴了瓷砖后，墙上的油漆，也容易擦了

说起粽子的做法，我就想起了和爸爸妈妈一起做粽子的比赛。

那一天正好是端午节，爸爸买来一些粽子，煮好后，我们就无精打采的吃起来，总感觉少点什么乐趣。妈妈看了看我们，好像狐狸骗到一块肉似的，狡黠地说：“不如我们亲手制作粽子吧，既简单还能表达自己的心意。我们来一个小比赛，看看谁先包好5个，输的人要把端午节的由来讲给大家听，怎么样?”我们都觉得主意不错，便异口同声地答应了。

"咚!咚!咚!”鼓声响起，龙舟比赛准备要开始了，河两岸早已是人山人海，无比拥挤，妈妈牵着我好不容易挤到了前面。哇，龙舟的颜色好多呀!每条船两侧都画着条活灵活现的龙，龙的色彩也各不同：有紫色的，金色的，绿色的，蓝色的，最引人注目的就是那红色了，我们村的龙舟就是红色的。

"咚!”一声沉重有力的鼓声，比赛开始了!我们村十多个队员，都在努力的划着，有一个人偷懒，不使力，都会使这场比赛输掉。所以每个人都不敢松懈，一直向前划着。岸上看舟赛的观众也拼命喊：加油，加油!顿时，锣鼓声，加油声混成一片，那气氛又紧张又热闹，连我也跟着紧张起来。妈妈告诉我，划龙舟也有讲究，分工合作，而且一定要团结，共同发力，才能使船划的最快。

终于，我们村的龙舟在队员共同努力冲刺了，我心里越来越紧张，真为我们村的龙舟队捏一把汗。过终点线，赢啦!我的心情无比激动，就像是我自己得了冠军一样，观众也沸腾起来，呐喊着。我心里真为我们村感到骄傲，自豪。

Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later on turned into the custom of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings.

五月初五，过端午，赛龙舟，粽香艾香满堂飘……这一天，家家户户都忙活开了，插艾草、包粽子，共同欢度这一中华传统佳节。

唐代诗人文秀曾作《端午》诗：“节分端午自谁言，万古传闻为屈原。堪笑楚江空渺渺，不能洗得直臣冤。”相传端午节是因纪念屈原而传于世的。屈原是春秋时期楚国大夫，空怀一腔报国理想，却遭馋去职。后秦军攻破楚国京都，屈原眼看自己的祖国满目疮痍，心如刀割，于五月五日，投汨罗江而死。楚国百姓为了寄托哀思，荡舟江河之上，此后逐渐发展成为龙舟竞渡。百姓们又怕鱼虾糟蹋屈原的尸体，纷纷回家拿来米团投入江中，后来演变成了吃粽子的习俗。赛龙舟、包粽子、插艾草等习俗流传至今，成了人们在端午这一天的主要活动。

在我们家，每年的这一天，奶奶都会亲自动手包一篮粽子，有蛋黄肉馅的，有蜜枣莲子馅的，而我最喜欢的莫过于红豆沙馅的。看到奶奶包粽子，我也跃跃欲试。看完奶奶的示范，我也撸起袖子，自信满满地说:“这完全难不倒我!”学着奶奶的样子，我首先将两片粽叶折叠在一起，卷成一个漏斗状;然后在漏斗中放入少许糯米，加入一勺红豆沙，再盖上一层糯米;接着再拿一片粽叶，将漏斗没有封口的地方整个包起来，多出来的叶子，向两边折一下，这时漏斗就完全封闭了;最后用一根细细的绳子，将刚包好的粽子“五花大绑”，再系上一个活结，就这样，一个可爱的、三角形的粽子便包好了。

粽子包好后，奶奶就放到笼屉里蒸上，不一会儿，糯米混合着粽叶清香的味道，飘散在家里的每一个角落。一家人围坐在一起，吃着香甜可口的粽子，听奶奶说着古老的故事，别提心里有多美了!

我想，端午节的粽子不仅是舌尖上的美味，更是中华传统文化的传承与分享!

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses

are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at

the gate.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together

and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock

strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers

and other fireworks to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year,

almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. When

people meet on the way, they say to each other "Happy New Year". Friends

and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. Children

indulge themselves in games.
