今年教师节的主题是“带头践行社会主义核心价值观”。习近平总书记在今年五四青年节座谈会讲话中指出：核心价值观，其实就是一种德，既是个人的德，也是一种大德，就是国家的德、社会的德。国无德不兴，人无德不立。教师，既是学问之师，又是品行之师。教师带头践行社会主义核心价值观，就是要“修德以自立，树德以育人，崇德以兴国”。早在西周时期就有“弟子事师，敬同于父”的说法。《礼记》也有云：“凡学之道，严师为难。师严然后道尊，道尊然后民知敬学。”教师受到尊敬，学问才能受尊敬，学问受尊敬，才能使人重视学习。一个国家、一个民族只有尊师重教，才能不断发展和进步。振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的希望在教师。借此机会，我谨谈四点认识，与大家共勉：

一、秉持师德师风，作品行之师

涂尔干在《教育与社会》中指出：教育在本质上是一种权威，教育的特征之一就是具有较高的道德能力，是代表道德的权威，是社会道德和社会文化的促进者。近些年，高校学术腐败、违规招生等事件引发了极为不良的影响。个别高校爆出的丑闻事件折射出的师德败坏、师风不存，个别教师政治信仰迷茫、职业道德淡化、言行失范等现象，令人痛心。如何树立高校教师的德行风范?如何坚守国家和社会对高等教育的信心和支持?在开学初的学校工作会上，我提出了一个思考;请学校干部向班子“看齐”，在党政联席会上也得到了班子的肯定。“看齐”什么呢?有三个方面的内容，主要是班子成员要以良好的党性原则和人性修养率先垂范，做好表率，要将班子成员的活动、思想、作风、工作置于广大干部群众的监督之下，同时班子成员还要做到己所不欲勿施于人。广大教职员工能否表态让学生向自己看齐呢?有一句歌词唱道：“读你的感觉像春天”，人生就是一本书，要耐得读，学生既要从我们教师这里获取知识，同时也在读我们每个教师这本无字书。好的人生就应是一首动听的歌、一副绚丽的画卷、一处优美的风景。学高为师，身正为范，作为教师，要加强自身德行修养，君子得由君子来培养，君子可能也会培养出小人，但小人绝不可能培养出君子。教师无小节，处处皆楷模，具有良好师德风范、人格魅力和学术品格的教师，会对学生产生积极的影响，甚至使学生受益终生。

教师的道德修养直接决定学生道德品质的培养，教师人格对学生的影响本身就是一门隐性课程。我们的教师对自身的道德、人格要有高要求，做道德的表率。要适应新形势需要，在教育行风热点问题上保持高度的警惕。课堂讲授有纪律，要坚决杜绝有损国家利益和不利于学生健康成长的言行，将师德作为教师职称评审、岗位聘用、评优奖励等高层次人才评选的重要依据。《吕氏春秋》中讲“义之大者，莫大于利人，利人莫于教。”教师的大义就是育人，胸中怀有大义，以德育人，以德塑人，才能真正作到利人。反之，非但不能利人，反而会害人。教师要带头践行社会主义核心价值观，作学生的良师益友，“诚是试金石，信是金钥匙”，以诚信赢得学生的信任和尊敬，言传身教，促进学生德智体美全面发展，使每个人都能成为有用之才。

学校各项工作要以人为本，认真落实习总书记今年教师节在北京师范大学的讲话精神，“把加强教师队伍建设作为基础工作来抓，满腔热情关心教师，改善教师待遇，关心教师健康，维护教师权益，充分信任、紧紧依靠广大教师，支持优秀人才长期从教、终身从教，使教师成为最受社会尊重的职业。”

