There are many characteristic exist in the world, and characteristic is

very important to people. For example, active, persistence, optimistic makes

people successful; lazy, passive makes people fail. Having a good characteristic

在推进经济社会加快发展的进程中，我们始终秉持教育优先发展理念，始终把办好人民满意的教育作为最大的民生，以前所未有的重视程度、前所未有的推进力度、前所未有的投入强度推进教育“双创”，今年6月份，义务教育基本均衡县顺利通过国家考核验收，教育硬件条件实现后发赶超，教育教学质量有了新提升，今年全县高考本二以上达线811人，继续保持增长态势，教育在经济社会发展中的全局性、基础性和先导性作用得到充分体现。

成绩来之不易，凝聚着全县近5000名教育工作者的心血和汗水，饱含着全社会的爱心和奉献，尤其是奋战在一线的教师，呕心沥血，默默奉献，为响水教育事业发展倾注了满腔热情、付出了艰辛劳动，在平凡的岗位上干出了不平凡的业绩。在此，我代表县四套班子，向教育系统教职员工，向关心支持响水教育事业发展的社会各界，表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意!

教育是民族振兴、社会进步的基石。我们必须集众人之智、举全县之力、尽全民之责，加快推进我县教育现代化进程，全力办人民满意教育，全面开创我县教育工作新局面。借此机会，我讲三点意见。

一、提高思想认识，始终坚持教育优先发展战略

百年大计，教育为本。党的十八大以来,习总书记对教育工作作出了系列重要论述，强调要始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置。去年教师节，习总书记到北京师范大学同师生们共度节日，发表了重要讲话。我们要深入学习贯彻习总书记关于教育工作的系列重要讲话精神，进一步提高认识，自觉把思想和行动统一到总书记的讲话精神上来。

首先，教育是最大的民生实事。不断增进民生福祉是我们一切工作的出发点和落脚点。总书记在视察江苏时对民生工作提出了“七个更”的最新要求，第一条就是要让人民群众有更好的教育，可见教育工作的极端重要性。响水广大群众对教育工作十分关注，“望子成龙、望女成凤”几乎成了每个家长的共同夙愿，有的家长甚至不惜代价把孩子带出去读书。可以说，教育牵动着千千万万家长的心，关系到千家万户的幸福，是人民群众根本利益的具体体现。

其次，教育是发展的基础工程。未来发展的关键靠人才，培养人才的关键靠教育。当前，我县正处于科学发展、转型发展的重要时期，“建设新响水、发展上台阶、实现北抬头”离不开强有力的人才支撑。我们必须坚持把教育放在优先发展的战略位置，牢固树立“十年树木、百年树人”的理念，突出教育培养人才、推动创新发展的基础性作用，以教育工作的“北抬头”推动经济社会发展的“北抬头”，不断提高区域核心竞争力。

再次，教育是一项紧迫的任务。我县的教育事业发展虽然取得了一些成绩，但由于基础差、欠账多。目前，我县优质教育资源还不足、分配还不够均衡，教师队伍的教育理念、业务素质还需进一步更新和提高。可以说，响水教育当前还处于爬坡过坎的关键阶段，实现教育发展“北抬头”，对我们各级党委、政府来说，对我们每一位教职员工来说，都是一份沉甸甸的责任和担当。我们要认清教育改革发展面临的新挑战、新任务，找准教育发展的突破口和着力点，用前瞻的眼光认识和看待教育事业，推动响水教育实现更高质量、更高水平的发展。

二、咬定目标，全力办人民群众满意的教育

跨越发展，教育先行。市委、市政府提出“到2018年全市全面实现省更高水平教育现代化目标”。立足新形势、新要求，我们要明确责任、细化举措、全力推进，不断开创教育事业发展新局面。

一要全力以赴推进教育现代化建设。教育“双创”是县委、县政府三大民生攻坚战之一，我们要在义务教育基本均衡县顺利通过国家考核验收的基础上，再接再厉，全力推进，确保我县今年通过教育基本现代化验收，2018年顺利通过更高水平教育现代化创建验收。为此，我们要进一步加大教育投入，切实加快6所异地新建学校建设进度，确保早日建成投入使用。要合理配置教育资源，控制学校办学规模，不断提升全县义务教育均衡发展水平，推动我县义务教育从基本均衡向优质均衡迈进。要对照《江苏教育现代化体系指标》要求，突出抓好学前教育、社区教育中心等工程建设，加快推进义务教育薄弱学校改造等项目建设，确保按序时完成建设任务。

