在推进经济社会加快发展的进程中，我们始终秉持教育优先发展理念，始终把办好人民满意的教育作为最大的民生，以前所未有的重视程度、前所未有的推进力度、前所未有的投入强度推进教育“双创”，今年6月份，义务教育基本均衡县顺利通过国家考核验收，教育硬件条件实现后发赶超，教育教学质量有了新提升，今年全县高考本二以上达线811人，继续保持增长态势，教育在经济社会发展中的全局性、基础性和先导性作用得到充分体现。

成绩来之不易，凝聚着全县近5000名教育工作者的心血和汗水，饱含着全社会的爱心和奉献，尤其是奋战在一线的教师，呕心沥血，默默奉献，为响水教育事业发展倾注了满腔热情、付出了艰辛劳动，在平凡的岗位上干出了不平凡的业绩。在此，我代表县四套班子，向教育系统教职员工，向关心支持响水教育事业发展的社会各界，表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意!

教育是民族振兴、社会进步的基石。我们必须集众人之智、举全县之力、尽全民之责，加快推进我县教育现代化进程，全力办人民满意教育，全面开创我县教育工作新局面。借此机会，我讲三点意见。

一、提高思想认识，始终坚持教育优先发展战略

百年大计，教育为本。党的十八大以来,习总书记对教育工作作出了系列重要论述，强调要始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置。去年教师节，习总书记到北京师范大学同师生们共度节日，发表了重要讲话。我们要深入学习贯彻习总书记关于教育工作的系列重要讲话精神，进一步提高认识，自觉把思想和行动统一到总书记的讲话精神上来。

首先，教育是最大的民生实事。不断增进民生福祉是我们一切工作的出发点和落脚点。总书记在视察江苏时对民生工作提出了“七个更”的最新要求，第一条就是要让人民群众有更好的教育，可见教育工作的极端重要性。响水广大群众对教育工作十分关注，“望子成龙、望女成凤”几乎成了每个家长的共同夙愿，有的家长甚至不惜代价把孩子带出去读书。可以说，教育牵动着千千万万家长的心，关系到千家万户的幸福，是人民群众根本利益的具体体现。

其次，教育是发展的基础工程。未来发展的关键靠人才，培养人才的关键靠教育。当前，我县正处于科学发展、转型发展的重要时期，“建设新响水、发展上台阶、实现北抬头”离不开强有力的人才支撑。我们必须坚持把教育放在优先发展的战略位置，牢固树立“十年树木、百年树人”的理念，突出教育培养人才、推动创新发展的基础性作用，以教育工作的“北抬头”推动经济社会发展的“北抬头”，不断提高区域核心竞争力。

再次，教育是一项紧迫的任务。我县的教育事业发展虽然取得了一些成绩，但由于基础差、欠账多。目前，我县优质教育资源还不足、分配还不够均衡，教师队伍的教育理念、业务素质还需进一步更新和提高。可以说，响水教育当前还处于爬坡过坎的关键阶段，实现教育发展“北抬头”，对我们各级党委、政府来说，对我们每一位教职员工来说，都是一份沉甸甸的责任和担当。我们要认清教育改革发展面临的新挑战、新任务，找准教育发展的突破口和着力点，用前瞻的眼光认识和看待教育事业，推动响水教育实现更高质量、更高水平的发展。

二、咬定目标，全力办人民群众满意的教育

跨越发展，教育先行。市委、市政府提出“到2018年全市全面实现省更高水平教育现代化目标”。立足新形势、新要求，我们要明确责任、细化举措、全力推进，不断开创教育事业发展新局面。

一要全力以赴推进教育现代化建设。教育“双创”是县委、县政府三大民生攻坚战之一，我们要在义务教育基本均衡县顺利通过国家考核验收的基础上，再接再厉，全力推进，确保我县今年通过教育基本现代化验收，2018年顺利通过更高水平教育现代化创建验收。为此，我们要进一步加大教育投入，切实加快6所异地新建学校建设进度，确保早日建成投入使用。要合理配置教育资源，控制学校办学规模，不断提升全县义务教育均衡发展水平，推动我县义务教育从基本均衡向优质均衡迈进。要对照《江苏教育现代化体系指标》要求，突出抓好学前教育、社区教育中心等工程建设，加快推进义务教育薄弱学校改造等项目建设，确保按序时完成建设任务。

