cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

The traditional culture will never be lost, I believe.

It is known to all that Guangxi province is famous for its various culture,

because there are many minorities. Recent years, the local government carry out

a policy of taking a break on March 3rd, which makes it the special day for

Guangxi Province. People can enjoy some shows which are full of local features,

such as singing local songs, having dragon-lion dance and so on. This policy not

在每年的教师节来临之际,我都会想起一件事。

那是我在上小学一年级的时候，记得教师节的前一天上午，下课后我在讲台上玩，一不小心把刘老师的墨水瓶给打破了。红墨水像鲜血一样从讲台桌上流了下来。顿时，我吓得傻了眼，赶紧用纸清理讲台上的红墨水。慌慌张张地，我的手被碎玻璃渣划破了。我赶紧用纸擦掉手上的血,并用纸把伤口包住。

管 理局、市委市政府历来高度重视教育工作，始终把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置。近年来，在全市上下的共同努力下，紧紧围绕办人民满意教育的总体目标，加大投 入，统筹协调，改革创新，办学条件显著改善，教育教学质量和师资水平稳步提高，一些教育热点难点问题得到有效解决，尤其是今年高考，一本上线人数38人，二本以上上线人数117人，比去年将近翻了两番，得到了社会各界的认可。

这 些成绩取得，是全市人民和社会各界倾力支持教育的结果，更是全体教师和教育工作者锐意进取、辛勤耕耘、无私奉献的结果。刚才，学生代表、优秀教师代表、优 秀校长代表和爱心人士代表分别作了很好的发言，介绍了我们可爱的老师忠诚党的教育事业、坚守三尺讲台，甘为人梯、坚守教育事业的动人事迹，使我们深受教 育。在他们身上集中体现了广大人民教师和社会各界高度负责的崇高精神、恪尽职守的敬业情怀、无私奉献的高尚品格;刚才，福明局长还对上一年的教育工作进行 了全面的总结，对广大教师提出了殷切希望。

当 前，全市上下正在认真贯彻落实党的十八大、十八届三中全会和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，深入开展党的第二批群众路线教育活动，围绕实现市委三届七次全 会确定的奋斗目标，力促发展升级。我们面临的任务非常繁重，我们肩负的责任十分重大。要加快全面建设小康社会进程，早日实现小康井冈山的目标，最关键的是 要靠人才来支撑，最根本的是要靠教育来保障。因此，全市上下必须站在全局和战略的高度，大力推动教育综合改革发展，努力办好人民满意的教育，为全市市经济 社会发展提供人才保障、智力服务和科技支撑。借此机会，我提几点希望，与大家共勉。

一、迎难而上，办人民满意的教育

尽管我市的教育事业取得了新发展，新成绩，但我们要清醒的看到面临的挑战和差距。我们的农村基础教育特别是义务教育还相对薄弱，高中教育教育水平还需进一步提高，职业教育发展缓慢。可以说，形势逼人，不进则退。为此，我们要努力做好以下几方面工作：一是加快教育领域改革。改革创新是教育发展的强大动力。前不久，市委市政府出台了《关于农村教育、职业教育改革发展的意见》，明确了改革的目标、方向、重点和措施，为此，我们要着力深化基础教育改革，重点解决社会关注的热点难点问题;着力深化职业教育改革，促进中、高职协调发展，推动职普互通;深化教育体制机制改革，重点推进教育管理体制、办学体制、投入保障体制等改革。二是要抓好高中教学质量提升。实事求是地讲，我们高考成绩还不是很理想，高考达线人数与周边县市相比，还有较大的距离。我们要积极探索提高高中教学质量的新思路、新方法，加强学校管理，推行教学改革，激发教师的教学热情，力争在未来几年内有一个大的突破。三是要逐步实现城乡教育均衡发展。当前，我市教育发展中还存在城镇和农村发展不平衡、普高和职高发展不协调等问题。解决这些问题就必须继续抓好农村中小学校布局调整，积极改善农村学校办学条件，适当提高农村教师的待遇，妥善解决农村教师的生活困难，让广大农村教师能扎下根、扑下身、干得好。四是要大力发展职业教育。目前，我市职业高中发展还十分薄弱，全市只有一所旅游中专，在校人数也只有193人。下一步，我们一定要坚持“办学方向面向市场、专业设置围绕市场、技能培训贴近市场”的思路，加大力度办好旅游中专，努力把我市的职业教育做大做强。

