教室里一片哗然，同学们都在小声的讨论着。而我却沉默不语，心想：给妈妈洗脚?曾经老师也布置过这个作业，我因不好意思而没有给妈妈洗，今天……

突然我的脑子里回想起妈妈对我的种种，老师刚才的话语，于是下定决心今天晚上一定要给妈妈洗脚。

晚上，看老妈心情不错。于是晚饭过后，我悄悄地来到卫生间。到水龙头那儿兑好水，端着洗脚盆来到妈妈面前。妈妈看着我有些莫名其妙，准备好了的话流利的从我的嘴里说出来“……总之千言万语汇成一句话：‘妈妈，我爱你’。”此时的妈妈已经被我感动的说不出话来。眼泪像断了线的珠子似的往下掉。我脱下妈妈的鞋子和袜子，刚要把妈妈的脚往水里放时，眼前的一幕把我惊呆了。天哪!这是妈妈的脚吗?脚上布满了老茧，这些老茧是妈妈辛苦赚钱努力奔波，为我们磨出来的啊!我哭了，苦的是那么痛。眼前的这一幕让我痛心，又让我为妈妈心痛。

我顺利的完成了作业，而经过这次体验让我明白了很多。感恩就在我们身边，可能只是一件微不足道的小事，但从中使我感到温暖。感恩就像一束阳光，射进我们的心田;感恩就像清新的空气，使我们成长，使我们变得成熟、稳重、阳光!请感恩你身边的人，让身边充满感恩，让世界变得更加美好!

大家下午好!

伴随着新学期的钟声，一年一度的教师节也如约而至。在这个喜庆的日子里，我们迎来了新一批来自五湖四海、朝气蓬勃的莘莘学子，又收到了一波波来自四面八方、满怀祝福的节日问候。此时此刻，我们心中既有“得天下英才而育之”的喜悦，又有“桃李芬芳满天下”的自豪，我想这就是我们作为教师最大的幸福。在此我首先代表学校，向辛勤耕耘在教学、科研、管理、服务第一线的全体教职员工，和曾为学校发展付出心血汗水的离退休老同志，致以节日的问候和美好的祝愿!向即将受到表彰的先进集体和个人致以热烈的祝贺和崇高的敬意!

时逢教师节，“尊师重教”作为一个经久不衰的话题，又一次登上了大众讨论的热门话题榜。作为教师，我们在感受全社会敬意的同时，也应当看到，近年来一些师德失范现象屡见报端，教师节的鲜花和掌声中开始夹杂了质疑与非议。这警示我们，教师自身也必须以自尊自重去捍卫这一神圣职业的尊严。面对学生，我们总期待着他们能够成为道德的旗手、学习的能手、生活的高手，却也应该常常扪心自问，倘若遵循同一套标准，我们每一位教师又是否都能高分通过?正所谓“正人先正己”，教师工作的“示范性”和学生特有的“向师性”，决定了一位好教师就是一本最好的教科书。

去年，在教师节三十一周年之际，习近平总书记明确提出了好教师的“四有标准”，即“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实知识、有仁爱之心”，这是新时期对教师师德师风、综合能力的整体要求，也是广大教师进一步修炼内功、提升素养的行动指南。我们高兴地看到，在上财的校园里，就有许多深受学生钦佩与爱戴的好老师。他们有的德才兼备、爱岗敬业，是学生心中的“人生导师”;有的热情幽默、多才多艺，是学生眼中的“男神女神”;还有的爱生如子、乐于奉献，是学生口中的“暖妈暖爸”。我们身边许多值得大家尊敬和学习的师德楷模，用实际行动赋予了“四有教师”最好的注解，其中有“成厚德博学人，做咨政启民事”的胡怡建老师，有“行笃定学者风，怀殷殷师者情”的孙宁老师，有“向人间撒大爱，以行动写师魂”的刘志远老师，有“乐育英才人气高，虚怀若谷地气足”的葛冬冬老师，有“情系滇西谋发展，倾情奉献暖人心”的井然哲老师，有“冰河救人扬正气，见义勇为不留名”的刘宝权老师，还有在场的诸位获奖者。衷心地感谢你们!

