Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

这次大会的主要任务是：总结工作，表彰先进，查找问题，明确任务，动员全乡教职员工发扬成绩，振奋精神，团结协作，强化管理，与时俱进，开拓创新，进一步提升xx教育新气象，下面，我把上学年的主要工作和新学年的工作打算向各位领导和同志们作以汇报。

一、上学年工作回顾

在县教育局、乡党委、政府的正确领导下，全乡广大教职工齐心协力，共同奋斗，立足实际，强抓机遇，不断深化教育改革，全面加强教育管理，不断改善办学条件，努力优化育人环境，使我乡教育工作呈现出良好的发展态势。

1、乡党委、政府对教育工作给与大力支持和高度重视

一年来，乡党委、政府领导多次深入学校调研，了解学校的建设、发展和管理情况。多次召开党委会，为教育的快速发展，出谋划策，解决了学校存在的很多实际问题。为了保护学校这一方净土，乡党委政府责令相关部门整治学校周边环境，为学校创设了宽松的生活、学习、工作氛围。为了弘扬教师的无私奉献，爱岗敬业精神，政府在资金异常紧张的情况下，挤出 召开教师节大会，表彰优秀教师和先进单位，为教师购买纪念品，所有这些都充分体现了乡党委政府对教育工作的高度重视，对我们全体教育工作者的极大关怀。

一年来，乡党委政府多渠道筹措资金，加大教育投入，进一步改善办学条件。党委政府为改变我乡落后的教育面貌，多次向上级有关部门领导反映问题，在各级领导的大力协调与支持下，今年投资 万元新建的乡中学生公寓已建成投入使用，投资 万元的xx乡小教学楼已经开工建设。今年暑假期间，在乡财政十分紧张的情况之下，乡党委政府又挤出资金 元，对乡中原有教学楼门窗全部更换铝合金窗，防盗铁门;内外墙壁粉刷一新，又新建了学校门卫室——乡中面貌焕然一新!如今，我们乡中的学生已经和县城的学生一样享受着一流的育人环境带来的优质的教学效果。学校办学条件的逐步改善，必将促进教育教学工作的不断前进，不断促进教学质量的全面提高，

2、开展校园文化建设，优化育人环境，全面提升办学水平

今年春季，教育局开展了校园文化建设活动，各中小学结合实际，完善了教育教学设施，进一步优化育人环境。如：乡中投资35000元，更换办公室座椅，制作喷绘20余条，制作文化长廊2个，设置文化操场、购置展板8快、制作固定宣传版面4块，粉刷墙壁1200平方米、栽植绿化植物300余株;乡小投入11000元，对教学楼墙壁全部进行粉刷、门窗刷漆、制作喷绘12条、修缮花池120米、设置阅报栏一个，展板2块，新购置音响设备一个;古村小学投入5000元，修建升旗台、师生生活用水池、制作喷绘5条、校园、厕所墙壁刷新、设置固定版面2个;西磨头小学投入4000元制作喷绘5条，横幅4条、设置版面2个，门窗刷漆、栽植小叶女贞200株;东磨头学校投入5000元，制作固定宣传文化版面12块、更新标语25条，固定黑板栏1块，墙壁涂白，门窗刷漆，修缮花池，平整操场;礼村学校投入5000元制作横幅，购置展板2块，制作固定黑板栏2块，门窗刷漆，标语更新;翔梧小学引进资金20万元左右将操场硬化，投入5000元新建升旗台，制作报栏2个、与洛宁县实验一中共同建设德育教育基地1处，更新李翔梧、刘志敏烈士展览馆、校史室。东南村学校投入6000元制作版面2个、展板2块、喷绘4条，更换教学楼、校风、校训标语牌，教室标语更新、栏杆、门窗刷漆。下高村学校投入3000元制作喷绘3条，安装乒乓球台案，展板1块，新建黑板栏3块;大阳学校投入3000元制作喷绘4条，横幅3条、购置展板2块，校园墙壁上涂料、修建花池等。

全乡共投入80000元左右，通过美化校园环境、设置文化宣传设施、增设校园文化阵地等，我乡各中小学的校园环境得到优化，办学水平得到进一步提高。

3、教研工作力度进一步加大，教师教学业务技能大赛硕果累累

为切实提高教师课堂教学技能，结合县教研室“赛课”活动安排，中心校教研组学区为单位举办全体教师汇报展示课、优秀教师示范课及优质课比赛。举行“教学基本功(三笔字)比赛”、“说课比赛”，借此进一步增强广大教师的教改意识，促进教师专业化成长。中心校筹措资金73000余元，购置电子白板11台;筹措资金10余万元，为任课教师配备笔记本电脑45台;进一步优化教师教学手段，课堂教学效果明显得以提高。全乡各学科教师在市县举行的各项教学业务大赛中屡屡得奖：