二要大力加强教师队伍建设。实现响水教育发展“北抬头”，硬件投入是基础，最重要的是教师。要紧紧围绕习总书记提出的“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的“四有”好老师标准，进一步加强师德师风建设，努力打造风清气正、崇德向善的良好育人环境。要全面贯彻落实8月26日国务院常务会议精神，扎实推进中小学教师职称制度改革，把国务院的改革“大礼包”及时发放到位。要认真落实《乡村教师支持计划》，研究出台我县城乡教师交流实施意见，引导鼓励优秀教师到农村任教，有效促进城乡学校师资力量均衡。要加强优秀师资培养和储备、加大教师培训引进力度，努力建设一支师德高尚、结构合理、业务精湛，适应响水教育发展的优秀教师队伍，为基础教育发展提供人才支撑。

三要集中力量提升教育教学质量。提高质量是教育改革发展的核心任务，是教育“北抬头”的重要标志。教育系统要持续扎实开展“发展大讨论、素质大比武、质量大提升”三大活动，不断巩固义务教育均衡创建成果;要采用“请进来、走出去”的方式，学习先进地区办学经验，切实提高管理水平;要大力实施科研兴教战略，对三年质量提升计划实行专家论证、指导、引领、总结，打造学校错位发展特色，不断提升学校内涵建设水平;要完善学校综合考核体系，动真碰硬，奖优罚劣，确保年年有进步，年年有提升，早日实现“北抬头”。

三、坚持齐抓共管，凝聚实现教育发展“北抬头”的强大合力

实现教育发展“北抬头”，既需要硬件建设的加大投入，也需要软件建设的大幅提升，更需要全社会的广泛支持，必须在全县上下形成关心教育、支持教育、发展教育的强大合力。

一要落实教育发展责任。重视教育、关心教师，是各级党委政府的神圣职责。县委、县政府要加大财政支持教育力度，确保财政资金优先保障教育投入，公共资源优先满足教育工作需要。各镇区要认真履行教育工作职责，及时协调解决教育发展和改革中遇到的实际困难，持续改善办学条件，努力为教育、为教师办实事、办好事、办成事，真正做到为官一任、兴教一方。县发改、财政、规划、土地等各相关部门单位要履职尽责，积极支持教育事业发展，合力营造一流的教育发展环境。

二要深化教育改革创新。要全面贯彻落实党的十八届三中、四中全会精神，正确处理好政府责任与市场机制的关系，大力推行更加灵活、开放、多样的办学体制，切实改变政府包揽办学的状况，加快形成政府办学为主、社会共同参与、公办和民办学校公平竞争、协调发展的多元化办学格局。要积极探索教育评价制度、人事制度、分配制度改革，切实解决制约教育发展和群众反映强烈的突出问题，创新教育教学内容和方式方法，不断增强教育发展的动力与活力。

大家好!又一个收获的季节，又一个期待的九月。九月，没有娇艳的鲜花，没有嫩绿的杨柳，但却因为有教师节而显得更美丽，更让人充满期待。在第28个教师节到来的日子里，请允许我代表全体同学，向辛勤耕耘在教育战线的全体老师致以最美好地祝福：节日快乐!

是谁用智慧点缀了庄严凝重的黑板?是谁在每一份试卷上写下了红色的期盼?是谁为我们撑起生命的高度，又是谁为我们打开风光旖旎海阔天空的画卷?是老师。有人说，老师是火种，点燃了学生的心灵之火;有人说老师是石阶，承载着学生一步步踏实地向上攀登;也有人把老师比作蜡烛，虽然细弱，但有一分光，发一分热，照亮别人，燃烧自己。而我要说，老师是我们心目中最可爱的人。在三中学习的日子里，有幸结识了你们--可亲可敬的老师，你们学识渊博却平易近人，儒雅谦和却不乏讲课激情，从老师们的身上，我们感受到智慧与严谨，无论是教学还是管理，都让人由衷地钦佩!你们以生动活泼的教学方式吸引我们，以坚韧刻苦的钻研精神感染我们，以和谐进取的理念指导我们，以亲切和蔼的态度打动我们，你们就是我们心目中最可爱的人!