二、牢记学无止境，作学问之师

立德树人是教育的根本任务，也是教师最基本的职责。教学是一种知识传授的过程，也是一门艺术，更是汗水与心血的付出。习总书记指出:知识是树立核心价值观的重要基础。教师之所以为教师，就是能够学为人先，要通过学习维护自己在知识技能、品德素养等方面优于学生的权威地位。当今社会“知识爆炸”，“一次性学习时代”已告终结，每个教师的从教之日，就是重新学习之时。陶行知先生说：“有些人做了几年教师便有倦意，原因固然很多，但主要的还是因为不好学，天天开留声机，唱旧片子，所以难免觉得疲倦起来。要想做教师的人把岗位站的长久，必须使他们有机会一面教，一面学;教到老，学到老。当然，一位进步的教师，一定是越教越要学，越学越快乐。”陶先生的话虽然半个多世纪以前讲的，但对现在来讲依然振聋发聩。在同一个体制中，甚至同在一个学校，同处一个环境，一些教师从平庸走向优秀，另一些教师却从优秀走向平庸，这就是学习与不学习的最好诠释和证明;前者所以能够从大部队中先走一步，多走一步，成为优秀的教师，无一不是具有学习意识，能够超越自我，自强不息的强者。可以说，愿意学习的教师，没有谁可以挡住他前进的步伐，而不愿意学习的教师，他已经对自己不负责任了，那么，也没有谁能对他负责任。

捷克教育家夸美纽斯曾说：“教师是太阳底下最光辉的事业。”作为一名大学老师，如果我们仅仅把老师当作一份职业选择、一种谋生手段，那就只能成为“教书匠”;我们只有把教师工作当作太阳底下最光辉的事业，去热爱、去珍惜、去投入，才可能真正成为一个好老师。大学的根本使命是培养人才，教师的天职是教书育人。国家培养一个大学生不容易，家庭供养一个大学生不容易，学生通过刻苦学习考入西电读书更不容易。在同学们身上，寄托着个人的理想、家庭的希望、国家的未来，把他们培养成才，是我们这些做教师的义不容辞的责任和义务。

三、加强科学研究，作创新之师

科学研究是提高人才培养质量的重要手段，也是高校的一项重要职能。科学研究是一项严谨而艰苦的工作，来不得半点虚假和浮躁。钱学森、华罗庚、季羡林等大师数十年如一日，勤奋不辍，甘于寂寞，在取得卓绝的学术成果后还能踏踏实实，勇攀学问的高峰。搞科研认准了就要坚持做下去，锲而不舍，持之以恒。王国维在《人间词话》说：“古今之成大事业、大学问者，必经过三种之境界。搞科研也是一样，万事万物都是相通的。第一境界是：昨夜西风凋碧树。独上高楼，望尽天涯路。搞科研要有执着的追求，登高望远，勘察路径，明确目标与方向，了解事物的概貌。第二个境界是：衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴。搞科研，不是轻而易举，随便可得的，必须坚定不移，经过一番辛勤劳动，废寝忘食，孜孜以求，直至人瘦带宽也不后悔。第三个境界是：众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在，灯火阑珊处。搞科研，必须有专注的精神，反复追寻、研究，下足功夫，自然会豁然贯通，有所发现，有所发明，就能够从必然王国进入自由王国。这三个境界是搞科研必经的三个阶段，希望大家“板凳甘坐十年冷，文章不写一句空”，攻下大课题，拿出大成果。

同时，我们还要加强合作协同，进一步完善2011协同创新中心体制机制，建设好2011协同创新中心平台，重视产业应用，突出社会服务。西电行业特色鲜明，要主动加强与科研院所、电子信息行业企业及地方政府的联系，主动研究行业关键共性技术发展方向，积极预测和及时捕捉技术信息，参与行业及其企业战略规划，为行业产业发展提供有力的智力支持和技术支持。学校要组织、广大教师也要参与跨学科协作，我们有信息感知技术协同创新中心，要借助这个平台营造创新环境，提升科研水平，树立勇于创新、大胆质疑、宽容失败、敢为人先的拼搏精神。要立足自主创新，推进科技成果产业化，教师也要把最新科研成果转化为教学资源，充分发挥人才、学科、科研“三位一体”综合提升人才培养质量和服务社会的重要作用。

