外婆自从学会玩微信后，常常在没有打开照明的夜晚中玩手机。记得妈妈给我看过一篇文章，是说在黑暗中玩手机，时间久了会导致失明的。于是，我找来那篇文章，把链接发给外婆，外婆打开阅读后，意识到了问题的严重性，再也没有在黑暗中玩手机了。

现在的网络游戏越来越火爆，吸引了很多人，连我也入迷了。我一放学回家就抓紧写作业，为的是早点玩游戏。不知不觉，我的学习成绩下降了，我的内心出现了一个小天使和一个小恶魔。小恶魔对我说：“没关系，玩一会儿没关系。”小天使对我说：“你如果继续沉迷于游戏的话，就会走火入魔，成绩会一落千丈的。”小恶魔和小天使吵起来了，我的内心很纠结……

最终，我决定支持小天使，经过一段时间的努力，我终于戒下了网瘾。

我与网络的缘份，让我明白：网络是一把“双刃剑”，适当把握，会让我的生活更美好。过度沉迷或良莠不分，会疏离亲情，甚至对健康造成很大的危害。