(1)、在县教育局举行的科技大制作活动中我乡共有6名学生分别获得一等奖、二等奖，教师张x、曲x、温x等获得优秀辅导奖。(2)、在市县举行的春季优质课赛讲中，我乡教师张x、张x荣获市级二等奖，乡小教师范x、礼村小学教师韦x、x小学教师董x等9名教师荣获县级一等奖、二等奖。乡中教师刘x荣获县级中学数学二等奖，刘x、张x、牛x荣获县级中学语文二等奖，英语教师郭xx获县级中学英语二等奖。(3)、在市县教学论文大赛中，xx小学教师赵x荣获市级语文二等奖，乡小教师席x荣获县级语文一等奖，古村教师张x荣获市级英语论文二等奖，共有5名教师获奖。乡中教师郭x、郭x荣获县级二等奖。(4)、在成教方面，东南村教师郭x、王x，乡小教师锁x等分别荣获成教论文一等奖和二等奖，乡中教师牛x荣获市级成教优质课二等奖，张x、锁刘x获县级成教优质课一等奖和二等奖。

4、帮扶结对子活动，取得明显成效

为了把外地学校的先进管理和教学经验引进来，促进学校管理上档次，促进教师专业化成长，在上级领导的帮助与支持下，x小学与x市x区x路实验小学、x路小学结成了帮扶对子;x小学与x县实验一中结成了帮扶对子;xx乡小与洛阳市直九小结成了帮扶对子。从4月开始，互派教师进行听课评课，进行交流研讨。手拉手活动的有效开展开阔了教师的视野，促进了教法的交流，取得了良好的效果。今年8月份，x小学积极主动与在外工作的大阳籍知名人士、著名作家张x联系沟通，最终达成与x食号x公司捐赠助教协议，食号烩面捐赠大阳小学2台电脑、120套校服，出资15000元把原有操场进行硬化。

5、中招及其它方面教育教学工作成绩喜人

(1)今年乡中校内学生考入重点高中21人，突破20人的既定目标;

(2)在今年春季中小学运动会上，我乡共有7人在男女跳高、跳远等项目获得名次，乡中心校荣获精神文明奖。

(3)2012年4月，中心校荣获县教育信息工作先进单位;

(4)2012年7月，中心校荣获县关心下一代工作先进集体，获县委组织部、县关工委、老干部局、文明委奖牌一个。

同志们!，以上这些成绩是全乡教职员工在县教育局、乡党委政府的正确领导下，在村委干部大力支持下，立足本职岗位，兢兢业业、不断探索、勤奋工作的结果!在此，我代表xx中心校向各位领导、全乡教职员工致以崇高的敬意和真挚的感谢!

一年来，正是像乡一中、x中学、x中心小学等学校的努力，使我们在县教育局年度教育目标管理中，摘掉了倒数第一的帽子。辛勤的付出收获了丰盛的硕果，两门中心小学被评为市级“教研赛考评先进单位”、中心校被乡党委政府评为先进单位、被县教育局评为勤工俭学暨劳动实践教育先进单位、(工会、老干)。

二、存在的困难和问题

在总结经验的同时，我们还要清醒的认识到，当前我乡教育事业改革和发展，依然存在诸多困难和问题：一是教育发展的水平、人才培养的质量还远远不能满足现代化建设的需要和人民群众的需求;二是校际之间发展不均衡问题比较明显，学校办学规模及学校布局调整方面不能符合上级要求。大部分学校的办学条件相当薄弱;三是教师队伍的素质参差不齐，整体水平亟待提高。优秀教师外流、教师拔高使用等现象十分突出;四是学生辍学现象尤其是高年级依然严重，控制学生流失问题仍然是我们当前的重要问题;这些困难和问题都需要我们进一步深化认识，开拓创新，不断解决问题，克服困难，把我乡的教育事业不断推向前进，办好让人民满意的教育。

三、新学年的工作安排：学校布局调整

1、继续做好中小学布局调整工作，根据省、市、县中小学布局调整有关文件要求，加大全乡中小学校撤并力度，至2011年底，调整为初中一所，中心小学六所，成建制小学八所，撤销全部教学点。年底前要力争完成2009年应撤并但未撤并的x家小学、x小学、x城小学，x城小学以及今年该撤并的x小学。

2、实行教职工全员承诺制。2010年9月份，校长和每位教职工要在全体教职工大会上公开承诺，承诺完成目标，提出发展思路，分管领导承诺所分管业务，班主任承诺班级管理质量、位次，任课教师承诺所担学科成绩等，每位教师要把自己承诺的内容形成文字一式两份，本校和中心校各一份备案存档。学校并在醒目位置张贴。学期末人人述职，对照学期初的承诺，谈自己工作完成情况。

