很多数学老师总是觉得教学时间不够用，还利用晚自习、要课来补课。这样一来，师生疲惫不堪，但教学效果并不好，还影响了其它科目的正常教学。这样的教学实际上是低效的甚至是无效的。为了提高课堂教学质量，打造高效课堂，我想应该结合实际情况，研究教材教法，特别是课程目标开展教育教学工作，特别是要实事求是，懂得人的认识规律，懂得教育教学规律，才能事半功倍，提高教学效果。现在就我多年来的教育教学经验，给大家几点建议，不足之处，敬请指正。

一、下功夫，专研教材，吃透课程目标。

专研教材，吃透课程目标是教育教学工作的出发点，也是归宿点。俗话说“万变不离其宗”，不管怎样教，总要有一个目标。没有专研教材，不明白重难点，要点，上课就是无头的苍蝇，总是乱撞，费力不讨好。对课程目标认识不深，只是上完课，不断的机械重复练习，一道题做十几二十几遍，实际上并没有达到要求。

二、掌握一定的教育教学工作规律。

（一）知己知彼百战百胜。

知己，就是要明白自己要教给学生什么，怎样教。就如同要打仗前怎样安排部署，要做哪些战前准备工作。知彼，就是要了解学生，对学生情况有个分析，根据学生的实际情况组织实施教育教学工作。尽力做到万无一失。那么，我们必须热爱学生，信任学生，从学生的感受、实际出发，为学生解惑。

（二）因材施教，有教无类。

“不打无准备之仗”，教师上好课的关键在于备好课，因材施教。备课时，要抓住重难点，要点，而不是抄教案，下课件。当然可以用别人的资源，但要结合实际。 一是要结合实际，根据内容、每个或每个层次的学生情况，设计出个性化的、能最大限度地激发学生学习兴趣、调动学生学习积极性的前置性作业。知识目标的定位也要差异化，要充分考虑到四维目标的统一，兼顾好、中、差三个层次。二是高效课堂需要活跃的课堂状态，教师要善于根据具体教学情况，灵活运用各种教学方法，精心设计调动学生课堂学习主动性的方法，让每个学生都动起来、学起来。真正做到有教无类。有的老师上课只点成绩好的学生，对成绩差的学生实际上是很大的打击，课后怎样辅导，作业做了若干倍，不懂还是不懂，这就是不懂得因材施教，有教无类的规律造成的。

有的老师上课，认为是数学课，都是知识性的，不像语文、历史等学科生动形象，上课板着脸，一本正经的上。其结果可想而知。因此，数学老师更应该找一点“乐子”，活跃课堂气氛，提高学习兴趣。比如一个较难的知识点可以用一个生动的小故事提出问题，设置悬念，引起学生思考，积极营造适合学发展的学习氛围，让学生在课堂上想说、能说、会交流、会合作、会展示，让学生在互动的氛围中激活思维、发展能力、培养个性，真正让学生乐学、想学，从而为提高教学提供保障。一堂课应该是生动的，活泼的，主动的，动态的。例如，你可以让学生提前预习，也就是对导学案提前完成，在课堂上，让学生尽可能地把自己提前完成的的答案尽可能多的展示在黑板上（数学讲究的是一题多解），不管是对是错都给予极大的鼓励。这样学生就会大胆的动脑，大胆的思维，大胆地去展示与交流，进而使学生成为数学课堂的主人，从被动的学变为主动的学。

（四）“授之于鱼不如授之于鱼”。

有的老师很辛苦，一个学生不懂一道题，给这位学生讲了一遍又一遍。学生最后知道了答案，过一段时间又玩机的干干净。这是没有教给学生学习的方法。如果教会学生学的方法，学生就能更好地掌握知识，就会事半功倍，反之则事倍功半。培养学生掌握好的学习方法要从以下几个方面入手：培养学生与他人合作交流的能力；用教材教，而不是教教材；要研究教法学法、要做好学情学况分析、要因材施教。还要致力于引导学生自主性学习，遇见新问题、或难题要勇者无畏，敢于正面对待，不绕道而行，要想方设法抓关键，寻求突破口，并不断培养自己攻坚克难的自信心。特别是培养学生学习的习惯，学生爱学，再教给学习的方法，教育教学效果一定会好。

三、提高课堂效率。
