我的数学老师姓蒋，全名叫蒋政。他戴着一副黑边框的眼镜，身子高高的，壮壮的。虽然他长得很严肃，但实质上却很幽默。

有一次上课，莫宇轩同学没有用心听课，坐在椅子上摇摇晃晃，蒋老师回头一看，看见莫宇轩在那里摇来摇去，便笑嘻嘻地说："莫大爷，你这摇摇车好玩吗？要不要给我玩一下？"还轻轻地说："哼！"。莫宇轩一听到这番话后，便认真听起课来。看来蒋老师这招对不用心听课的学生作用非常大呢。

蒋老师对我们非常严格，只要有同学玩玩具吃零食，一旦发现，立刻扔进垃圾桶里，无一例外。

有一次，一位同学在老师招呼其他班的老师时吃起麦芽糖。但是，老师回来的时候麦芽糖粘在他的嘴里，那个同学花了九牛二虎之力才拔出了麦芽糖，但蒋老师已下达了学生不可反抗的"圣旨″，尽管他有n个不情愿，还是把麦芽糖扔了。

Of all teachers who have taught me since my early childhood, the most unforgettable one is my first English teacher in college, Ms. Zhang. It is she who has aroused my keen interest in the learning of English and helped me realize the importance of self-reliance. Born into a poor farmers family in a mountainous area and educated in relatively primitive surroundings, I found myself lagging far behind in the first class in college, which happened to be Ms. Zhangs English class. I was really discouraged and frustrated, so I decided to drop out. Ms. Zhang was so keenly insightful that she had noticed my embarrassment in class. After class, she called me into the Teachers Room and discussed the situation with me, earnestly and kindly, citing the example of Robinson Crusoe to motivate me to go ahead in spite of all kinds of difficulties. "Be a man and rely on yourself," she nudged me. The next time we met, she brought me a simplified version of Robinson Crusoe and recommended that I finish reading it in a week and write a book report. Under her consistent and patient guidance, not only has my English been greatly improved, but my confidence and courage enhanced considerably.

"Rely on yourself and be a man," Ms. Zhangs inspiring words have been echoing in my mind. I will work harder and try my utmost to lay a solid foundation for my future career. Only by so doing can I repay Ms. Zhangs kindness and live up to her expectations of me, that is, to become a useful person and contribute to society.

从一年级一直到四年级，我们班换过许多次老师。这个学期我们班换到了一位曾经教过许多届毕业班的数学老师。她有着一张瓜子脸，短短的头发，一张樱桃小嘴，大大的眼睛，长得非常优美。数学老师姓叶，我们都叫她叶老师。

叶老师是一个既和蔼可又严厉的老师。当我们认真的时候，她和蔼可亲；不认真的时候，对我们可是很严厉的。她还是一个细心的人。每天早晨，她都会让数学课代表何思旋把各个组收上来的作业，捧到她办公室桌上。到了中午，她总是利用自己的休息时间来给我们班上数学课。到了上数学课的时候，她总是早早地来到教室，就这样伴随着师生问好，大家便上课啦。

课堂上，大家都不敢再说话。都认真地听她给我们讲解题目。在讲解的时候，她总是先把题目一道一道地分析透、才给我们布置练习。正是因为叶老师这样，却累垮了身体。星期一早上，她的数学课没有来上。我正好奇着，没过多久，方老师告诉大家，叶老师得病了，住进了医院，请假一个星期。

于是，下午一放学。我回家便拿起妈妈的手机给叶老师打了一个电话。电话通啦，过了一会儿。从电话里传出她有气无力的声音，我的心顿时感到一阵难过。这还是我们往日那个健康负责任的叶老师吗？我跟叶老师聊了一下。她还在问我们班的上课情况，关心着我们的学习。

我觉得叶老师真是一位无私奉献又负责任的好老师。她就像一位辛勤的园丁在浇灌着我们。我为我有这样的老师感到幸福和自豪。

本学期成功的地方：

1、本学期注重了学生专注听讲，思维能力的培养。

方法：（1）、课堂上,老师的眼睛看谁，就由谁来回答。

（2）、课堂上,老师为每个孩子准备很多学具，让孩子多动手操作，动眼观察，动脑思考，动嘴讲题.让孩子的眼、脑、手、口并用来提高孩子们的思维能力。

（3）、当孩子学习中有困难，不要轻易的告诉答案，应给孩子搭个台阶，给他们独立思考的时间，从而自己找到答案，提升孩子们的思维能力。

例如：在教学书中87页第4题时：有的孩子能直接想出答案，有的孩子不能，怎么办？这时，给每个孩子准备数字8、9的卡片，能直接想出答案的孩子，用数字卡片拼一拼，验证一下你的结果。不能直接想出答案的孩子，借助数字卡片拼一拼，寻找答案。这样，好孩子有事做，同时也给了其他孩子思考的时间，效果很好。

2、本学期还注重了计算能力的培养。（认真做，会检查。）

口算坚持天天练。课前听算，每天晚上做口算小卷。

练口算要注重全面，（加减乘除混合练），注意提高速度，注意正确率。

经过这样的训练，全班同学的计算能力大大增强，在期末数学考试中，没有因为计算错误而丢分。

我的英语老师十分漂亮！

她有一头棕黑相间的头发，平时喜欢扎马尾辫。两道浓浓的眉毛下面有一双宝石般的大眼睛，每当上课时，那双大眼睛总是闪烁着智慧的光芒。高高的鼻梁下有一张秀气的樱桃小嘴，十分美丽。她的个子不高，身材很苗条，看起来楚楚动人。

英语老师的爱好很广泛：唱歌、跳舞……其中，在学校最常见的，就是带着我们“走进”游戏世界，这样既能让我们学到许许多多单词，又让我们牢记这些知识，还能让我们体会单词知识的魅力，十分有趣。

英语老师上课非常有意思，而做游戏则是更胜一筹。有一次，英语老师打开了游戏“时装秀”的大门：第一项任务是用旧报纸、木块……这些被别人瞧不起的东西，做成各式各样的衣服。我选了“魔法师”这个角色，回家，我和妈妈一起做好了魔法师的衣服、帽子、魔法杖。第二天，我和大家一样，穿着自个儿的衣服在讲台前后、左右走秀，老师则用手机为我们拍下了这有意思的一幕。

这样一来，我们就和英语老师结下了深厚的感情，我也会珍惜和英语老师在一起的时光。

Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. At times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. He suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. Although I knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

What`s more, none of us could imagine how excellent his ancient Chinese literature was. What he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into English.  However, under the pressure of College Entrance Exam, the students didn`t seem to be so interested in his performance.  Therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of Times as prizes for answering questions. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.
