明天是老师节。下午一放学，我就想给老师买什么好呢？送花？不对，花一两天就死掉了，咦！送月饼，对！月饼吃了总比花死掉好啊，而且要到中秋节了！

我永远记得您送给我们的一句话：“工作中流的泪，都是高中三年掺的水。”老师，感谢让我遇见您，我很期待与您一起度过高中的最后一年。

Since the development of the technology, the society gets modernized,

people make use of the high technology to pursue more profit. Though the

government has noticed the problem that people do to the environment, they still

can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is

that the river and the water were changed their color, some fish even died for

the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big

city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is

not the rainy day, but the haze around the sky, there is no way for people to

run away for it. The haze contains toxic elements, people breathe it and hurt

their bodies.

The haze problem is the result of people’s pursuit for the profit, what

people did to the environment now has been paid back by the environment. Now

people have realized the revenge from the nature is so huge, protecting the

environment is the main task. No matter how bad the environment is, people still

need to do something to fix their mistake.

我们都是教师，都希望把课讲好，把工作做好。张子锷先生讲，上好每一堂课，教会每一个学生，这是我们要毕生追求的理想和完成的使命。我想利用今天的机会，从个人观点出发，谈谈什么样的课是一节好课?我知道这是一个没有标准答案的问题。

设立教师节的时候，我还是个年轻教师。那时我们主要是按照凯洛夫的“五步教学法”授课。从夸美纽斯的班级授课制，到凯洛夫的“五步教学法”，再加之严格按照教学大纲或课程标准或考试说明进行教学，学校教育呈现出典型的工业化生产模式。在那时，课堂主要是教师的课堂，而非学生的课堂;教学主要是教师教的过程，而非学生学的过程。当然，我这样讲也许有些绝对。我不是要否认课程标准和考试说明，相反，我们要认真学习和领会这些文件，因为这些文件是教学质量的标准，我们要用它来检验我们工作的质量。

但今天的课堂的确发生了一些变化。我至少可以说，北京四中的课堂不完全是传统型的课堂，老师讲课也不完全是传统的模式。这些年来，我听了几百上千节课。我从大家的课堂上吸取了许多营养。把这些营养提取出来，像制药一样，就形成了今天的北京四中教育价值体系。价值体系中的一些元素是课程标准或考试说明中没有的，但却是青少年成长所必需的。

这些年来，我阅读了许多有关课堂评价的文章，也分析过许多课堂评价的指标体系和量表。不论拿着哪一张量表来听课，我都觉得很难按照量表上的指标给课逐项打分。没有一堂课能与量表上的指标完全对应。好课的标准不是唯一的。老师讲的少的课是好课，讲的多的是不是好课?学生练的多的是好课，练的少的是不是好课?课堂提问多的是好课，提问少的是不是好课?有讨论的课是好课，没有讨论的课是不是好课?没有简单的答案。但课堂教学的确是可以评价的。既然可以评价，就一定有标准。我想，也许评价标准更应当是原则性的，而不必过于具体、细化和量化。半个世纪以前，俞汝霖先生提出的“北京四中十大教学原则”就是很好的课堂评价标准。

好课是有共性的。我们每年都组织学生评教，还把一些学生的评教作文印给大家，而且尽量每个老师都选出一篇。凭听课印象，我能感觉出评教得分高的老师的讲课确有一些共性。如果你把学生写这些老师的作文拿来读读，也能看出一些端倪。简单说，学生心目中的好老师是全面关心他们成长的老师。除知识和方法外，学生从这些老师那里还能学到生活的智慧、人生态度和人生哲学，感受到人格的魅力。还有不少作文描写是师生相处的生活细节。不要小看这些细节，学生一定是从中受益的，才会留存在记忆中，写进到作文里。这些细节可能会影响他或她的一生。所以我认为，学校教育就是师生相处的一段生活，教育就存在于生活细节之中。

从听课和评教中总结好课的共性，我可以概括为“四有”：有知识、有方法、有生活、有境界。有知识、有方法的课就算是好课了;如果有生活，那就更好了;如果讲课能上升到精神层面，那就更不一般了。不要认为这遥不可及。

首先是“有知识”，这是最基本的要求。知识不是讲的越多就越好，要讲的精准、精炼、精彩。少则得，多则惑。怎样把握好这个度，取决于你对规律的把握和对学生的了解，知道学生的困惑在哪。讲课不是对知识的简单陈述，不是课本搬家，更不是讲标准答案。这样的课学生不欢迎，这样的教师也没有存在的价值。有知识还不是好课的唯一指标。能不断激发学生的兴趣和热情，也是好课的重要特征。

