Everyone has a family. We live in it and feel very warm. There are three persons in my family my mother father and I. We live together very happily and there are many interesting stories about my family.

MySpringFestival Last year’s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my

aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring

Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My

mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV

programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought

the dumplings were delicious. On the first day of the New Year, we visited our

relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought

some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the

road. It was more alive than any other time of a year. On the second and the

In every year the end of June, it is the beginning of my precious summer holiday. Last summer, I had a great holiday. Firstly, I spent only a week to finish all my summer homework. I was born in an ordinary family, but the love my parents gave me made me

feel that I was the happiest girl in the world. Before I went to middle school,

my parents decided to let me live in the hometown, where I spent the good time.

I was surrounded by green trees and clean water. Every day, I would play funny

games with my friends. When I went to middle school, I left hometown and moved

wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

if I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the

means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to

I read the book then watched the movie, both of them ga一ve me great shock, I really admire Meggie,she had the courage to use her whole life to love Ralph, never ga一ve up. But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

Both the story of thorn birds and the legend are painful and beautiful, but not every one can be the thorn birds, because it is not our porpose to ha一ve a painful life. We are born to be happy. Olny happiness is the ture meaning of life while the story was written for us to enrich our life. It is a wonderful story.

In the past,the housing conditions in our city were rather poor.A lot of

families had to live in one room which was their bedroom,dining-room as well as

drawing-room.There was no toilet and kitchen.Sometimes,we could find that in a

flat with one bedroom and a living-room lived three generations.

Now many new blocks of flats have been set up and some more are under

construction.Row upon row of shabby,low and old houses are pulled down.There are

some streets lined with completely new blocks.Tens of thousands of families have

moved into their new homes.Nearly all of those new flats have gas cookers and

radiators provided by central heating.

As far as we know,new blocks of flats are also taking the place of humble

old houses in other cities.The changes of the housing conditions in our city as

well as other cities are the result of the rapid development of our

economics.
