近年来，在推进经济社会转型跨越发展的进程中，市委、市政府始终高度重视教育发展，加大投入力度，校安工程全面完成，青少年活动中心等一批教育基础设施建成投用，办学条件明显好转;深化教育改革，规范教育管理，建成特色小学58所，优质初中14所，中考各项指标稳居运城前列，高考二本达线人数从2008年的586人增加到2012年的1432人，连续五年实现增长，年均增长率达23.2%，职业教育跻身省级重点，民办教育蓬勃发展，教师素质全面提高，教育质量大幅提升，全市教育事业上了一个新台阶。这些成绩的取得，凝聚着全市广大教育工作者的心血和汗水，饱含着全社会的智慧和奉献。对此，市委、市政府是满意的，人民群众是称赞的。

刚才，副市长李琦同志对下一阶段的教育工作作了详细安排，希望大家认真贯彻落实。下面，结合会议精神，就如何加快我市教育发展，我讲三点意见，即：突出一个核心，建强两支队伍，营造一种氛围。

一、突出一个核心，就是要突出提升教育教学质量这个核心，办人民满意教育。质量是教育的生命线。全面提升教育质量，是建设教育强市、办好人民满意教育的根本要求。全市上下要牢固树立质量意识，把提高教育质量作为办学的第一要务，用质量取信于民，用质量取信于社会。一要深化改革激活力。坚持用改革的思维、创新的办法来定位教育、谋划教育、发展教育。要创新管理体制，建立完善科学的教育教学评价机制和考核激励机制，努力营造积极向上、竞争有序、有利于优秀教育人才脱颖而出的良好环境。要深化人事制度改革，尽快形成人员能进能出、职务能上能下、待遇能高能低的人事制度，全面激活教育发展活力。二要整合资源优布局。要深入调查研究，摸清全市学校布点情况，综合考虑各方面因素，从有利于孩子成长，有利于提高教育质量，有利于推进教育事业的高度出发，科学调整学校布局，合理配置教学资源，对规模小、生源少、条件差、质量低、群众意见大、具备撤并条件的薄弱校进行整合，形成布局合理、资源互补的教育发展格局。三要均衡发展显特色。学前教育要注重早期益智，注重情感陶冶，注重习惯养成，完善幼儿成长档案，克服幼儿教育小学化倾向，促进幼儿健康成长。义务教育要面向全体学生，推行素质教育，减轻学生负担，夯实成才基础。高中教育要突出打造精品，不断提升质量，力争跨入全省先进行列。职业教育要扩大规模，提升效益，创造品牌，结合全市产业结构，合理设置专业，创新办学模式，提高就业能力，为全市经济社会发展提供人才和智力支持。四要加强教改提质量。要借鉴先进地区教育改革的成功经验，正确处理素质教育和教学质量的关系，创新教育观念，推进课程改革，改进教学方法，结合实际，大胆尝试，在课堂教学、校本课程、品德教育等方面开展教研教改活动，以教研促教改，以教改提质量。

二、建强两支队伍，就是要建设一支事业心强、责任心强、创新意识强、管理能力强的教育管理队伍和一支业务精湛、爱岗敬业、结构合理、活力四射的优秀教师队伍。一是抓校长，创品牌。一个德才兼备的好校长，就能创造一所人民满意的好学校。教育部门要加强学校班子建设，引入竞争机制，力争把那些政治素质高、管理能力强、群众基础好的同志，选拔到领导岗位上来。要继续实施名优校长培育工程和名牌学校创建工程，努力培养一批在全市、全运城乃至全省有影响的名优校长，全力打造一批办学水平高、教学质量高、人民群众评价高的名牌学校。校长作为学校的管理者，要沉下心来认真钻研教育规律，明确办学理念，制定长远规划，深入思考教育管理，积极推行教育改革，努力成为专家型、学者型校长。