其次是“有方法”，或者说有思想。四中老师不缺少让学生得高分的绝招，教点儿绝招学生会很佩服你。但重要的是，要让学生自己悟出方法。思想是比方法更高一层的东西，是道，而非术。方法是解决具体问题的，可以说思想是可以移植应用到其他领域、触类旁通的方法，是认识和解决问题的普遍的方法。让学生自己悟出方法和思想是教育者更高超的技艺。这与教师的学养有关，与教师对知识理解的深度、广度和高度有关。我建议老师尤其是理科老师要读一些哲学，尤其是西方哲学的经典著作。

第三是“有生活”。人类创造知识的目的，是为了改善生活，使生活更加美好和有意义，而不是为了考试和个人发展。仅仅把学知识与考试挂钩是一种价值迷失。所以我们在讲课时，除了要关注考试外，还要广泛联系与知识有关的生活现象和人类职业活动，要让学生掌握知识的同时，理解知识的意义与价值。我不赞成老师总把考试重点挂在嘴边，尤其是在非毕业年级，这样会使学生学习倒胃口，这样的教学是不成功的。价值引领而非考试导向的知识教育，会使学生获得主动发展的不竭动力和热情。我们要培养学生的社会责任感。引导学生关注知识在生活中的用途，了解知识在改变人类生活中的作用，激发学生运用知识来创造和改变世界的欲望和冲动，有助于培养学生的社会责任意识。这种价值引导的教学是潜移默化润物无声的教育，胜过空洞的说教。

第四是“有境界”。四中的教育理念是以人育人，共同发展，其中有一句话，以境界提升境界。一节好课展现的不仅是教师的口才和处理教材的技巧，还有教师的思想、情感、精神追求和人格魅力。我认为后者更为重要。几天前我听一节起始课。教师在自我介绍时谈到自己爱读书、爱自由、爱校园、爱上课、爱山水、爱旅游……不爱成为焦点，不爱每三年的离别，等等。他的自我介绍几次被学生的掌声打断。我感到学生的掌声是发自内心的对老师的敬佩。境界反映了教育者对待生活、社会和世界的态度，反映了教育者的职业操守与职业精神，体现了教育者对理想与崇高的追求。一个好的课堂，应当是充满正能量的课堂，是赋予了教育者的态度、精神、生命与价值观的课堂，是充满了热情、激动、憧憬、情感激荡和心灵互动的课堂，是将精神和人格引向高尚的课堂。我希望在北京四中能有更多的这样的课堂。

我们都希望把课上好，都希望获得成功和幸福。这里，我想读一段刘葵老师在今天上午讲的话——能为美景凝神落泪，能知道这世界上每个人都特别有意思，从而拥有对大千世界的温情与好奇，能拥有安身立命、强国安邦的一技之长，在内心深处怀抱不放求真求善的渴望，这便是教育的成功。

能在学生们的青春记忆中存留对成长的包容与尊重、关爱与美好，能和一群志同道合的同仁一起老去、能看着孩子们不断成长而心安理得地老去，也是一种幸福。

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green

foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and

nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so

on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the

junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or

oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will

cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a

healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

九月，凉风习习，秋高气爽。我们迎来的第一个节日居然是教师节，今年我们过了一个与众不同的教师节。

为了过一个与众不同的教师节，在音乐课上，我们提前学好了手势舞。在教师节那天，老师们都穿着正装，看着格外耀眼，格外精神。我们用上操的时间过了一个特别的教师节。

首先，五四班在主席台上演讲，讲了那么多。但深深地印在我心上的一句是：老师，您就是我们心中的风雨，我们永远感谢你。

演讲完之后，老师们站成一排。此时一首手势舞的歌曲缓缓地响起来了。我们做着手势，嘴里唱着歌。

我发现老师们脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容，老师用微微颤抖的手接过同学们亲手制做的贺卡。老师们嘴里唱着动情的歌，眼里泛着幸福的泪光。

是啊，老师就像我们的母亲一样，关心，照顾着我们这一群调皮的孩子。如果说我们是一朵娇弱的花，那老师就是爱花的主人。我们是花朵，您是雨露，我们在您的滋润下茁壮成长着。

每次回想到以前的时光，就觉得非常快乐。美好的五年时光中，感谢您的陪伴，感谢您的教导。

老师，祝您教师节快乐。愿您幸福每一天。

站在鲜艳的红旗下，我们又迎来了一个难忘的教师节，在这激动的时刻，我向关心、爱护我们成长的52中全体老师们送出祝福：祝你们节日快乐，幸福美满！

突然有一天，我发现原来一直以为会青春常驻的老师，也会有疲惫、苍老的容颜，我们才意识到，在平凡的岁月中，老师您是付出了那么多……这个时候，正是您需要更多的理解、支持的时候，可是您却是那样沉默，令人肃然起敬。

亲爱的老师，您的光芒照耀了我们的前途，您的光芒是有限的，就在这属于您的节日里，请接受您的学生衷心的祝福。

九月，带着似火的热情，披着绿色的盛装走来;九月，满怀金色的希望，手捧感恩之心走来。九月，就这样悄悄地来到了老师的窗前，放慢了脚步，留下了深深的心迹!