二要大力加强教师队伍建设。实现响水教育发展“北抬头”，硬件投入是基础，最重要的是教师。要紧紧围绕习总书记提出的“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的“四有”好老师标准，进一步加强师德师风建设，努力打造风清气正、崇德向善的良好育人环境。要全面贯彻落实8月26日国务院常务会议精神，扎实推进中小学教师职称制度改革，把国务院的改革“大礼包”及时发放到位。要认真落实《乡村教师支持计划》，研究出台我县城乡教师交流实施意见，引导鼓励优秀教师到农村任教，有效促进城乡学校师资力量均衡。要加强优秀师资培养和储备、加大教师培训引进力度，努力建设一支师德高尚、结构合理、业务精湛，适应响水教育发展的优秀教师队伍，为基础教育发展提供人才支撑。

三要集中力量提升教育教学质量。提高质量是教育改革发展的核心任务，是教育“北抬头”的重要标志。教育系统要持续扎实开展“发展大讨论、素质大比武、质量大提升”三大活动，不断巩固义务教育均衡创建成果;要采用“请进来、走出去”的方式，学习先进地区办学经验，切实提高管理水平;要大力实施科研兴教战略，对三年质量提升计划实行专家论证、指导、引领、总结，打造学校错位发展特色，不断提升学校内涵建设水平;要完善学校综合考核体系，动真碰硬，奖优罚劣，确保年年有进步，年年有提升，早日实现“北抬头”。

三、坚持齐抓共管，凝聚实现教育发展“北抬头”的强大合力

实现教育发展“北抬头”，既需要硬件建设的加大投入，也需要软件建设的大幅提升，更需要全社会的广泛支持，必须在全县上下形成关心教育、支持教育、发展教育的强大合力。

一要落实教育发展责任。重视教育、关心教师，是各级党委政府的神圣职责。县委、县政府要加大财政支持教育力度，确保财政资金优先保障教育投入，公共资源优先满足教育工作需要。各镇区要认真履行教育工作职责，及时协调解决教育发展和改革中遇到的实际困难，持续改善办学条件，努力为教育、为教师办实事、办好事、办成事，真正做到为官一任、兴教一方。县发改、财政、规划、土地等各相关部门单位要履职尽责，积极支持教育事业发展，合力营造一流的教育发展环境。

二要深化教育改革创新。要全面贯彻落实党的十八届三中、四中全会精神，正确处理好政府责任与市场机制的关系，大力推行更加灵活、开放、多样的办学体制，切实改变政府包揽办学的状况，加快形成政府办学为主、社会共同参与、公办和民办学校公平竞争、协调发展的多元化办学格局。要积极探索教育评价制度、人事制度、分配制度改革，切实解决制约教育发展和群众反映强烈的突出问题，创新教育教学内容和方式方法，不断增强教育发展的动力与活力。

三要营造良好发展环境。尊师重教是中华民族的优良传统。全县上下要积极倡导尊师重教的良好风尚，满腔热情关心教师，改善教师待遇，关心教师健康，维护教师权益，支持优秀教师长期从教、终身从教，使教师成为最受社会尊重的职业。各镇区、各有关部门要认真落实惠师政策，积极开展为一线教师送温暖活动，进一步营造尊师重教的良好社会氛围。县宣传、教育、文化等部门要引导和动员社会力量通过多种形式兴教助教，积极倡导助学为荣的良好风尚，大力宣传教育战线上的优秀典型，进一步激发广大教师热爱教育事业的积极性、主动性和创造性。

My father used to be a heavy somker.He smoked more than 20 cigarets each

day;therefore,he was the polluter wherever he went.My mother and I tried to

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

days or only for a few hours.

Once he declared that he would stop smoking right away under the pressure

of my mother,and he threw his cigarets into the dustbin.The effect of his

declaration lasted only for two days.Then I found him smoking again when he

thought that he was alone and no one saw him.On the fifth day of his

Last winter he got pneumonia.When he was well again,the doctor ordered him

day Earth Day。 Only by taking good care of it every day can we hope to live in

harmony with nature。

Its beyond reproach that we will come across all kinds of difficulties and

challenges in our life time .Some will be subjected to frequent sadness .Some

will lose their way to move on .Thus,only when we equip ourselves with hope and

courage can we finally succeed in the uncertain future.

