happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday,

because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the

一、指导思想。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. There might be too much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the Internet.Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. The advent of modern technology brings a substantial impact on the whole

world. It not only boosts the economy, but also changes the people’s conception

on the world. It also increases global communication among countries. In my

opinion, modern technology is creating a single world culture in that such

technology as computer and internet is bringing people together and making the

world get smaller.

First of all, modern technology promotes the globe to frequently use one

language. The invention of computers and Internet promotes English to be a

global language and dominate in the communication worldwide. Since language is

the agent of culture, the worldwide use of English fosters more and more minds

instance, people all use cellphone to call friends or family, or computer to

Everyone has their own habit. I have some living habits. I will take off my

shoes and put on the slippers when I arrive home. And I get used to drink some

soup before having dinner. What’s more, I have to keep my room light on until I

fall asleep. If I am forced to change anything about this, I will be very

uncomfortable. For example, if I don’t wear slipper at home, I will be very

uncomfortable. If I can’t drink soup before dinner, I can’t eat anything. And I

The second thing for me to learn is to make friends by joining activities.

I am a shy girl, but inside my heart, I am so eager to make more friends, so I

choose to join many activities in the spared time. I learn dancing and playing

tennis. The lucky thing is that I know many nice people and we become good

friends, who make my college colorful.

The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because

In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term.

处于青春发育期的青少年体验着身体外形的巨变、体能的增强、性器官及其机能的逐渐成熟，加上智力的飞跃发展，使得他们认为自己“已经长大成人”，并迫切希望得到成年人的认同，如表现得关注成年人的信息，甚至在对结果估计不足之前已接受并模仿成年人的行为。网络中黄色、暴力等低俗信息给青少年以“成人化”的误导，容易诱发青少年盲目模仿，严重者违法犯罪，使成长不能承受之重。