四、助力学校改革，作和谐之师

学校要发展，根本靠改革。改革既是上级政府对我们的要求，也是学校发展的强大动力。我们要敢于改革，善于改革，真正做到以改革推动学校发展，以改革促进和谐稳定。学校改革还将要开展全校讨论与探究，总的来说，我们要把最大多数人的利益作为出发点和落脚点，兼顾眼前与长远，实现最大多数人的利益最大化，同时要充分发挥广大教师在改革中的主体作用。在改革过程中，刚开始大家可能会习惯从自身的利益出发来考虑问题，这是很自然的，希望大家能正确认识个人利益和整体利益、当前利益和长远利益的关系，正确认识实现自身利益的途径，自觉地为改革发展稳定贡献力量。这里必须强调一点，作为学校的干部，无论是班子成员还是一般干部，你们可以有自身的利益与诉求，但不能在工作中从自身的名和利出发来考虑问题，否则就不正常了。鉴于人趋利避害的本性决定了其自律的局限性，我在这里诚恳地请大家监督，首先监督我个人、监督班子成员，然后要监督每一位干部。

关于和谐，有三个方面：一是人自身的和谐。如果自身不和谐，怎么可能跟别人和谐?要经常调整自己的心态，人只能活一辈子，要懂得善待自己、善待他人、善待世界。二是人与人的和谐。学校的发展离不开教学、科研、管理及后勤服务各战线的每一位教职工，我们大家相处在这个校园里，也是一种缘分，要诚恳待人，换位思考，体谅他人，在相互理解中善待别人，让每个人通过改革有上升通道。三是人与环境的和谐。学校是大家的学校，大河没水小河干，只有学校发展了，我们每个人才都会有更好的发展。我们要让每个教师员工在西电生活得更幸福，但同时也希望大家在满足物质需求的同时，能有更高的精神追求，共同营造团结、和谐、包容、向上的校风学风。

Manson was our oral English teacher in the middle school. One day when he entered the classroom, someone mentioned to him that he looked slimmer. "Really?” he responded promptly, smiling with his shinning teeth. To confirm the truth, he stepped onto a chair and danced in a circle. He looked like a lovely panda at the moment. We all burst into laughter.

Mansons unique humor and unusual teaching not only widened our sight but also brought great joy to our life. We all thought it our good luck to have such a wonderful foreigner as our English teacher.

教师节，我给范老师写贺卡。贺卡上有花朵，有小草，有树……我在花朵旁边写上“感恩老师”。这一刻，我眼前仿佛又出现了范老师那张慈祥的脸，嘴角挂着微笑。

二年级刚开始接触作文的时候，妈妈对我的作文总是各种不满意，可她也不知道怎么教我，于是只得给范老师打微信视频，请教范老师。范老师很忙，在学校里要备课上课，在家要照看孩子，可她无论多么忙多么累，都会在微信视频里给我重新讲解作文的要点。在视频中，我清晰地看见范老师的脸上有疲惫的神色，可她还是耐心地帮我分析思路。我十分感动。

总是微信视频沟通显得太麻烦了，有时还会黑屏，范老师就想着换一种方式，每次我写作遇到困难时，她就会要求我到她的办公室里改作文。放学后的校园十分寂静，办公室里鸦雀无声。范老师在备课，我安静地改作文，每当遇到难题时，就可以随时请教她。范老师的办公桌上堆着许多作业本，她要做的事情太多太多了。可我一旦有问题要问，她就会停下耐心地教我写作文，耐心地跟我说话。“先把要写的事情从头到尾想一遍，做到心中有数……”简单的几句话，就如同一把钥匙，打开了我写作文的大门。