二、志存高远，做人民满意的教师

教 师是天底下最崇高的职业，是立教之本、兴教之源，承担着传授科学知识、传播人文精神、传承人类文明的光荣使命。长期以来，我市广大教师奋战在教书育人第一 线，把自己最宝贵的青春年华奉献给了三尺讲台，不讲条件优劣，不论待遇高低，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，默默无闻，无私奉献，为井冈山教育倾注了满腔热情，付出 了艰辛劳动，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩，也为全社会树立了光辉典范。借此机会，我想讲八个字作为希望，与老师们共勉：

一要立德。教 师是人类灵魂的工程师，师德是教师最重要的素质，教师作为学生健康成长的指导者、科学知识的传播者和良好社会风气的引领者，其师表风范和人格修养会影响到 学生的一生。教师不仅要学高，更要德高。希望大家坚持以德立己、以身立教，既美其德，又慎其行，用崇高追求、高尚品德和人格力量潜移默化地影响学生，真正 做到为人师表、行为世范、甘当人梯、无私奉献，在教书育人的伟大事业中大有作为。

二要好学。教 师是知识的传播者、智力的开发者，理应成为学习型社会的表率。希望大家业务上当强将，教学上创一流，把勤学善思、严谨治学作为自觉追求，不断学习新知识、 掌握新技能、拓宽新视野，争当学识立业、品德立身的先锋，争当积极进取、勇于创新的先锋，使自身的理想信念、思想觉悟、知识结构和能力水平始终能跟上时代 发展的步伐，带动和培养出更多具有创新能力的高素质人才。

三要博爱。爱 是教育的全部真谛，教师对学生的爱，不同于父母对子女的爱，这种爱体现了对人类的爱，对未来的爱，是不求回报的无私的爱。希望大家都能以爱作舟，以心为 桨，像对待自己的孩子一样，对学生充满爱心、无微不至、循循善诱，把满腔的爱撒播给每一个学生，努力成为学生爱戴的老师、群众满意的园丁、社会称颂的楷 模。

四要有责。没 有责任心，就没有成功的教育，教师的肩上承载着一个孩子的前途和希望，不仅要肩负起传授知识的责任，更重要的是要教会学生做人。教师的责任心、工作水平， 直接影响到学生的进步和成长。希望大家能以今天受表彰的先进单位和个人为榜样，充分认识到自己肩负的重大使命和历史责任，以对学生高度负责的精神，将爱心 与责任彰显于教育教学的每个细节，融入日常工作的点点滴滴，以人民教师特有的人格魅力、学识魅力和卓有成效的工作赢得全社会的尊重。

三、尊师重教，凝聚加快教育发展的强大合力

教育是一项系统工程，需要全社会的关心与支持，加快教育科学发展，必须动员全社会力量，在全市上下真正形成关心、理解、支持教育的强大合力，真正形成尊师重教、尊重人才的浓厚氛围。

一要在重视教育中多一份关爱。我 们要牢固树立“抓教育就是抓经济、抓教育就是抓发展”的观念，以更大的决心、更多的财力支持教育事业，落实好教育优先发展的各项政策。要切实加强对教育工 作的领导，各乡镇、各部门主要领导要经常深入学校调查研究，做到重要工作亲自督促，重大问题亲自研究，重点难题亲自协调。各部门要各司其职、齐抓共管，公 安、工商、文化、卫生等部门要加强学校周边环境整治，净化育人环境，维护师生权益。各有关部门要在各自的职责范围内为教育发展加力，如，出台优秀校长、优 秀教师及先进教育工作者津贴政策，共同为教育的发展创造一个良好的外部环境。市委、市政府也将更加关心广大教师的工作、学习和生活，千方百计为教师解难 题、办实事，使广大教师政治上有地位、社会上有尊严、经济上有保障，能够安心、用心、顺心地投入工作。

二要在支持教育中多一份行动。我 们井冈山的教育底子薄，面临着边远学校薄弱、基础设施不足、文体设施缺乏等困难，教育发展迫切需要社会各界的关心和支持，特别是部分贫困学生，需要得到全 社会的关怀与帮助。各乡镇、各部门要多向上沟通，多捕捉信息，争取在项目扶持、学生关爱、教师培训等方面有突破、有成效;要积极争取名人名企的支持，争取 名人名企来我市捐资办学，让更多的名人名企与贫困生接对子，让更多的企业捐资助学，呼吁涌现更多象范华平先生一样的有识之士支持教育事业发展;要积极争取 各项政策支持，用足原中央苏区县振兴计划、罗霄山片区区域发展和扶贫攻坚、南岭生态主体功能区、国定贫困县等国家发展职业教育政策的叠加发力，全力促进我 们打造一批名校，产生一批名师，教出一批名生，把我市教育事业提高到一个新的水平。

三要在发展教育中多一份贡献。教 育是一项复杂系统工程，办好教育是全社会共同的责任，需要我们大家齐心协力。教育事关全市人民的切身利益，发展好井冈山的教育事业，每个井冈山人都责无旁 贷。我们要动员全社会力量，关心、支持、参与到教育事业发展中来，人人贡献自己的一份力量，促进井冈山的教育事业健康持续发展。同时，要营造全社会尊师重 教的浓厚氛围。大力宣传教育在助推经济社会发展中的重要作用，大力宣传教育事业发展取得的丰硕成果，大力宣传教育战线上涌现出来的先进典型和先进事迹，努 力在全社会形成尊重教师、尊重知识、尊重人才的良好风尚，营造全社会关心、支持教育事业发展的浓厚氛围。

at the end of the party,help push door,convenient for people to leave.

