是啊！汪老师讲得太好了，他的话讲到了我们的心坎上了。老师们知道，我们现在的学习压力太大了。为了将来能考上一个好中学，我们有多少人，不得不在星期天去参加各种补习班，就连节假日也没有休息。

在一片掌声中，三个主持节目的同学同时走上舞台，宣布节目开始。今天的节目非常精彩，有同学表演，还有同学和老师一起上台表演。表演的节目有唱歌，有舞蹈，还有小品和诗歌朗诵。我们的贺老师，还和我们班的同学一起表演了《兔子舞》。我们的马校长，还上台演唱了动画片《西游记》插曲。他唱得真是好听极了，引起了台下一阵阵的掌声。歌声，掌声，汇成了一曲优美动人的交响曲。这时，我看到，全场的老师和同学，都沉浸在无比的喜悦之中。

看完节目，我们就开始给遭受洪灾的灾区小朋友捐款。只见各班的值日班长，抱着捐款箱在同学们面前走来走去，同学们都把自己身上的零花钱拿出来投进捐款箱。最后一登记，嗬！光我们班就捐了80多元钱呢！

接着，又见龙主任抱着一个大红箱子放在舞台上。大家都在好奇地问：“拿这个干什么用呀？”嗷！原来这是老师们的捐款箱。这时，只见所有的老师，一个跟一个地走上舞台，拿出自己的钱放入箱内。台下的同学，都在使劲地给老师鼓掌……

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

xx年，学校聘请的几位代课教师先后辞职，学校一下子又陷入了师资缺乏的境地，尤其是英语教师严重缺乏，有的教师甚至要带三个班，老师们身体吃不消，教学效果也不好。在这种情况下，学校领导找到我，和我商量能否改行教英语。当时很多关心我的人包括我的父母都叫我不要改行，一来，我是中文专业毕业，教语文驾轻就熟，得心应手，而且经过这几年的学习和磨练，我的语文教学已经小有成就。二来，虽然我学文科，但是隔行如隔山，我知道教书很容易，教好书，成长为一名优秀的教师，是多么的不容易。学生不是试验品，没有人会原谅你的过失。如果我选择改行，就意味着我要付出比别人多一倍的努力，意味着吃苦受累。可是面对培养我，关心我，爱护我的领导，我怎么能说不。面对学校的困境，我怎么能说不。我不能退缩，我选择迎难而上，我要把这次的任务当作是我人生的另一个挑战。好在自己基本功扎实，重拾知识不算太难。我知道要给学生一杯水，自己得有一桶水，还得是一桶活水。我利用每一个周末的休息时间，加班加点的学习，跟着录音机，电脑练习自己的听力，发音。深入研究教材，研究学生，研究教法。和同事们积极探讨教学中出现的问题。不放弃每一个能学习，提高的机会。如今知识体系更新很快，这几年英语多次更改版本，每改一次我就重新学习一次，我不把学习看做是吃苦，我把它当作是是充实自己人生的一种方式。近几年来，我连续多次担任初三毕业班的英语教学工作，学生在中考中都取得了优异的成绩。我也因此得到了领导和同事们的肯定。虽然放弃我的专业有一些遗憾，但是我无悔于我的选择，我无愧于领导和家长的信任。

转眼间，11年过去了，我由一个初出茅庐，没有经验的教师，成长为一名优秀的人民教师，虽然我已经不再年轻了，但是我在工作的道路上步伐依然矫健，我依然有着一腔热血，我那颗热爱教育事业，热爱学生的心还依然年轻。

我的成长，离不开我的学校，离不开我的领导和同事们。我们中学给年轻教师搭建了一个很好的平台，通过有经验的教师的传、帮、带，通过年轻教师之间的交流、学习，一大群青年教师正在向学习型教师，研究型教师，专家型教师的目标迈进。

作为一名人，我深感自豪，十多年来，正是因为有了这样一个团结向上，永葆青春活力的集体，正是有了这样一群甘于清贫、默默奉献的教师，正是有了这样一片尊重教师的个性发展，呵护青年教师成长的丰厚土壤，中学才有了今天的进步与发展。

现如今，面临生源锐减，学校可能被分流的局面，我们人不会被困难吓倒，我们不会怨天尤人，我们不会消极逃避，我们不会得过且过，我们会再次选择迎难而上。我坚信，我们人的精神长存，我们的明天会更美好，我们的教育事业明天会更美好。

最后，我以我的一首小诗来结束作为今天的发言：

我自豪/我是一名光荣的人民教师/和学生一起求知/和学生共同成长/在三尺讲台上挥洒汗水/在广阔天地里追寻理想/岁月会吞噬我美丽的青春容颜/永不老去的是我积极进取的思想/我坚信/简单的曲谱/只要用心去吟唱/也可以成就美妙的乐章/默默无闻的岗位/只要我们辛勤的工作/平凡的人生一样可以壮丽辉煌。

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also

my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

myself, I didnt think of a way, so I went to ask dad. Dad said, "you can make

her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out

a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I

put the CARDS in my room.

I went out to help my mother mop the floor, my mother said in surprise:

"you dont even touch the housework, how do you have to mop the floor today?"

Ill just mop the floor and not answer mom. At noon, I put the CARDS in my

mothers room, and my mother said to me, "what are you doing in the room?" I

smiled at my mother and said, "its a secret."

At night, I said to my mother, "happy birthday to you, and I wish you a

happy holiday." Mother said: "today is my birthday I remember, today is what

holiday?" I opened my eyes to my mother and said, "today is march eighth

international womens day! Dont you remember? "I thought you knew it was for

you," I said to my mother. My mother took the card and looked at it, moved to

tears.

I am so looking forward to my college life. I have pictured it thousands of

times in my mind. The free lifestyle and lively parties are always appearing my

mind. The great expectation of campus life endows me a lot of passion to keep

study. After two years’ study, I would find my lifestyle.

The first thing for me is to learn more knowledge. Most students find a way

to release themselves and skip or sleep in the class. They think study is just

the task, so they give up improving themselves and take part in all kinds of

activities, which bring them great joy. The wrong conception about college stage

makes most students miss the best time to equip themselves with skills. I

realize my job and dare not to loose study.

The second thing for me to learn is to make friends by joining activities.

I am a shy girl, but inside my heart, I am so eager to make more friends, so I

choose to join many activities in the spared time. I learn dancing and playing

tennis. The lucky thing is that I know many nice people and we become good

friends, who make my college colorful.

It was Mother’s Day.Sun Zheng thought he should do something for

hismother.He decided to help his mother do some housework.After school he went

toa shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he

couldn’tdo the cooking well.Thenhe cleaned the room.He felt very tired, but he

wasvery happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and

disheswhich weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper

together.Hismother said, "Thank you,my child!"