3、完善教育质量目标责任制。首先，自2010年秋季新学期始，中心校每年都要以上学年质量抽测成绩为基准，对各学校各学科及格率、优秀率、平均分提出新的增长目标，并签约目标责任书，每年秋季初测，春季总测，对抽测结果进行公布，并把结果计入学校考评结果。其次，学校成立以班级为单位、以班主任为组长、各任课教师共同参加的协作组，协作组定期召开会议，研究学情，对照学生考试成绩，有针对性的分析每个学生的情况，分析学生进步及退步的原因。然后归类排队，给每个学生定出各自的奋斗目标，并明确由哪科教师承包学生薄弱的环节。这种由全体教师共同参与、共同努力，分类推进的“控辍保学”协作方法是大面积提高教学质量的有效办法。同时创新集体备课方式 提高备课水平，实行以中学、学区为单位每月第三个星期六的下午为集中备课时间，备课时间为4个小时。中心校要制定下发集体备课制度，集体备课流程和相关要求，学科组长即备课组主持人组织集体备课，同头课教师为重点发言人，非同课头教师为次要发言人，集体备课时重点发言人着重发言。备课前三天，中学、学区要把集体备课中心发言人备课课题和教案下发到每位教师，以便教师查阅材料，对备课课题有一个详细的了解。

4、建立学生目标激励机制。学期初要求全乡每个学生也要为自己定目标，不论是从学习、纪律，还是良好行为习惯的养成等，都得要求他们以不足为起点，写出激励文字，并把目标警示标志贴在课桌的左上角，时常对照。班主任再根据学生自定的目标，制定相应的评价办法，以督促其目标的完成。在学期末，加以对比，建立一套完善的目标激励机制和评价体系。

5、推行学生评教制度。本学期各学校都要建立一套完整的学生评教制度，根据学生评教细则及标准采用开小型座谈会、问卷调查等形式对教师进行评教，学期末将评教结果汇总分析，根据结果与相关教师座谈，将结果记入教师个人业务成长档案，作为年终考核的依据之一。

6、加强教师队伍建设，积极开展“双五个一”工程。在全乡教师队伍中开展“双五个一”工程，即在教育理论方面：每位教师每年读一本教育专著或一份教育教学刊物(写读书笔记一本)，参加一项教育科研课题的研究工作，每月写一篇有价值的教学反思，每学期写一篇课堂教学案例，每学期写一篇教学论文。在教学技能方面：每位教师每一学期上好一堂教学公开课，每学期在校本教研活动中有一次高水平的主题发言或评课发言，每学期制一份试题，每学期制作一个课件，每周提出一条教学中存在的问题和一条教学建议。中心校采取定时检查与不定时检查相结合，每次检查都要下发简报，表扬先进，鞭策落后，并督促学校整改，直到整改好为止，让“双五个一工程”得到扎实开展。通过“双五个一”工程的实施，促进教师专业理论水平提升和课堂教学能力的全面提高。

7、以现场会促发展，赛出办学水平。新学年，要改变以往什么会议都在中心校开的做法，把现场会开到学校，学校在某一方面(包括德育工作、学校管理、安全工作、教学质量、推普工作等)做的比较有特色，就把某方面的现场会设在那里。现场会不仅领导讲话，而且要有某方面做得有特色的校长作经验介绍，并组织中小学校长对举办现场会的学校进行参观、学习。校长之间相互交流，相互切磋，取长不断，共同提高，并把每次会议发言稿整理装订成册。使每次现场会都要对全乡中小学校长有所触动，有所感悟，，形成全乡中小学校长向先进学习、比管理、比办学水平的浓厚氛围。

Its almost the end of April. Summer has come to us in my city. In south,

summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month.

The highest temperature reached 37 degree. Now, there are much less people in

the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot

outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always

full filled with people. Parents often take their children to swimming pool at

night. Personally, I do not like summer, because its too hot and the sunshine

is strong. I sweat a lot and that makes me very uncomfortable. Therefore, summer

is tough time for me and I always expect winter to come.

With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word

“low-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such

as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on.

Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”

lifestyle.

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

to arouse others’ concern about the importance of lowering emission of carbon

dioxide and lead them to lead a “low-carbon” life.

As the technology and economic is developing, the environment problem is

becoming a severe problem, and the people are seriously affected.

The sustained damage to the environment has caused a serious problem, such

as air pollution, sand storm, extraordinary weather, and diseases etc., people

suffer from what they have done to the environment.

However. People have realized that it will be too late if they don’t do

anything to prevent things from getting worse. For example, there is an “Earth

Hour” on a Saturday of March of each year. It is a global movement, usually it

lasts from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. It is also called “Light-off for One Hour”. During

this hour, all the light will be turned off. The purpose of this movement is not

only to save energy, but also to warn the people to realize the importance of

protecting the mother earth, and to stop violating the environment.

