近年来，在县委、县人民政府和教育局的正确领导下，我县广大教职工坚持以科学发展观为指导，团结协作，锐意进取，全县教育大局和谐稳定，呈现出一派勃勃生机：素质教育扎实推进，学校管理更加规范，师资队伍建设不断加强，教育结构进一步优化，义务教育得到均衡发展，全县教育事业取得了长足的发展。

近几年来，德隆初中在学校常规管理、教育教学质量等方面取得了较好的成绩，得到了社会各界的一致好评。取得这样的成绩，离不开德隆初中全体教职工的辛勤劳动，更离不开县委、县人民政府及教育主管部门的正确领导，也离不开广大教育同仁及社会各界的鼎力支持。借此机会，我谨代表德隆初中全体教职员工向你们表示衷心的感谢和深深的敬意。

成绩只能代表过去。德隆初中今后的发展任务更艰巨，可以说压力是逐年递增，呈几何级增长。虽然这几年我在抓学校常规管理和中考质量方面取得了一些成绩，但是常言说得好，“做常胜将军难，高处更不胜寒”，因此我必须付出更多的努力，继续保持谦虚、谨慎、不骄不躁的作风，积极寻找差距，努力改进和完善自己。我一定不辜负各位领导的信任和重托，继续努力，教好书，育好人，努力在校长这个平凡的岗位上创造出不平凡的业绩。

各位同仁，学校管理是一门科学，不是一项技术而是一门艺术。一所学校办得好或坏，关键是管理是否到位。使学校得到整体发展是我们的首要责任，让广大教师取得成功是我们的重要责任，让学生更好地发展是我们的崇高责任。这是每一位校长都应该具备的风范、精神和情怀。

今年的教师节，是自从中华人民共和成立以来的第x个教师节。

每当教师节的前一天，同学们都会给老师买各式各样各样的礼物，代表大家的心意。在我们的眼中，老师就像一盏指路灯，来点亮我们的思维，老师教给了我们无穷的知识，是她耐心地辅导我，也是她告诉我们做人的道理，老师就像妈妈一样陪伴着我们。

今天上午，忻州市委李俊明书记来到了忻州市第十三中学慰问教师，并开了一个座谈会。忻州有许多优秀的小学，而李书记却来我们十三中，这就说明了李书记对我校的重视，也是对十三中每个教师的尊重。

大家怀着期盼的心情，迫切地想让李书记来十三中，老师们和同学们都在窗户前看李书记的到来，心情非常激动！李书记向老师们表示节日的慰问，并引用李商隐的《无题》中“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”诗句，对老师们辛勤付出给予高度评价。

有句话说的好，一日为师，终身为父。意思是要像孝敬父母那样来感恩老师。

我想对那些为我们无私奉献的老师说：“老师，谢谢您这几年来对我们的关心，您辛苦了，希望您健健康康、每天快乐，也祝您永远年轻漂亮！”
