昨天上午第三节课上半节课和做操的时间，有人负责办黑板报，而我和有些人一齐抵住前门，不让刘老师进来。石茂泉负责锁门，防备刘老师突然拿班门钥匙开门，王国静负责偶尔关一下窗子(靠住楼道的窗户)，而落乾站在椅子上把一张信纸扣在后门窗上，外面附加一本美术书(应该还锁了门，不过我也不清楚，因为后门常开长关，能知道就怪了)。

不过半路也有一个小插曲：落乾把美术书”开”了半面，突然高声叫了起来：”是我们的同胞弟兄们，开门!”我说了一句：”千万不能开啊!”这时，班长大声说到：”别开，说不定刘老师一下就进来了!”于是我们更卖力地顶着前门。可是落乾却突然来到了前门，也不知道后门窗户有没有挡住，落乾开了一个门缝，向外张望，可一下子就锁住了，还立刻去挡后门的窗户，也不知道他怎么了，可能因为见了刘老师吧!

那天，我们可真是爽爆了!!!

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of

nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.

As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal

action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws

to protect these animals in danger. Second, we must take some measures to

protect animals effectively. Animals are our friends and part of our

environment. Third, we should raise peoples awareness to protect animals and

our environment. In this way, we can build a harmonious society and ensure a

sustainable development.

With the growing awareness of healthy eating， more and more people now are

paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But

at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

今天是9月7日，再过几天就是第__届教师节了。这不，我刚一到教室，就看见平时在楼道里玩耍的同学们全都在教室里思考着什么。我想：他们一定在思考教师节送老师什么礼物才好。于是，我也走到了自己的座位上思考：我们星期一不需要上课，而星期一又正好是教师节，所以我今天要给老师送上一份实用的礼物，来表达我对老师的敬意。

一年一度的教师节就这样来临了，我们班级也正忙着出教师节的黑板报，属于10个班的期末评比“文明班”的一项活动。2班是我们1班的较劲班，只不过他们的班主也参与了黑板报的描绘，致使我们这些靠着自己双手、脑袋去思酿的同学有少许的泄气。不过后来还是被竞争的欢愉所取替，对呀，出黑板报我还是头一次，想想就觉得挺新鲜的!

晓婷是我们班上的绘画能手，而班长与梓佳就是写字达人!跟他们一起出黑板报，真的是“荣幸”吶，既学习了人家，又满足了自己的好奇心，一举两得，在活动中增长了见识，在交流中获得了快乐。

“教师节来历”、“教师节赞歌”、“教师节故事”……一个个生动的画面，虽没有2班板面的华丽，却也是同学们劳动的成果嘛!

我在那一处空白的墙头上，画了一卷书信、一支玫瑰花和一顶博士帽。红花绿叶，孜孜教导，硕果累累，这不正是园丁们辛勤的写照吗?很久没有在墙上绘画了，如今，粉笔与墙面的磨檫声交汇，串成了欢歌的音符。呀，没想到真是“看着容易，做起来难”，我以前看同学作画，只不过是小小的墙头一角，现却花费了我半小时的时间。跳下椅子仰视，班长说：“灿曼，你画的是什么东西呀?”唉，好伤自尊哦。画了半天，居然看不出模样来。其实我也辩不出自己到底画的是书还是信，嘻嘻。

走出教室，看下面的自行车，已经寥寥无几了，听见有人对班主说：“老师，节日快乐。”真有勇气!

班长大概是觉得天色渐暗，而自己的离校路途又是那么地远，可是我们这些女同学并没有回家的意思，只好在一旁说笑。哈，其实都一样，只不过星期一就要参加评比了，而要赶在星期一之前完成，唯有这个时候的加紧了!一笔一划有条不紊地修改着，而晓婷那边的菊花也差不多初具模型了吧!

6：15，总算搞掂，哦，回家喽!希望我们的努力不会白费!

教师节的氛围，虽没有了以往在作业本里面夹上“老师，i love

you”之类的信条，也没有送花、送信之类的举动了。不过咱们滴努力就是对老师滴回报!