渐渐的，范老师发现我的作文写得杂乱的原因，竟然是因为我看了很多杂书。什么童话故事书，历史书，漫画书，科技书……稍微有趣点的书，我都会去看。虽然说“开卷有益”，可是我看的书太多太杂，作文的思路就容易乱。为了让我的作文能够做到思路清晰，范老师在期末休业式典礼之后，送我一套世界名著，对我说：“童话类的书你看了不少了，尝试着看看这套书吧，希望你喜欢。”自从有了这一套新书，我就一头扎进名著的海洋，学习了很多知识，作文水平也慢慢地提升了。

感恩范老师。感谢范老师对我付出了那么多，每当我提起笔写作文，我的耳朵边仿佛传来了范老师的说话声，我的心里就感到非常温暖。

Today is womens day, and also the day I get the scholarship. Look! I made

a chocolate bar for my mother with a scholarship. Although I have paid a lot for

myself, I am very happy in my heart: I can also give my mother a gift, instead

of wrapping around my mother for presents!

But mom is sick and cant eat sweet food. I had to put the chocolate in the

fridge, but after a few days my mother was very ill, and she took a big bite,

guns has started,and the "new tubular virus"pneumonia has swept through.All

departments have responded positively and fought against the epidemic

2020 is a new beginning,but just at the time of the Spring Festival,the

Chinese people once again face the virus crisis: new coronavirus,only17years

since the last SARS in2003.

2020年是一个新的开始，可是，恰好在春节降临之际，中华人民再一次面对病毒危机：新形冠状病毒，距离上次2003年非典仅过去17年。

country like a wind.

今年春节前一场冠性肺炎像场风一样，席卷了全国

I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends

and parents, so I always let the chance go and refuse to try. Once, I have a

chance to take a performance in the Christmas show, but thinking about if I

performed badly, all my friends would laugh at me, so I gave up the chance. But

now, I am tired of letting so many chances to go, I want to try, after seeing my

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

人生漫漫，我们终会遇见许多人。有些如过眼烟云，转瞬即逝；而有的则会与之相识，在人生的画卷中勾勒出辉煌的一笔。记忆中，那个熟悉的身影出现脑海。作为我的英语老师，兼班主任，老师，您充分敬佩老师这个职业。

曾几何时，在那烈日正午，同学们静心午睡，呼吸平缓，睡意正浓。您却在此时于走廊辅导差生，在阳光的照耀下，您挥汗如雨，耐心地一个个指导各种错题，用干脆的声音反反复复地讲解重点。远远望去，太阳的光辉如金纱一般披在您身上。您；放弃自己的休息时间，全心全意地帮助我们学习，着实让我敬佩。

不仅仅在中午，在晚上，她对我们班级也扔是尽。每每夜幕降临，伴随着放学的铃声，同学们各个背着书包离家。而您本可以提早回家，却留下来帮忙打扫卫生，帮助劳动委员指挥值日生。每晚，在值日生们与您的共同努力下，一尘不染的教室，整整齐齐的桌椅，洁净的空气，这一切的一切，总是会代替我们迎接第二个新的太阳。因此，我们常常在卫生方面获得佳绩。

在您的带领下，我们慢慢成长。您为我们操过心，生过气，是您，诠释了何为“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”，您，使我们初中生活中不可缺少的一人。我，敬佩您；我，敬佩教师。

There are many different beliefs about the origin of the Lantern Festival.

But one thing for sure is that it had something to do with celebrating and

cultivating positive relationship between people, families, nature and the

higher beings they believed were responsible for bringing/returning the light

each year.

One legend tells us that it was a time to worship Taiyi, the God of Heaven

in ancient times. The belief was that the God of Heaven controlled the destiny

of the human world. He had sixteen dragons at his beck and call and he decided

when to inflict drought, storms, famine or pestilence upon human beings.

Beginning with Qinshihuang, the first emperor to unite the country, all the

emperors ordered splendid ceremonies each year. The emperor would ask Taiyi to

bring favorable weather and good health to him and his people. Emperor Wudi of

the Han Dynasty directed special attention to this event. In 104 BC, he

proclaimed it as one of the most important celebrations and the ceremony would

last throughout the night. They clean it all up in the morning.