Forrest Gump showed so great courage in the movie that he touched me a lot

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

would bring her out of it without thinking how dangerous the situation would be

.Maybe we should all fell ashamed that we love ourselves more than we love love

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

life to save Bubba in the war.Its courage that helped Forrest gain a series of

honor after war .Forrest Gump is beautiful for his perseverance and touches

others with his courage.

A person cant do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let alone

life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage will

face up to it head-on. Therefore,letequip ourselves with great courage.

英语课一下课，我们几个班干部连作业都没顾得上写，就马上装饰起教室来。这次我和倪呈希都贡献出了彩条，因为我们都想把这次的班队课搞好。

上课铃响了，随着队歌的响起，文艺演出也就开始了。第一个节目是马颉仪和杨呈昊表演的双簧，他们表演得十分搞笑，惹得我们捧腹大笑，给我们带来了许多欢乐。第二个节目是张苗等四个人为我们带来的歌曲《感恩的心》，让人赞叹不已。接下来是我和何彦文朗诵的诗《啊，老师》，我念得十分入迷，几乎到了忘我的境界。因为有句诗诗是：春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。老师教了我们那么多年，交给了我们这么多知识，却不求回报，所以，我只有朗诵好这首诗，才能表现出我对老师的感谢。第四个节目是蒋佳妮的走模特……

老师，您是火，滋润着我们这些幼苗；您是火，点燃了我们的心灵；您是光，照亮了我们的道路；您是热，温暖了我们的心窝。

[关于庆祝教师节作文

What is art? When people think about this question, they will naturally

think about all kinds of musical instruments or the great paintings in the art

museums. Art seems to so far away from the ordinary people, but I don’t think

so. Art is everywhere. For example, the delicious food that is made by our

parents is the great art, and the value of the food is to bring people the great

joy when they have a taste of it. The scenery around us is the visible art, when

we appreciate it, our mood become eased. Art is something that brings people the

positive value for me, so art is around everybody. If we take time to slow down

our pace, then we can enjoy art from life and feel the comfortable

lifestyle.

编者按：教师节是老师的节日，也是学子们感谢老师的日子。我们在求学时，都感受过老师的热情帮助，所以在特殊的日子里，让我们向老师致敬吧！

National Teacher Day is always the Tuesday of the first full week of May. And it is always for our students to give our special thanks to our lovely teacher.

I still remember last year when I was feeling lost,down and out,I had no idea about my life,my love,my study even doubt why I was here in the world.So then came so much wine and smoke,I was tired,physical and mental.I even wanted to end my life just jumping from the top of our building.

Then my teacher came to me, she said she knew what I was afraid of, she also told me thats very common like many young people of my age. She told me to call her anytime I need her help.I did so ,we often chat miracle and made some phone call.I just cant remember when come the mirical.I have found myself now!!!

Another teachers day,to all the teachers,to our parents.

老师是辛勤的园丁，浇灌了我们;老师是一根红烛，照亮只是方向;老师是一缕春风，为我们吹去心头的积云……是呀!老师就是这样诲人不倦。9月10日是教师节。

9月10日下午的综合实践课，我们以“教师节”为主题，作了一次班队课，有龚天琪、许润田和刘越主持。“老师窗前有一朵米兰，小小的黄花开绿叶间……”我们一齐唱着《我爱米兰》，陶老师则在一旁洗耳恭听，一边听，一边看我们精神抖擞的样子。唱完歌，龚天琪便声情并茂朗诵起了歌颂老师的诗篇，我们大家闭上双眼，享受着这份美妙，陶老师也在默默地倾听。我们都沉浸美的享受中，看上去亲如一家。接着又唱起《每当我走过老师窗前》，我们尽心尽力的演唱，来表达我们对陶老师无限的敬意和陶老师对我们三年的教育，每个句子，每个小节都唱得十分投入。

队课结束了，陶老师十分高兴，直夸我们长大了，懂事了!我们则表面平静、心里却有许多说不出的激动与喜悦。

这节课，是表达我们师生情意的重要时刻与留念!

Tomorrow is Teachers’ Day and I can’t help thinking of my teachers. They do

the great job in the world. They not only teach us knowledge and skills. The

more important is that they teach and guide us to be a person who is useful to

our society. They act as models to lead us to be a kind and warm-hearted person.

They are always patient and careful to students, caring they needs in study and

life. They work hard to get more knowledge and to help students make progress.

For them, the improvement of students is the best reward. Therefore, I want to

say “Happy Teachers’ Day” sincerely to teachers. Hope them everything goes well

both in work and life.