各位老师、同志们：

今天，我们在这里隆重庆祝第32个教师节。首先，我代表市委、市政府和39万人民，向在座的各位，并通过大家向辛勤奋战在教育战线的广大教师和教育工作者，致以节日的问候!向今天受到表彰的先进单位和模范个人，表示热烈的祝贺!向长期以来关心支持我市教育事业的社会各界人士，表示衷心的感谢!

近年来，在推进经济社会转型跨越发展的进程中，市委、市政府始终高度重视教育发展，加大投入力度，校安工程全面完成，青少年活动中心等一批教育基础设施建成投用，办学条件明显好转;深化教育改革，规范教育管理，建成特色小学58所，优质初中14所，中考各项指标稳居运城前列，高考二本达线人数从2008年的586人增加到2012年的1432人，连续五年实现增长，年均增长率达23.2%，职业教育跻身省级重点，民办教育蓬勃发展，教师素质全面提高，教育质量大幅提升，全市教育事业上了一个新台阶。这些成绩的取得，凝聚着全市广大教育工作者的心血和汗水，饱含着全社会的智慧和奉献。对此，市委、市政府是满意的，人民群众是称赞的。

刚才，副市长李琦同志对下一阶段的教育工作作了详细安排，希望大家认真贯彻落实。下面，结合会议精神，就如何加快我市教育发展，我讲三点意见，即：突出一个核心，建强两支队伍，营造一种氛围。

一、突出一个核心，就是要突出提升教育教学质量这个核心，办人民满意教育。质量是教育的生命线。全面提升教育质量，是建设教育强市、办好人民满意教育的根本要求。全市上下要牢固树立质量意识，把提高教育质量作为办学的第一要务，用质量取信于民，用质量取信于社会。一要深化改革激活力。坚持用改革的思维、创新的办法来定位教育、谋划教育、发展教育。要创新管理体制，建立完善科学的教育教学评价机制和考核激励机制，努力营造积极向上、竞争有序、有利于优秀教育人才脱颖而出的良好环境。要深化人事制度改革，尽快形成人员能进能出、职务能上能下、待遇能高能低的人事制度，全面激活教育发展活力。二要整合资源优布局。要深入调查研究，摸清全市学校布点情况，综合考虑各方面因素，从有利于孩子成长，有利于提高教育质量，有利于推进教育事业的高度出发，科学调整学校布局，合理配置教学资源，对规模小、生源少、条件差、质量低、群众意见大、具备撤并条件的薄弱校进行整合，形成布局合理、资源互补的教育发展格局。三要均衡发展显特色。学前教育要注重早期益智，注重情感陶冶，注重习惯养成，完善幼儿成长档案，克服幼儿教育小学化倾向，促进幼儿健康成长。义务教育要面向全体学生，推行素质教育，减轻学生负担，夯实成才基础。高中教育要突出打造精品，不断提升质量，力争跨入全省先进行列。职业教育要扩大规模，提升效益，创造品牌，结合全市产业结构，合理设置专业，创新办学模式，提高就业能力，为全市经济社会发展提供人才和智力支持。四要加强教改提质量。要借鉴先进地区教育改革的成功经验，正确处理素质教育和教学质量的关系，创新教育观念，推进课程改革，改进教学方法，结合实际，大胆尝试，在课堂教学、校本课程、品德教育等方面开展教研教改活动，以教研促教改，以教改提质量。

二、建强两支队伍，就是要建设一支事业心强、责任心强、创新意识强、管理能力强的教育管理队伍和一支业务精湛、爱岗敬业、结构合理、活力四射的优秀教师队伍。一是抓校长，创品牌。一个德才兼备的好校长，就能创造一所人民满意的好学校。教育部门要加强学校班子建设，引入竞争机制，力争把那些政治素质高、管理能力强、群众基础好的同志，选拔到领导岗位上来。要继续实施名优校长培育工程和名牌学校创建工程，努力培养一批在全市、全运城乃至全省有影响的名优校长，全力打造一批办学水平高、教学质量高、人民群众评价高的名牌学校。校长作为学校的管理者，要沉下心来认真钻研教育规律，明确办学理念，制定长远规划，深入思考教育管理，积极推行教育改革，努力成为专家型、学者型校长。