Another legend associates the Lantern Festival with Taoism. Tianguan is the

Taoist god responsible for good fortune. His birthday falls on the 15th day of

the first lunar month. It is said that Tianguan likes all types of

entertainment, so followers prepare various kinds of activities during which

they pray for good fortune.

Yet another common legend dealing with the origins of the Lantern Festival

speaks of a beautiful bird that flew down to earth from heaven, which was hunted

and killed by some villagers. This angered the Jade Emperor in Heaven because

the bird was his favorite one. Therefore, he planned a storm of fire to destroy

the village on the 15th lunar day. The Jade Emperors daughter heard of this

plan, and warned the villagers of her father’s plan to destroy their village.

The village was in turmoil because nobody knew how should they escape their

imminent destruction.

However, a wise man from another village suggested that every family should

hang red lanterns around their houses, set up bonfires on the streets, and

explode firecrackers on the 14th, 15th, and 16th lunar days. This would give the

village the appearance of being on fire to the Jade Emperor. On the 15th lunar

day, troops sent down from heaven whose mission was to destroy the village saw

that the village was already ablaze, and returned to heaven to report to the

Jade Emperor. Satisfied, the Jade Emperor decided not to burn down the village.

From that day on, people celebrate the anniversary on the 15th lunar day every

year by carrying red lanterns on the streets and exploding firecrackers and

fireworks.

There are many stories on how this festival was created. One other story is

about a maid. In the Han Dynasty, Mr. Eastern was a favorite advisor of the

emperor. One winter day, he went to the garden and heard a little girl crying

and getting ready to jump into a well to commit suicide. Mr. Eastern stopped her

and asked why. She said she was a maid in the emperors palace and her name was

Yuan-Xiao.

She never had the chance to meet her family after she started worked at the

palace. She missed them so much every 12th lunar month. If she couldnt have the

chance to show her filial piety in this life, she would rather die. Mr. Eastern

promised her to find a way so she could reunion with her family. Mr. Eastern

left the palace and set up a fortune-telling stall on the street and disguised

himself as a fortuneteller. Because of his reputation, many people asked for

their fortunes.

But every one got the same prediction - a severe fire accident on the 15th

lunar day. The rumor spread quickly. Everyone was worried about the future and

asked Mr. Eastern for help. Mr. Eastern said, "On the 13th lunar day, the God of

Fire will send a fairy lady in red to burn down the city. If you see a lady in

red wearing green pants riding a black horse on that day, you should ask for her

mercy." On that day, Yuan-Xiao pretended to be the red fairy lady. When people

asked for her help, she said, "Im the messenger of the God of Fire and came to

check on the city and Im going to set up fire on 15th. This is an order from

Jade Emperor. He will watch from the heavens.

I will give you a copy of the imperial decree from the God of Fire. You

should go to ask your emperor to find a way out." After she left, people went to

the palace to show the emperor the decree which reads "The capital city is in

trouble. Fire burns on the palace, and fire from Heaven burns all night long on

the 15th." The emperor of Han Dynasty was very shocked. He called and asked Mr.

Eastern for advice. After pondering for a while, Mr. Eastern said, "I heard that

the God of Fire likes to eat Tang-Yuan (Sweet dumpling). Does Yuan-Xiao often

cook Tang-Yuan for you? On the 15th lunar day, let Yuan-Xiao make Tang-Yuan.

Your Majesty will take charge of the worshipping ceremony and you will give

an order to every house to prepare Tang-Yuan to worship the God of Fire at the

same time. Also, deliver another order to ask every house in the city to hang

red lantern and explode fire crackers. Lastly, everyone in the palace and people

outside the city should carry their lanterns on the street to watch the lantern

decoration and fireworks. If everything goes this way, the Jade Emperor would be

deceived.

