Firstly, hamburgers, ice creams and potato chips are so bad for your health that your school doesn’t provide you with them. On the other hand, whether the food your school offers is delicious or not, it must be safe and nutritious. Thus, I suggest that you give up those junk food and try to eat as much school lunch as possible in order to have enough energy to keep you concentrating on your lessons. In addition, if the lunch is really bad, you need to take action. I think one of the nice things about admitting to the fact that your school lunch do has some unpleasant point is that it gives you a chance to take the responsibility to help improve it. 因为有一次，我们在上体育课的时候，我不小心被孙栋浩拌倒了，为了保护自己，我用手扶住地面，可是用力太小，我的手被压流血了，被王子豪和孙栋浩看见了，他们就赶紧上来，说：“快去医务室吧！”“欧，谢谢，我知道了。”“走，我绊倒你的，我带着你，花我的钱。”“这，好吧！”“诶王子豪，你给老师说一声啊！”王子豪回应：“好的。”然后，孙栋浩就带着我去了医务室，买了个创可贴，贴上了，但花的钱是孙栋浩的。

五年级了，学习任务越来越紧，可我们总能苦中作乐，最近我们班女生流行玩系红领巾的游戏。规则是这样的：四五个人一只手插着腰，围成一个圈，另外四五个数量相同的自由人，每人找一个对应的“柱子”，将红领巾系在“柱子”的手臂上。自由人在自己的一个“柱子”上用红领巾打结好结，就跑向前一个“柱子”继续解结，并又迅速打结。如果前面那个自由人没打好自己的结，就会被后面的人抓住，那就只好和自己的“柱子”交换，把自己变成了“柱子”。要想重新变成自由人，那就得有自由人在你这根“柱子”前被抓才能还你自由之身。

“一二三，开始!”号称“系结女王”的刘苗红果然厉害，才一眨眼的工夫，就系好了一个结，大步流星的朝前面的熊樱菲奔去。我们一般都避免站在刘苗红前面一个。眼看刘苗红离熊樱菲只有咫尺之遥，我真为熊樱菲捏了一把汗，熊樱菲奋力一搏，居然逃过了“魔抓”。

可俗话说得好：躲得过初一，躲不过十五。在第二个“柱子”前她最终没能逃过一劫，还是被抓，只得乖乖地站在一边担当“柱子”。刘苗红不愧为“系结女王”，前面的四个自由人都陆续被抓，有时她能顺利连跑两个圈。我真是很羡慕她，可我目前只是菜鸟级别，很想有她那样的“技术”，于是我一有空就偷偷练习，努力钻研。呵呵!

“叮……叮……叮”又是一阵清脆悦耳的铃声。上课了!“唉，今天我这根“柱子”还没上场呢!”带着期待，大家陆陆续续地进了教室。可心还在回忆着刚才的那段快乐而紧张的场面。这就是我五年校园学习的某一个课间生活，是那么开心刺激，而又令人充满期待。

我喜欢我的学校，我爱我的校园生活!

没关系，还不算晚，可我第一次“经商”，却等了半天还不见有顾客光顾，平时在学校温文尔雅的小组终于坐不住了，而且发现了其他小组的秘诀，开始主动推销。还好总算开张了，可顾客仍是寥寥

数人原来卖东西是那么的难啊!眼看街上的人越来越少，我们当机立断，去进了50多斤的挂面来“急救”。

日常人们常用的挂面倒比窗花好卖得多，可毕竟挂面成本太高，卖出去才赚积分钱，所以拿他来弥补窗花的损失，这才算刚刚够本，(内幕：最后本组有一同学担心最后收摊时过于“惨不忍睹”，把

他家长教来买走二十多斤挂面，当时也不管自己的成本真实不真实，抱住本就行了)。

经过了这此课外活动，同学们都知道了父母的不易;虽然全班的活动好像没几个太成功的，当大家都收获了道理，艰辛和快乐甚至更多，这些都会使更多同学享用不尽。

不完美地方就是：我还没拿到只记得第一笔用自己劳动换来的工资，我的校园生活。

Nowadays peoples life develops quite rapidly. Many things have changed

over the last century. Old buildings are relaced by skyscrapers. Telephone,

air-conditioner, TV, digital camera, computer and the Internet have taken their

place in our life. We have stepped into Information Age. We are always enjoying

the newest digital products. With all these hi-tech products, people are leading

a more and more colorful life. They are enjoying life more than ever in their

spare time. They can watch movies, surf the Internet, take a holiday and so on.

How different the present life is from the previous one when people couldnt

even feed themselves. Whats more, it differs a lot as well in transportation.

Various modern means of transpot have taken the place of human feet and horses.