要维护教育公平，完善评价机制，建设特色学校，打造活力校园，让学校成为学生成长成才的乐园。要加强管理，主动服务，关心教师，了解教师，维护教师权益，改善教学条件，当好教师的“后勤部长”，为教师发挥特长搭建广阔平台。二是抓教师，创佳绩。教师是教育事业发展的主力军。教师素质的高低，直接决定了教育事业的成败。借此机会，我向全市广大教师提几点要求：一要讲奉献。教育是一项崇高的事业，教师是一个辛苦的职业。从某种意义上说，选择了教师，就等于选择了奉献、选择了清贫、选择了辛苦。作为一名合格的人民教师，就要干一行，爱一行，耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫，发扬“春蚕到死丝方尽、蜡炬成灰泪始干”的奉献精神，在平凡的岗位上播撒爱心，施展才能，创造骄人业绩，实现人生价值。二要敢创新。我曾经讲过，教育的今天不是昨天的复制品，如果今天是昨天的复制品，那知识就没有更新，没有拓展;明天不是今天的影印件，如果是今天的影印件，社会不但不会进步，还会倒退。随着知识的不断更新，教学的简单重复意味着枯萎和倒退，所以说，我们教师一定要精心、创新、挑战、超越。要紧跟时代步伐，拓宽知识视野，创新教育理念，创新育人手段，培育学生创新精神，开发学生自身潜能，努力培养更多的富有创新精神的人才。三要有爱心。著名教育家陶行知先生曾说过：没有爱就没有教育。作为教师，就要爱生如子，乐于奉献，加强传统道德教育和爱国主义教育，培养学生的爱国情怀，以真情真心教育学生，塑造学生的优良品质，真正成为学生健康成长的良师益友。四要做表率。今天受到表彰的有忠于职守、治校有方的学校领导，有倾尽爱心、精心育人的普通教师，有任劳任怨、无私奉献的老同志，有初涉杏坛、脚踏实地的教育新兵，你们是河津教育的宝贵财富，也是全市广大教师学习的榜样。希望大家充分发挥模范带头作用，带动更多的教师积极投身教研教改，促进全市教学质量不断提高，努力成为学生喜爱、家长尊敬的优秀教师。

三、营造一种氛围，就是要在全社会营造“党以重教为先、政以兴教为责、民以助教为荣、师以从教为乐”的浓厚氛围。教育工作是一项社会系统工程，需要社会方方面面的理解、帮助和支持。各级党委、政府要始终把教育放在优先发展的战略地位，在人力、物力、财力上予以倾斜，真正做到“六个优先”，即：教育发展优先规划，教育工作优先研究，教育投入优先安排，教育困难优先解决，教育用人优先补充，教师待遇优先落实。宣传部门要加大宣传力度，大力宣传优秀教师的先进事迹，大力宣传助教支教的先进典型，展现新时期人民教师的精神风貌，让教师真正成为社会上最受尊敬的职业，让尊师重教之风盛行全市。公安、文化、工商等相关部门要密切配合，通力协作，主动服务教育，积极支持教育，为教育发展创造良好环境。社会各界要关心教育，理解教师，全力支持教育发展，切实为教育发展办实事、做贡献。

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

My college life is wonderful, I learn both knowledge and social skills.

Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

morning and from 1:30--5:30 in the after-noon,except on Sundays.

The library contains a large variety of books. in it you will find both

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

今天是第32个教师节。此时此刻最想说的是，向各位优秀教师和教育工作者代表，并通过你们向全市广大教职员工致以节日问候，表示衷心感谢和崇高敬意!