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

当我开始上小学的时候，从来都不敢举起手回答问题，我就是知道问题的答案，也害怕举手回答问题。有一次老师在课堂上提出一个问题，我没有举手，老师看了看我，好像在对我笑眯眯的说：“别害怕，勇敢点，举起手来。”我鼓起了勇气，举起了手，老师看我举起了手来，便叫我回答了问题。虽然我说的不是那么好，但是老师表扬了我，我信心百倍了。

当我遇到难题向老师请教的时候。老师总是耐心地给我讲题目，理解题意，不厌其烦，直到我弄明白为止。

记得我第一次做错事的时候，有点害怕，不敢进教室。老师看我站在外面，说：“你怎么不进教室?”我说：“我做错了事，不敢进教室。”老师微笑着对我说：“没事，知错就改，就是好孩子。”我心里想着：我真感激老师啊，帮我解决了困难!

我在期末考试中得到了好成绩。老师在班上表扬了我，还带头鼓掌，让我学习的信心更进一步，明确了奋斗的目标。

当我第一次讲小话的时候，老师看了看我，没有批评我。当我又开始讲小话的时候，老师还是看了看我，没有当众出来批评我。当我又一次开始讲小话的时候，老师冲我点点头，我立刻明白了老师的意思，认认真真的听课。

三年了，在这三年里，我收获得太多太多了。无论我遇到什么，老师都和我一起面对。老师我想对您说：“感谢您为我做的一切!”

Dragon Boat Festival is one the very classic traditional festivals, which

has been celebrated since the old China. Firstly, it is to in honor of the great

poet Qu Yuan, who jumped into the water and ended his life for loving the

country. Nowadays, different places have different ways to celebrate.

In my hometown, there will be a traditional competition, that is the dragon

boat race. People make up the team and fight for the honor. Every boat looks

like the dragon and it is the most obvious feature. A lot of people will come to

visit or watch the match. Then the game begins. The audience will cheer for the

teams and the competitors try their best to make the boat go fast. It is very

lively.

Besides the competition, eating the traditional food zongzi is favored by

everyone. For me, it is very delicious. My grandma makes the best zongzi. She

has the special recipe and it fits my stomach. So every time I go back hometown,

my grandma will make it for me.

In other places, drinking the special wine and hanging the leaf are also

the tradition. The preserve of the traditional festival makes our culture

profound.

那一天，花儿感谢土壤让它学会绽放;那一天，鸟儿感谢母亲让它学会飞翔;那一天，我们感谢老师让我们学会知识、学会拼搏。那一天，就是一年一度的教师节。

清晨，带着感激的心情来到校门口，只见校门口热闹非凡，同学们不约而同地围在卖花人的面前，挑选着各种各样美丽的鲜花。有洁白如雪的白合花、有竞相开放的郁金香、有有的同学手捧着一大束鲜花，一副红光满面的样子，有的只买了零零散散的几株郁金香，也是喜气洋洋的模样。我想：不管是一大束花，还是几株花，都最真实地表达了同学们最真诚的感恩之心。

走进校园只见礼仪队和鼓号队整整齐齐地排成两队，音乐声响起，手捧鲜花礼仪队队员们挥舞着手中的鲜花，热烈欢迎老师们的`到来，为他们戴上鲜艳的红领巾，心中充满无比的自豪感。老师们看着满满一黑板的祝福，欣慰地签下了自己的名字，作为他人生中美好的一笔。

来到教室，教室里飘散着迷人的花香，再看同学们，一个个坐得端端正正，期待着老师的到来。老师戴着红领巾，春风满面地走进教室，同学们立刻蜂拥而上，献上手中的鲜花和贺卡。老师脸上写满了幸福，连声道谢。我想：老师想要得到的回报也不过如此，他每天辛勤耕耘，换来了几束鲜花，几张贺卡，便喜笑颜开了。他们知道那不仅仅是鲜花、是贺卡。是孩子们一颗颗懂得感恩的心。

那一天，我们还举行了“读书节”的开幕式，讲述了书籍的益处多多，也歌颂了老师的无私奉献。那是一个难忘的教师节，那一天我们祝老师节日快乐!