今年教育部将教师节的主题定为“落实总书记重要讲话精神，聚焦乡村教师队伍建设”，并再次号召广大教师争做“四有”好老师。借此机会，我也想就如何做一名“好教师”谈几点看法，与大家共勉。

第一，铸师魂、扬师爱。“三尺讲台系国运，一生秉烛铸民魂”，这是亘古不变的人文情怀，也是历久弥新的为师之道。身为教师，我们要珍惜教师的身份、珍视教育的价值，把教书育人当作毕生事业去追求，树立高尚的职业理想，培养坚定的职业操守，以“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的赤子之忱，诠释对教育事业的热爱与忠诚。为此，希望大家始终以学生成长成才为己任，做到常怀“三心”：一要常怀真心，崇教乐教，爱岗敬业，坚持把上好每一堂课作为第一要务，真正将培养学生视为最重要和最宝贵的成果;二要常怀耐心，因材施教，循循善诱，充分尊重学生的个性发展，最大程度地释放和激发每一位学生的创新潜能;三要常怀爱心，心系学生，无私奉献，努力成为学生严慈相济的良师益友，切实关心关爱生活困难、学习困难、心理困难的学生。

第二，修师德、树师表。人们常说，老师是学生的镜子，学生是老师的影子。教师的道德表现对学生的影响深刻且久远，甚至可能影响学生的一生。作为学生健康成长的指导者和引路人，教师理应对自己的德行有更高的要求。用陶行知先生的话来说，就是“一举一动、一言一行，都要修养到不愧为人师表的地步”。为此，希望大家自觉恪守“学为人师、行为世范”的精神坐标，时刻严守“三条底线”：一要守好政治底线，坚持“学术无禁区、课堂有纪律”，经常提警自己思想不抛锚，用三尺讲台托起中国梦、传递正能量;二要守好法律底线，不断增强自身法治观念和法律素养，努力成为学法、尊法、守法、用法的典范;三要守好道德底线，不仅要做公民道德建设的引领者，还要做优良学术道德的践行者，对学术剽窃、学历造假、考场舞弊等各类学术不端行为坚决“零容忍”。

第三，强师能、精师艺。学识是教师之基。扎实的知识功底、过硬的教学能力、科学的教学方法是教师的基本素质，也是赢得学生喜爱与尊重的硬实力。在知识更新速度日新月异的今天，教师的知识储备与知识传授之间已不止于一桶水和一碗水的关系，更需要教师善于引来永不枯竭的源头活水，善于与学生分享思想和探究源流，才能满足学生越来越广泛的知识需求。为此，希望大家练好“三项基本功”：一要勤于积累知识，时刻保持“充电”状态，不断升级“知识内存”，以渊博的学识增强为师的底气;二要勇于创造知识，醉心学术，潜心科研，以孜孜以求的拼劲和学术创新的干劲，点燃学生的探索欲望和创新能力;三要善于传播知识，不断更新教学理念、创新教学方法、提高教学艺术，引导学生与课程同频共振，以自身的学识魅力赢得课堂精彩。

新的学年，新的开始。希望全校教职员工以“四有”为镜、向先进看齐、从自身做起，立敬业之志、行笃学之风、树为师之范，真正做到以身立教，为人师表，当好中华民族“梦之队”的筑梦人，创造无愧于学生、无愧于时代、无愧于使命的育人业绩!

最后，祝愿全校教职员工节日愉快、身体健康、工作顺利、阖家幸福!

走着走着，看见路旁有不少野菊花。我眼前一亮，心里暗暗高兴：就是它了。我三步并作两步跑过去，小心翼翼地采着。一朵，两朵……

我捧着花继续向前走，不禁浮想联翩。记得那一次，自己因为生病而住进了医院。老师带着全体同学来看望，还给我买了一箱苹果。并对我说：“不用着急，安心养病，落下的课程我来给你补。”从那以后，您果然天天来给我补课。一天，天气不好，还下起了雨来。我以为您不来了，可您还是来了，而且为了使我不着急，加快了脚步，摔了一跤，还把脚脖子扭了。当您给我补完课，一瘸一拐地下楼时，我不禁热泪盈眶。

我走到学校，把花分成两份，默默地在心里说：“老师，一束祝您身休健康，一束祝您节日快乐。”我快步向办公室走去，见到办公室的门关着，便从窗子外面把花插到笔筒里。在那一瞬间，我发现老花镜上，台历上，地球仪上，墨水瓶上，似乎都闪动着老师那忙碌的身影，使我不禁想起了那双戴着老花镜的眼睛。

在回教室的路上，我想：老师，两束花并不贵重，但我送给您的不只这点，还有一颗真诚的心。