Dennis school the teacher told us that the volunteers are very hard,because

they only work,but cant see,my brothers and sisters and volunteers I insist in

the end,although there is a little lazy,but warned by the teacher once,I havent

made a mistake.

Finally,the teachers give us volunteers score,my score is 9 points,10

points,10 points,although the score is high,but I also want to continue to work

point of view, I think that it is essential for us to know ourselves in a right

way. People who have a full awareness of the importance to improve themselves

今日是9月10日，是一年一度的教师节。早上，我兴冲冲的来到学校，发现同学们都有礼物送给教师，我来给你们说一说吧。

同学们带来的礼物十分多，有鲜花、水杯、茶叶、玻璃球、爱心盒……我看看自我两手空空的来到了学校，哎，我怎样把今日的教师节给忘了，送什么礼物好呢我灵机一动，想到了一个好办法。我想：只要认真听每一个教师的话，就是送给教师教师节最好的礼物。上课时，我们每一个同学认真坐好听课，不搞小动作，把作业写得十分认真。我相信这就是给教师最好的教师节礼物。

教师，我想对您说：“多谢，感激您精心教了我们整整三年。无论我们走到哪儿，永远记住您的情；无论我们走到哪儿，永远记住您的话；无论我们走到哪儿，我们永远是您的一朵花。”

祝天下所有的教师，教师节欢乐！

In my life， Ms Wang is the most important person to me. Her teaching skills are diverse. In class， she usually uses games and posters. She works hard for us. When other teachers rest， she still keeeps working and working. When we are mischievous， she is good at giving systematic guidance.

We are readlly grateful for what she has done for us. We want to say "Thank you" to her.

在我的人生中，王老师对我来说是最重要的人。她的教学手法很多样。课堂上，她经常利用游戏和标语。为了我们，她努力工作。当其他老师休息的时候，她仍然在工作。当我们淘气的时候，她循循善诱，因势利导。

我们真的很感激她为我们做的事情。我们想对她说声“谢谢”。

在我的书桌上有一个纯手工制作的笔筒，高的那个上面画有我们班的课程表，矮的那个身上有我们学校的时间表。每次望着笔筒，都有满满的幸福溢上心头，因为笔筒里藏着老师对我的爱。

有一次，学校开展了手工作品大赛，当时我也参加了。我做了一个笔筒，笔筒底座是用光盘固定的，上面用废旧的水彩笔粘成两个高低不一的圆，作品就算完成了。后来我得知我的作品并没有入选，我知道这个消息后失望得哭了。

中午老师却把我叫到办公室，我一眼就看到了她办公桌上摆着我制作的笔筒。老师说：“多漂亮的笔筒啊!我们可以把它加工一下，摆在书桌上，让它发挥出最大的作用。”说完老师和我一起装扮我的笔筒：先用两张彩色的手工纸粘在笔筒上，再把班级课程表和学校作息时间表画好粘在了高低笔筒的面上……就这样，经过老师的巧手加工，一个既漂亮又可爱的小笔筒诞生了，上面不仅有美丽的图案，有实用的课程表和时间表，还有老师对我鼓励的话语。老师把做好的笔筒送给我，我的失望随之烟消云散了。接过笔筒的那一瞬间，我的内心无比激动，一个小小的笔筒里藏着老师多大的爱呀。

回家后我把笔筒放在了书桌上最显眼的位置，每次做功课时，我看着它，就好像心中有一股无形的力量在鼓舞着我前行。每次取得进步或成功时，我看着它，似乎就看到了老师脸上洋溢出的温柔灿烂的笑容。

一个小小的笔筒呵护了我幼小的心灵，一个小小的笔筒倾注了老师特别的关爱，它传递着我们浓浓的师生情，它诉说着老师对我深深的爱!