Then everyone can avoid the fire accident." The emperor happily followed

the plan. Lanterns were everywhere in the capital city on the night of the 15th

lunar day. People were walking on the street. Fire crackers kept making lots of

noise. It looked like the entire city was on fire. Yuan-Xiaos parents went into

the palace to watch the lantern decorations, and Yuan-Xiao made a big lantern

and wrote her name on the lantern. They happily reunited together after her

parents called her name. Everybody was safe during the night. The emperor of Han

Dynasty had a new order that people should do the same thing every year. Since

Yuan-Xiao cooked the best Tan-Yuan, people called the day Yuan-Xiao

Festival.

Young people were chaperoned in the streets in hopes of finding love.

Matchmakers acted busily in hopes of pairing couples. The brightest lanterns

were symbolic of good luck and hope. As time has passed, the festival no longer

has such implications.

Those who do not carry lanterns often enjoy watching informal lantern

parades. In addition to eating tangyuan (simplified Chinese: 汤圆; traditional

Chinese: 湯圓; pinyin: tāngyuán), another popular activity at this festival is

guessing lantern riddles (which became part of the festival during the Tang

Dynasty), which often contain messages of good fortune, family reunion, abundant

harvest, prosperity and love.

我们都是教师，都希望把课讲好，把工作做好。张子锷先生讲，上好每一堂课，教会每一个学生，这是我们要毕生追求的理想和完成的使命。我想利用今天的机会，从个人观点出发，谈谈什么样的课是一节好课?我知道这是一个没有标准答案的问题。

设立教师节的时候，我还是个年轻教师。那时我们主要是按照凯洛夫的“五步教学法”授课。从夸美纽斯的班级授课制，到凯洛夫的“五步教学法”，再加之严格按照教学大纲或课程标准或考试说明进行教学，学校教育呈现出典型的工业化生产模式。在那时，课堂主要是教师的课堂，而非学生的课堂;教学主要是教师教的过程，而非学生学的过程。当然，我这样讲也许有些绝对。我不是要否认课程标准和考试说明，相反，我们要认真学习和领会这些文件，因为这些文件是教学质量的标准，我们要用它来检验我们工作的质量。

但今天的课堂的确发生了一些变化。我至少可以说，北京四中的课堂不完全是传统型的课堂，老师讲课也不完全是传统的模式。这些年来，我听了几百上千节课。我从大家的课堂上吸取了许多营养。把这些营养提取出来，像制药一样，就形成了今天的北京四中教育价值体系。价值体系中的一些元素是课程标准或考试说明中没有的，但却是青少年成长所必需的。

这些年来，我阅读了许多有关课堂评价的文章，也分析过许多课堂评价的指标体系和量表。不论拿着哪一张量表来听课，我都觉得很难按照量表上的指标给课逐项打分。没有一堂课能与量表上的指标完全对应。好课的标准不是唯一的。老师讲的少的课是好课，讲的多的是不是好课?学生练的多的是好课，练的少的是不是好课?课堂提问多的是好课，提问少的是不是好课?有讨论的课是好课，没有讨论的课是不是好课?没有简单的答案。但课堂教学的确是可以评价的。既然可以评价，就一定有标准。我想，也许评价标准更应当是原则性的，而不必过于具体、细化和量化。半个世纪以前，俞汝霖先生提出的“北京四中十大教学原则”就是很好的课堂评价标准。

好课是有共性的。我们每年都组织学生评教，还把一些学生的评教作文印给大家，而且尽量每个老师都选出一篇。凭听课印象，我能感觉出评教得分高的老师的讲课确有一些共性。如果你把学生写这些老师的作文拿来读读，也能看出一些端倪。简单说，学生心目中的好老师是全面关心他们成长的老师。除知识和方法外，学生从这些老师那里还能学到生活的智慧、人生态度和人生哲学，感受到人格的魅力。还有不少作文描写是师生相处的生活细节。不要小看这些细节，学生一定是从中受益的，才会留存在记忆中，写进到作文里。这些细节可能会影响他或她的一生。所以我认为，学校教育就是师生相处的一段生活，教育就存在于生活细节之中。