Anyway, people and the environment have to keep a balance relationship.

People take from the environment, and have to protect it too.

Recently, our efforts to protect wild animals was questioned by the public,

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

My English Teacher

In my life, Ms. Wang is the most important person to me. Her teaching skills are diverse. In class, she usually uses games and posters. She works hard for us. When other teachers rest, she still keeps working and working. When we are mischievous, she is good at giving systematic guidance.

We are really grateful for what she has done for us. We want to say ”thank you” to her.

When I was younger , I went through an thing which deeply influence me.

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

compassion . So I decided to help him find his mother , and I took him to the

police station nearby . Then I went to school in a hurry , but when I arrived,I

found I’m still late . After my teacher’s preaching , I went back to the

classroom .I was so upset.

In the afternoon, my teacher asked me go out,he said he had wronged me. And

then I saw the child’s mother,she thanked me a lot,and I smiled shyly.

After the thing,I feel very happy to do good things,and I believe that

“give cake and ale to perfect soul”.

The custom of Dragon Boat Festival is always eaten with zongzi, the smell

of zongzi is sweet, and there are layers of bamboo leaves outside, and there are

all kinds of stuffing in it.

Speaking of zongzi, I have a story, two thousand years ago, the lunar

calendar in the early May, the five, Qu Yuan threw stone to the river, the

people heard this news all families packed zongzi, came to the river to

dumplings dumplings into the river, using this method to protect the body of Qu

Yuan.

Dumplings are divided into two types, a cylindrical bamboo called zongzi, a

triangle is called bamboo leaves. The family back to the child wearing Wusi line

painted on the head, "King", ed wormwood in the house...... The custom of the

Dragon Boat Festival is quite a lot.

If, a person with the person you have never met when you are very hungry for you a bowl of food to eat, you will be grateful to the strangers? If you did not know when you are very cold to you wearing a dress, you will be grateful to the strangers? But the teacher did so much for us, teach us a lot of knowledge and how to behave. But, who is grateful for teachers? Could anyone want to teacher its natural for us to do something, take it for granted, even, some students think that teacher is very repetitive.

There is a teacher in our class, she is our Chinese teacher, miss li. Amiable, miss li taught very careful, dont careless, besides, Mr Li has taught us three years!

On one occasion, I did not ideal, is she taught to the office. Miss li said some words to me, I was a dummy eat rhizoma coptidis, have bitterness could not say. Through the teaching of the teacher li, my grades "climb" more than 90 points from 80 points. The teacher really spirit!

每到教师节，同学们总是买好多礼物送给老师，有假花，有鲜花，甚至是蛋糕……老师总会笑着接过礼物，甜甜的笑容挂满脸上。那情景实在是太美丽了！

又是一年教师节，老师又得到了同学们的礼物。之后的几节课后，一位大叔叔拿来一个大蛋糕，说是我们班里的一位同学定的蛋糕送给覃老师。覃老师又惊讶又惊喜，问全班同学：“是哪位同学买的蛋糕呢？”只见一位同学犹犹豫豫地站起来，害羞的说：“是我……”那位订蛋糕的同学就是韦—熠—君，同学们都惊讶的望着她。老师笑眯眯地说：“原来是你啊，老师先谢谢你了。”

“叮铃铃”，下课了。同学们欢呼起来，因为就可以吃蛋糕了。老师切下蛋糕，分给每位同学，望着美味的蛋糕，我们都垂涎三尺，恨不得一口吃光。随着老师一声令下，开动，同学们狼吞虎咽地大吃起来，那个吃相惨不忍睹，每个人的脸上沾满蛋糕，望着我们滑稽的样子，老师也按耐不住，跟着同学们谈笑风生，这是，教室里满是一副快乐的景象！

这年的教师节真好玩，是同学们最快乐的回忆！

Last year, I went to Guilin for travel. On the train, I felt so bored. A

girl who sat next to me was reading a book, which caught my attention. I asked

her about the book, I found that I had read it before and then we discussed

about the novel. We talked happily, when the train arrived, we got off together.

When we got aparted, we promised to keep in touch. We communicated by the

computer. Now a year has passed, we become good friends and I miss her all the

time. She is a genuine friend. I plan to go to Guilin again and then we will

meet.

Since the one child policy carried on, many families had only one kid. As the children growing up, they felt lonely, because they did not have anyone to accompany. They felt so envious when they saw others have siblings. There is no doubt that the one child policy has controlled the population to increase so fast and helped people to improve their life lever. Recently, the government tends to open the second child policy slowly. People hold the different opinion. Some people think that it is good to let the child have siblings, so they will not lonely and can learn the meaning of sharing. Other people don’t want to have one more child because they don’t have enough money. They want to give the best education to the child, so they think one child is enough. Anyway, the second child policy gives people more choice.