People can take aeroplanes, subways, even maglevs and so on. They offer people

much convenience. That is to say, people neednt feel worried for wasting a

great deal of time travelling any more. However, while people are enjoying the

changes caused by hi-tech, something still remains the same. For example, those

traditional customs and festivals, especially the custom that people gather to

have dinner as well as ethical culture forms like Peking Opera, ancient

architecture and traditional food. Peking Opera is spreading throughout. As to

ancient architecture like Siheyuan and Hutong, people are still preserving them

well as the symbol of the whole nationalitys historical culture. As for

traditional food, people are still used to eating it. Even though the world has

been extremely highly developed and there are many foreign cultures are pouring

into China, traditional food is still the mainstream. So, I think, although

those hi-tech products bring along unprecedented creature comfort, traditional

cultures will stay unchanged and they will develop further. And on the original

basis, it must creat miracles one after another, because it belongs to the souls

你知道我们的学校我们是怎样生活的吗？说起来还挺好玩的呢！

在学校里，语文课和数学课等等……都是很有趣呢！在语文里讲了诗歌和课文、识字等等。我们学了很多很多的生字。毎个生字都有自己的变化。

学校搞活动都是在一个节日搞的，如科技节的时候，会有一些科学的实验，有的是把油放在一个杯子里，在倒一些水在加三滴颜色，最后放一片钙片就会一大群颜色从上倒下了。

快乐体育时，我们有一些在下棋，也有时候跳跳绳，还有的跑步……欢声都有，我们可开心啦！

宿舍里，有一些物品很有趣呢！如柜子，他可以把东西宝藏起来，他是一个宝家呢。

说起每个人的校园生活，真是多姿多彩，个性各色，而我的校园生活有酸，有甜，有苦，有咸。

那天，一个同学的钱掉了，他第一个怀疑的就是我，我愣了下，“心灵之窗”顿时变成汹涌的海水，“哗”地冲出了眼眶。为什么会怀疑我呢？

记得那次四年级的跳大绳比赛。那个星期三的下午，闫老师说今天下午要举行跳大绳比赛。同学们听了，一个个欢呼雀跃，都想跃跃欲试。于是，我们几个被选上的同学来到了操场上，虽然今天烈日炎炎，但操场上仍旧热闹非凡，因为在大家的心里，今天仍然十分凉快。

练习了一会儿之后，只听裁判员一声哨子响，队员们便都像被放出笼子的燕子一样，在绳中如蜻蜓点水一般在绳中跳了一下便飞了出来，拉拉队员们一次次地呐喊：“加油，加油!”给我们鼓励。就在这时，我们班的马雅欣摔倒了，全班同学的心一下子提到了嗓子眼上。闫老师大声地说：“抓紧时间，快站起来!”当马雅欣爬起来，成功的跳过来后，全班同学心里的这块沉重的大石头才得以落地。其他几名身手矫捷的队员生龙活虎地跳了过去，“三百八十七，三百八十八……”一个个队员跳了过去，一次次呐喊响彻云霄。眼看还有十几秒钟就要到时间了，同学们一个个屏声敛息，心都要跳出来了。给我时，由于紧张，跳了两次都没跳过去，闫老师对我说：“不要紧张，耐心点儿!”在最后几秒钟的时候，我终于跳了过去。当裁判喊“停”后，我们班以较好的成绩获得第三的好成绩。我们开心极了，虽然不是第一，但这是我们自己的劳动成果，所以我们很开心。

通过这次跳大绳比赛，既增强了我们的体质，有增加了我们班级的凝聚力。校园生活可真是多姿多彩呀!也真叫人回味无穷!

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

以前，我总是把电灯开上个长久，水龙头有时会忘记关，冰箱内塞满乱七八糟的东西。这样，既浪费水，又浪费电……

现在，我听到了城市在宣传倡导低碳生活，我渐渐懂了。我开始了“低碳生活”。

只要我洗好手，就把水龙头拧得紧紧的，不让水“逃”出来，这样，我就安心了。但我又担心爸爸妈妈会不会做好，每次看见爸爸妈妈进洗手间洗手并顺其自然地把水龙头拧紧，我十分高兴，希望“低碳生活”会做得更好。

冰箱里放得乱七八糟，妈妈说很浪费电，我灵机一动，出了一个招：我拿起以前一些旧硬纸板，把它作为“分界线”放在冰箱里，并写上这个区域放的是什么类的物品。不一会儿，冰箱变得又干净又整洁，焕然一新，一眼就目睹摆放好的东西。这样，既方便了我们，又节省了电。

当然，如果我在学校里，我也会把水龙头拧紧，不开无人灯。