从听课和评教中总结好课的共性，我可以概括为“四有”：有知识、有方法、有生活、有境界。有知识、有方法的课就算是好课了;如果有生活，那就更好了;如果讲课能上升到精神层面，那就更不一般了。不要认为这遥不可及。

首先是“有知识”，这是最基本的要求。知识不是讲的越多就越好，要讲的精准、精炼、精彩。少则得，多则惑。怎样把握好这个度，取决于你对规律的把握和对学生的了解，知道学生的困惑在哪。讲课不是对知识的简单陈述，不是课本搬家，更不是讲标准答案。这样的课学生不欢迎，这样的教师也没有存在的价值。有知识还不是好课的唯一指标。能不断激发学生的兴趣和热情，也是好课的重要特征。

其次是“有方法”，或者说有思想。四中老师不缺少让学生得高分的绝招，教点儿绝招学生会很佩服你。但重要的是，要让学生自己悟出方法。思想是比方法更高一层的东西，是道，而非术。方法是解决具体问题的，可以说思想是可以移植应用到其他领域、触类旁通的方法，是认识和解决问题的普遍的方法。让学生自己悟出方法和思想是教育者更高超的技艺。这与教师的学养有关，与教师对知识理解的深度、广度和高度有关。我建议老师尤其是理科老师要读一些哲学，尤其是西方哲学的经典著作。

第三是“有生活”。人类创造知识的目的，是为了改善生活，使生活更加美好和有意义，而不是为了考试和个人发展。仅仅把学知识与考试挂钩是一种价值迷失。所以我们在讲课时，除了要关注考试外，还要广泛联系与知识有关的生活现象和人类职业活动，要让学生掌握知识的同时，理解知识的意义与价值。我不赞成老师总把考试重点挂在嘴边，尤其是在非毕业年级，这样会使学生学习倒胃口，这样的教学是不成功的。价值引领而非考试导向的知识教育，会使学生获得主动发展的不竭动力和热情。我们要培养学生的社会责任感。引导学生关注知识在生活中的用途，了解知识在改变人类生活中的作用，激发学生运用知识来创造和改变世界的欲望和冲动，有助于培养学生的社会责任意识。这种价值引导的教学是潜移默化润物无声的教育，胜过空洞的说教。

第四是“有境界”。四中的教育理念是以人育人，共同发展，其中有一句话，以境界提升境界。一节好课展现的不仅是教师的口才和处理教材的技巧，还有教师的思想、情感、精神追求和人格魅力。我认为后者更为重要。几天前我听一节起始课。教师在自我介绍时谈到自己爱读书、爱自由、爱校园、爱上课、爱山水、爱旅游……不爱成为焦点，不爱每三年的离别，等等。他的自我介绍几次被学生的掌声打断。我感到学生的掌声是发自内心的对老师的敬佩。境界反映了教育者对待生活、社会和世界的态度，反映了教育者的职业操守与职业精神，体现了教育者对理想与崇高的追求。一个好的课堂，应当是充满正能量的课堂，是赋予了教育者的态度、精神、生命与价值观的课堂，是充满了热情、激动、憧憬、情感激荡和心灵互动的课堂，是将精神和人格引向高尚的课堂。我希望在北京四中能有更多的这样的课堂。

我们都希望把课上好，都希望获得成功和幸福。这里，我想读一段刘葵老师在今天上午讲的话——能为美景凝神落泪，能知道这世界上每个人都特别有意思，从而拥有对大千世界的温情与好奇，能拥有安身立命、强国安邦的一技之长，在内心深处怀抱不放求真求善的渴望，这便是教育的成功。

能在学生们的青春记忆中存留对成长的包容与尊重、关爱与美好，能和一群志同道合的同仁一起老去、能看着孩子们不断成长而心安理得地老去，也是一种幸福。