Since I was a little child, I had a dream that I wanted to be a doctor.

When I was little, I watched many TV series and movies about doctors. I thought

they were so great. Therefore, I made up my mind to be a doctor. In my opinion,

doctor is the people who can help patience get out of sickness and pain.I want

to be the person who can help others. However, being a doctor needs so much

professional knowledge and there is a long way to go. So I have to try my best

on my study and go to a good college.

Today, more and more young people are crazy about western festivals. When western festivals come, they usually go to restaurants or shopping malls to have fun.

如今，越来越多的年轻人都对西方的节日着迷。当西方节日到来的时候，他们常常去餐厅或是商场娱乐。

Why do the young enjoy western festivals so much? Since they worship everything new, and they can’t resist the temptation. In their opinions, western festivals symbolize the fashion, while our Chinese traditional festivals are out of date. No wonder we always feel so boring during our traditional holidays. If we still turn a blind eye to our traditional festivals, our culture and civilization will disappear someday. Accordingly, it is high time for us to pay close attention to our Chinese festivals.

为什么年轻人这么喜爱西方节日呢?大抵是因为他们喜爱新鲜事物，抗拒不了诱惑。在他们看来，西方节日代表着时尚，而中国传统节日则太土了。这也难怪我们也觉得我们的传统节日太过无聊了。如果我们对传统节日漠然置之，那么某天我们的文化文明终会消失。因此，我们该多多关注我们中国自己的节日了。

As a Chinese, we have the obligation to protect our culture and custom. So I think we should celebrate our Chinese festivals by doing some traditional activities. As for western festivals, we needn’t to be too excited about them. We can just send our best wishes to our best friends during those festivals.

作为一名中国人，我们有责任保护自己的文化习俗。所以我认为应当在庆祝中国传统节日时候举办一些传统活动。而对于西方节日，我们不需要太过激动。在这些节日里我们应该只需简单的送上祝福就好。

My holiday my family,"ten.one" golden week will float in the sky with

laughter.

Im going to the countryside,put aside all the troubles,do a happy bird. In

the woods picking sweet fruit,make endless sweet ying heart; To the river to

catch fish,with the river flowing rhythm,let laughter echoed in the air for a

long time.

Should first glimpse of the sea,I feel it flat as colchicine

halcyon,rustling noise at high tide,when angry when earth—shattering roar; I

want to lay in the sun on the soft beach,hacking waves affectionate hug rock

discourse. Remember fresh seabreeze comes,remember waves of the sea as

snow,remember the roar when windsthat blow,remember

unforgettable,endless,capricious,make people intoxicated with the sea.

I also want to read a good book,let oneself into a seedling,rooted in the

book of the pure land,absorbs the nutrition knowledge,broaden their horizons.

With books,as the magic machine of time and space,as the bridge of the

mind,communication up and down in five thousand,with friends all over the world

with joy and sadness,from now on,heart no longer lonely.

It is Teachers Day on September 10th every year. Teachers are the greatest people in the world， I think， because they teach us how to write and read. The most important is that they teach us how to be a real man. They are also kind to everybody and they dont want anyone to fall behind others. They always get on very well with their students， and they are our best friends. When students are in trouble， they can help them in time. I will be a teacher when I grow up.

九月十日是教师节。我认为教师是世界上最伟大的人，因为他们教会我们读书写字，更重要的是他们教会我们如何做人。他们对每个学生都很好，不想让任何一个人掉队。他们和学生们关系融洽。他们是我们的好朋友。当学生有困难时，他们会及时帮助学生。等我长大了，我也要当一名教师。

With the development of information industry, there are more and more

people shopping online. Shopping online means shopping on the Internet without

going out. Therefore, on the one hand, shopping online has its advantage. One

the other hand, shopping on line also has its disadvantage.

First of all, shopping online is very convenient. People can buy thing only

they have a computer, which can surf the Internet. They don’t need to go out on

a rainy day or under the shining sun. Meanwhile, people can save their time to

finish their work or other things. On the contrary, as people just decide what

they buy depending on the picture placed by the shop owner, they can’t see the

quality before they receive the product. Sometimes people maybe buy the things

are in low quality, or some fake products.

In general, shopping online has its advantage and disadvantage. In my

opinion, I prefer shopping online than shopping on the street.