社会的发展靠教育，教育的发展靠教师。正是老师们的默默付出才有了今日蓬勃发展的现代文明。你们或许不是最伟大的，但却是最真挚的;你们又或许不是最完美的，但却是最可爱的。您用澎湃的激情，耕耘温馨的沃野;您用执着的热情，开垦冷漠的荒原;您像清澈透明的甘泉，浇灌干涸的土地;您像润物无声的细雨，滋润焦渴的心田。您能把愚昧变成文明，您能让愁眉化为笑颜。我们有十分的理由向您，老师，表达我们的敬意!

“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去。”老师，您就是阳光，就是雨露，您的呵护就像徐徐的清风扫去我们心中的阴霾，就像三月里的细雨，滋润了我们的心田。任凭岁月更迭，世事沧桑，任凭青春流逝，容颜憔悴，您守着心中那盏希望之灯，永不言累，永不言悔。您用一腔热血、两袖清风，您用浩浩师德、巍巍师魂，在学生们心中矗起了一座不朽的丰碑。羔羊跪乳，乌鸦反哺，无论今生我们为您能做些什么，都无法报答您山高海阔的师恩!

有这么一则故事，不妨一说。一个孩子在教师节来临之际，费劲心思想送给老师一个礼物，可送什么呢?他想送一张自己做的贺卡，可是担心自己拙劣的手所做出来的贺卡老师不会喜欢;送一束鲜花，又担心花儿凋谢后老师会忘了自己的心意;送一支精致的钢笔呢?他又担心要是别的同学也送的话，老师会分不清哪一支代表了自己?想来想去，实在没主意，于是他就去问老师：“老师，教师节您希望收到什么礼物?”，老师笑了说：“最好的礼物是在将来，请你现在就开始准备，10年，20年后再送给我。”

我不知道那个孩子是否听出了老师话语背后的玄机，但我想我们的每个同学一定都明了了老师的良苦用心了吧?确实，老师真正想要的不是我们的贺卡，不是我们的鲜花，更不是我们的财物，他们仅仅希望能每天看见我们的进步，哪怕只是一点点，那也是欣慰。而对于我们自身而言，一个良好的成绩是对老师最好的礼物，又何尝不是对自己最好的礼物呢?

“笔尖耕耘桃李地，墨水浇开智慧花”。让我们弘扬尊师重教，感念师恩的美德，在全校乃至全社会营造人人尊师重教的良好氛围。让我们从身边小事做起，认真听好每位老师的每一堂课，完成好每位老师布置的每一项作业，真正从一点一滴做起，做到热爱老师，关心老师，尊重老师。影响身边的同学朋友，为创造一个全社会尊师重教的氛围作出自己的贡献!

“广施甘露千株翠，报得春风一寸丹。”让汗水落地为花，迎风绽放，捧一束清香，向教师节献礼!

Computer is increasingly popular in people’s daily life. The number of

computer in every family is more than TV set. Some people think it is so great

that they all regard it as a gift from the heaven. However, some people consider

it brings more disadvantages than advantages. In my opinion, both opinions are

correct, but if we can use computer in a proper way, its advantages are superior

to disadvantages. I have several reasons.

On the one hand, computer makes human beings’ life become easier. People

can do many things that they can’t do before. They can read newspaper without

buying it, only sitting in front of their computer, clicking mouse to open

website. Shopping online, watching movies, listening music and play computer

games are the common things that people often do by computer. But without

computer, they can’t do all these easily. In addition, computer is also very

helpful for study and work. People can have classes and work on it.

On the other hand, computer has so many attractive things that some people

will be addicted to it. Some of them may busy finding funs on it, and then

ignore their real duty, such as, study and work. As a result, it will have great

bad effect on their future.

To sum, computer has advantages and disadvantages. But if people can

control themselves to use computer properly, it is useful for their whole

life.