今天，我们502班和渔歌文学社的成员们一起开展了“六·一”庆祝活动。 庆祝活动的序幕拉开了，我和其他三位主持人闪亮登场。首先，我们激情地朗诵了开场词，接着表演就开始了。

第一个节目是由我、任__、王__、刘__和缪__的五人小合唱，合唱的曲目是《少年少年祖国的春天》，这首歌唱出了我们儿童的活泼，儿童的心声。

在这十多个节目当中，我最喜欢徐辉玉吹奏的葫芦丝曲《月光下的凤尾竹》了，我喜欢它不仅仅是因为这首乐曲动听美妙，更是因为徐辉玉手法娴熟，用心吹奏，看!她拿起了葫芦丝凑近嘴边，手指灵活的搭在按孔上，等待着音乐乐声响起，轻柔委婉的葫芦丝乐曲便在教室里弥漫开来，我们都沉浸在这扣人心弦的乐曲当中。突然，乐曲声戛然而止，可我们依旧沉醉在这美妙动人的音乐中，直到薛老师轻轻喊了我们一下，我们才从这音乐的天堂里惊醒了。徐辉玉像一个绅士一样，向我们深深鞠了一躬。顿时，教室里响起了雷鸣般的掌声。

“六·一”的庆祝活动当然少不了游戏了。今天，薛老师给我们准备了两个小游戏：抢椅子和运苹果。大家最爱玩的当然是抢椅子了。首先老师选拔出五位同学，并摆出四张凳子，由这五位同学听着音乐转圈圈，等音乐一停，要马上坐下，未抢到椅子的同学遗憾退出，抢到的同学将进入下一轮，就这样依次淘汰，最后决出冠军。本次游戏的冠军是603班的女孩任牧阳，她聪敏机灵，手脚灵活，冠军宝座她坐得稳稳当当。

最后一个环节是互送贺卡，我做了三张贺卡，都送给了我的好朋友。另外，我还得到了一个六年级朋友的意外礼物，我真是受宠若惊呀!

这次“六·一”庆祝活动，我受益匪浅。这不仅向同学介绍了自己，展示了自己的才华，而且自己也认识了更多的朋友。

今天是教师节，我和几个同学买好东西后，约定在学校操场集合。那天晚上天色不大好，可同学也来了，实在很难得。

我们到了老师家门口，把一个小恶作剧也带来了，我们敲了敲老师的门，把一个礼物盒放在门口，然后躲到门后面。老师开门了，她把礼物盒打开时，里面喷出了很多彩条。我们高兴的对老师说：“节日快乐!”

老师热情的招待我们，把很多好吃的放在我们面前。我们争先恐后的抢起来，我拿了一块巧克粒以外就什么也没拿了。 吃玩东西后，有的聊天，有的看电视，有的跳绳。老师看我们在家里没什么好玩的，所以问班长想去哪儿玩，“烛光亭”班长高兴的说。

到了烛光亭，有的在点蜡烛，有的在许愿，有的在喝茶，有的在绣花等等，烛光亭是个很浪漫的地方，它就在我家旁。可以对着蜡烛许愿。也可以把你的朋友`家人等的名字绣在花里，祝他们平平安安，万事如意，这不，我就绣了一个给老师吗。 一会儿后，老师又带我们去了开乐地，那也是个不错的地方，我们可以在那里尽情的玩，还可以一边玩一边学呢!

时间过得真快啊!一转眼就到11点了，我们依依不舍的和老师说了声再见，就走了。这一天是我最开心的一天!

of colorful lanterns hung out.

During the Lantern Festival， people will try to solve the puzzles on the

lanterns and eat yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball)。

In the Sui Dynasty in the sixth century， Emperor Yangdi invited envoys from

other countries to China to see the colorful lighted lanterns and enjoy the gala

performances.

By the beginning of the Tang Dynasty in the seventh century， the lantern

displays would last three days. The emperor also lifted the curfew， allowing the

people to enjoy the festive lanterns day and night.

In the Song Dynasty， the festival was celebrated for five days and the

activities began to spread to many of the big cities in China.

Today，3the displaying of lanterns is still a big event on the 15th day of

the first lunar month throughout China.

The fillings inside the dumplings or Yuansiao are either sweet or salty.

Sweet fillings are made of sugar，Walnuts，sesame，osmanthus flowers，rose petals，or

jujube paste etc. A single ingredient or any combination can be used as the

filling . The salty variety is filled with minced meat，vegetables etc.

Recently, the movies about the old people happen to have the magic and then

come back to their 20 years old time are very popular. The old people do all

kinds of crazy things that they never have the chance to do. These movies tell

people that given another chance, they will do whatever they want to do. I

always hear my parents said when they retired, they could carry out all kinds of

their plans and enjoyed the life. In my opinion, when we are young , we shuold

enjoy our moment and chase our dream. It is a little to carry out the plans when

we are old. Youth is the advantages.
