在每年，中国最大的节日春节到来的时候，来自世界各地的华人都会回到家乡，一起度过这一天。对我来说，长大之后我对春节就不像小时候那样兴奋了。但是春节确实会让大家都聚在一起，不管有多忙，多远。我很少有机会见得到我的亲戚，但我们会在春节一起吃晚饭，聊天聊上一整晚。这是一个值得我们珍惜的伟大时刻。春节的意义对每个人来说都是重要的。

Spring Festival is the most important holiday for Chinese people. Excitement and happiness are palpable this time of the year， and they reach the peak on lunar new year‘s eve.

我们知道春节对于中国人来说是最重要的节日。在每年的春节都让人兴高采烈，尤其是大年三十那晚，更是达到了高潮。

Though the 15-day period， which starts with the first day of the lunar new year and ends on the 15th day （known as Lantern Festival）， is relatively long， it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many of them travel back home and meet friends over dinner and drinks. The celebrations include decorating the house and setting off fireworks.

Yet no Spring Festival is complete without food. People could not get good food whenever they desired in earlier times， something that does not apply to society today. More often than not， people faced the risk of famine. The best time for people to celebrate was when food was available in plenty， and that was possible in spring， or the beginning of the lunar new year. That was the main reason why Spring Festival acquired such great importance among Chinese people.

Many people like traveling. They just feel happy when traveling. But not many people will think the meaning of travel. What is the meaning of travel? It is exciting to visit different places. As you travel you will see beautiful sceneries typical of the region. Besides you can meet and make friends with people of different colors and races. Finally you can get to know the customs and living habits of the local people. Today people are so fond of travelling that tourism has become one of the faster growing industries in most countries.

The main reason why people travel is perhaps for pleasure. For example having worked hard throughout the weekdays people will find a widened trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation. One day, my mother and I said goodbye and went on a trip. I walked, walked and walked far and far. I went to a place with a waterfall. It was so beautiful there! I was fascinated by the scenery there, where the picturesque scenery, luxuriant trees, is really beautiful. I stayed here quietly for a day.

I walked along again and came to a wide and wide river. I saw the clear water in the river. In the end, there were small fish, shrimps, crabs, starfish, seaweed and luminous fish...... I spent the night here again.

I like traveling on foot With my brother in holidays.

这样的旅行不可以持续的太久，最多一个月你就不得不返航了。一来是你原本的生活还需要你去经营;二来是日子久了你会对旅行也心声倦意。因为有过短暂的别离，回家后的你会发觉你原本的生活还是挺可爱额的。

很多人都喜欢旅行，当然我也不例外。我最爱搭乘一辆绿皮火车去旅行，游荡在不同的城市之间。至于旅行的意义嘛，谁在乎呢?自己开心就好啊。

My sister was fond of traveling. Ever since graduating, she had been

determined to organize a trip to an old temple. Since transporting fare was

expensive, she decided to use a bicycle to cycle there not caring about the

disadvantages. Her stubborn attitude was always her shortcoming. Once she made

up her mind to do something, no one could persuade her to change her mind.

Finally, we gave in as usual though we preferred to take a train. After we

prepared everything, including the schedule, reliable weather forecast and the

insurance, we began our trip.

Our journey was along a river flowing from a high altitude. Our pace was

slow because the river frequently had many sharp bends through deep valleys,

where the water seemed to boil. Just as I recorded in my journal, it was really

a hard journey. But we also enjoyed great views. One night, I put my head on my

pillow--a parcel of wool coats, and lay beneath the stars. When the flame in

front of our cave went out at midnight, I found the sky so beautiful!