After that, he rode off on the ofo wheel. Only the ofo little yellow car was

lying alone, and the wheels were not installed properly. It is like a injured

little girl, whose legs have been taken away, like vanca, can not endure the

sunshine of life. At that time, my tears began to drop. Is bike sharing "shared"

or "exclusive"?

There have been news reports that a boy under 12 years old riding a shared

bicycle was run over by a car and killed. At that time, the boys mother shared

the companys money to compensate for her sons death. Its clearly her sons fault.

He didnt ride a bike before he was 12 years old. I didnt say he deserved it. But

the fact is better than eloquence. The death of her son is not the

responsibility of the sharing company, but his own fault!

I once saw a young man riding ofo without scanning the code. A middle-aged

man pushed ofo into his home. Have you ever seen someone use Mobi without

decoding as fitness equipment? The sound of chain jingling is like a demon with

a chain in his hand crawling out of hell. Thats selfish!

Someone took an image that put the broken ofo and Moby together to fill a

small parking lot. After riding shared bicycles, people park them on the side of

Have you ever thought that sharing resources is closely related to each of

us, but all the harm they bring is due to selfishness. Bike sharing is just one

example. Ive seen shared bookstores where people leave books on their desks

after reading, so that they cant go home. "Convenience to others, convenience to

oneself." As long as we are convenient for others, we will also benefit

ourselves.

Today is National day,but I don’t feel any happy at all,just no reson.Last

night I download the English Paper till 3AM ,sometime I want to give up.but in

order to accomplish my dream.I can handle it.

This afternoon I go to shiqi to visit a respectful teacher.On the way to

shiqi,the street don’t crowd .I think it would be full of crowd of people in

Festival.perhaps personal travel is encouraged at present.

About 3:00PM I get to the destination---shiqi shiyan xiaoxue where she is a

vice president .When I get to this place .I feel comfortable(My dream is to be a

teacher) while I meet her .My teascher is get older.That is life.And then some

exciting is brush to me.

This sence is unexplained.We talk about life,work,love & future.From

this talking I sincerely know everyone has his life.I know if I want to success

I need pay twice or even more hard work.My teacher give me some advice too .

Everything is change,the matter is that the change is to be good or

大浪淘沙，方显真金本色;暴雨过后，更见青松巍峨!2013年9月，学校整体搬迁至如皋港新校区，过去的一学年是挑战与机遇并存的一学年，是紧张而又令人振奋的一学年，是卓有成效的一学年;在这一学年里，全校师生员工齐心协力，以第一中专人特有的精神风貌，在探索中前进，在实践中升华，在创造中实现梦想，向社会交出了一份满意的答卷：不但成功举办了如皋市首届职业教育活动周，还顺利通过了省服装品牌专业和船舶特色专业的验收评估，并在今年的对口高考中再创佳绩，这些都是我们全体师生用智慧和心血谱写的如皋第一中专历史上绚丽多彩的新篇章!

今天，是30个教师节。九月，尊师重教是这个季节的主题，空气中弥漫着感念师恩的气息，尊师重教是永远的美德，过去的、现在的、将来的，所有的教师都应该享受崇敬与祝福;又是九月，教师节踏着轻盈的步伐缓缓而来，对于每一个人来说，在我们从顽皮稚童到青涩少年再到风华青年的生命历程中，老师一直是教育、激励、呵护我们的人，虽然他们生活平淡，却情系教育，心联学子;他们有蜡烛精神，燃烧着自己，却照亮了别人;在人类社会发展的历史长河中，教师承担着承前启后、继往开来的光荣使命，教师用自己的心血塑造了一代又一代人去开拓，去进取!

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.