召开这个座谈会，主要有两个目的，一是在教师的节日倾听教师的心声，听取大家的意见和建议，用办实事的方式庆祝教师节;二是共同学习习近平总书记昨天在北京师范大学考察时的重要讲话和省委书记郭庚茂9月5日在接见全省优秀教师代表时的重要讲话精神，把中央、省的要求贯彻落实到我市教育工作中，推动全市教育事业又好又快发展，为全市经济社会发展做出更大贡献。

刚才，朝庄同志汇报了我市教育工作情况，8位教师代表先后发言，听了之后很受启发，也从中感到这些年我市教育事业发展很快、态势很好。8位教师代表有从事基础教育的、有从事职业教育的、有从事特殊教育的，有的来自新区、有的来自老区、有的来自山区。大家有一个共同点，就是在默默坚守着教师这份职业，并在不同岗位做了很多工作，取得了突出成绩。你们所在的学校，有几所我去过，条件比较艰苦，大家坚守着、奉献着，使我很受感动。在教师节这个特殊的日子里，再次向大家表示感谢和敬意。

近年来我市教育事业取得长足发展，学前三年毛入园率由2011年的63.1%提高到83.67%，小学适龄儿童入学率100%，初中三年巩固率90.92%，高考成绩捷报频传，职业教育发展步伐加快，教育领域综合改革全面启动，这是市委、市政府高度重视的结果，是教育部门履职尽责的结果，更是广大教职员工辛勤努力的结果。教育战线涌现出大批优秀教师和教育工作者，今天在座的就是这一群体的代表。教育事业的发展是一个过程，当前我市教育工作还有不尽如人意的地方，存在这样那样的不足，刚才大家在发言中也谈到了，这些问题需要用发展的眼光来看待，在发展中逐步解决。教育事业发展与经济社会发展是同步的，这些年鹤壁整体发展势头很好，市委提出加快打造两个构建升级版、努力建设生态活力幸福之城，符合中央精神，符合省委、省政府要求，也符合鹤壁实际。按照这条路子走下去，鹤壁的明天一定会更美好。鹤壁发展好了，各个方面都会好，教育也会更好。因为蛋糕做大了，经济总量上去了，财政收入必然随之增加，投入教育的部分也会逐年增加。事实上，教育投入在我市财政投入中举足轻重，目前我市民生支出占公共财政预算支出的近80%，其中教育是重头。总之，我们对鹤壁发展充满期待，相信鹤壁的教育事业也必将随着经济社会的发展而发展，这个前景是不容置疑的。

刚才，修芳市长对有关问题作了现场答复，提出了具体明确要求，我都赞同，希望有关部门特别是在座的部门认真抓好落实。下面，我谈几点意见。

第一，重视教育。百年大计，教育为本。习近平总书记强调，各级党委和政府要坚持把教育放在优先发展的战略位置，继续大力推动教育改革发展，使我国教育越办越好、越办越强。省委书记郭庚茂指出，抓教育就是抓发展、抓根本，就是抓支撑力、抓竞争力，就是抓最大的民生。国内外的大量实践表明，一个国家、一个民族要强盛，教育是根本。少年强则中国强，少年强首先教育要强。有一大批受过良好教育的高素质人才，才能支撑鹤壁的发展，支撑中原更出彩，支撑中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。优先发展教育是国家的要求，也是全市上下为之努力的大事。各级党委、政府一定要把推动教育优先发展作为重要责任，在经济社会发展整体规划上优先，在工作部署上优先，在具体项目安排上优先，多办一些实实在在的事情。这一方面，我们之前做到了，今后要做得更好。

第二，发展教育。教育发展与全市经济社会发展是相关联的，既要有量的发展也要有质的发展。我们在量的方面还存在大班额等问题，要努力解决。在量的发展的基础上，要更加注重质的发展，就是要解决上好学的问题，办好学，办高质量的教育。整体上看我市能保证每个孩子上学，但要保证都上好学不容易。这是一个非常现实的问题，不是一两年就能解决的。对此，各级各部门尤其是教育部门要及早谋划，制定规划，牢固树立以提高质量为核心的教育发展观，坚持规模和质量相统一，注重学校的内涵发展、特色发展，大力提高各级各类教育的质量和水平，尽最大努力满足群众对高质量教育的期待和要求。

第三，改革教育。改革是时代最强音。前不久，中央政治局审议通过关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》，明确提出要启动综合改革试点。这是贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神的实际举措。招生制度在改革、在转向、在转型，我们的教育怎么来适应?这是一个重大课题，既摆在教育部门面前，也摆在各个学校面前。如果思想观念不转变，体制机制不突破，就很难开创新局面。要围绕考试招生制度改革，及早研究谋划教学改革，更好适应新形势新任务，巩固基础教育课程改革成果。要围绕教育发展中存在的问题，通过教育改革寻找出路，着力解决体制不顺、机制不活、动力不强等问题。要围绕教育公平，探索完善教师均衡配置、城乡教师结对帮扶等机制和办法，促进教育均衡化发展。

第四，强化教育。教育大计，教师为本。强化教育，很重要的是加强教师队伍建设。习近平总书记强调，教师重要，就在于教师的工作是塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造人的工作。我们都上过学、读过书，对教师非常有感情，深知一个人遇到好老师是人生的幸运。从我个人来讲，老师在我的成长历程中一直发挥着非常重要的作用，他们的人生启蒙、谆谆教诲，让我至今难忘、受益终身。各级党委、政府要坚持把加强教师队伍建设作为基础工作来抓，努力为教师教书育人创造良好环境。要强化师德建设，把师德表现作为教师业绩考核、岗位聘用、评优奖励的重要内容，进一步完善教师职业道德量化考核制度，引导广大教师不断锤炼师德、提高修养、发挥正能量。要关注教师成长，探索建立符合实际的教师培训、激励、流动、保障等机制，为教师创造更多机会，让他们有更大的成长空间。要营造浓厚氛围，不断提高教师待遇，关心教师健康，维护教师权益，改善教师的工作生活条件，特别要关爱边远山区和贫困地区的教师，在全社会弘扬尊师重教的良好风尚，使教师在岗位上有幸福感、在事业上有成就感、在社会上有荣誉感，让教师成为最受人尊敬、最值得羡慕的职业。

习近平总书记号召全国广大教师做党和人民满意的好老师。希望全市广大教师牢固树立中国特色社会主义理想信念，带头践行社会主义核心价值观，自觉增强立德树人、教书育人的荣誉感和责任感，学为人师，行为世范，做学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。要作好表率，高标准要求自己，始终保持高尚的道德情操和健康的生活情趣，安贫乐道、守住底线，在各个方面作榜样、作楷模，以特有的人格魅力、学识水平和卓有成效的工作赢得学生、家长及社会的尊重和认可。要尽心尽责，牢记使命、爱岗敬业，自觉将个人理想与经济社会发展、人民幸福紧密结合起来，把全部精力和满腔真情奉献给教育事业，不仅肩负起传授知识的责任，更主动承担起立德树人、培养学生学习兴趣、塑造良好生活学习习惯的责任，将责任彰显于教育教学的每个细节，融入课上课下的点点滴滴。要充满爱心，做友爱之师、爱生之师，把对教育事业的忠诚和热爱，转化为对所有学生的关爱，以爱作舟，以心为桨，在思想、学习、生活上全方位关心和爱护学生，让学生在爱的氛围里快乐健康成长。要注重学习，牢固树立终身学习理念，把学习当作一种责任、一种追求，不断拓宽视野、更新知识结构，夯实业务基础、提高育人本领，努力成为业务精湛、学生喜爱的善学之师、博学之师。要善于创新，积极投身教育教学改革实践，认真开展教育教学研究，深化教学内容、方法、手段的改革，善于运用先进的教育观念和科学的教育方法培育学生，为培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人作出更大贡献。

同志们，鹤壁过去的发展，凝结着全市广大教师和教育工作者的心血和汗水;鹤壁未来的发展，教育责无旁贷。希望大家共同努力，把鹤壁的教育事业办好，让老百姓对我们的教育越来越满意!

Since the development of the technology, the society gets modernized,

people make use of the high technology to pursue more profit. Though the

government has noticed the problem that people do to the environment, they still

can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is

that the river and the water were changed their color, some fish even died for

the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big

city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is

not the rainy day, but the haze around the sky, there is no way for people to

run away for it. The haze contains toxic elements, people breathe it and hurt

their bodies.

The haze problem is the result of people’s pursuit for the profit, what

people did to the environment now has been paid back by the environment. Now

people have realized the revenge from the nature is so huge, protecting the

environment is the main task. No matter how bad the environment is, people still

need to do something to fix their mistake.
