nature. Therefore, I think our society is a part of nature. People should live

harmoniously with nature. All the materials we need to live with come from

In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage

to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much

more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time

instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In

addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and

professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of

waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a

foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a

message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also,

the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of

delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I

might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also,

there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last,

Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too

much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the

Internet.

Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to

me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I

can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

近年来，我县教育事业取得了令人瞩目的巨大成就，各项工作都走在了省、市，乃至全国的前列，先后获得“国家幼儿教育先进县”、“河北省教育工作先进集体”、“河北省职业教育先进集体”等荣誉称号，这其中无不凝聚着广大教育工作者的心血和汗水。没有你们的辛勤耕耘就没有今天的成绩。但是，在看到成绩的同时，我们也必须清醒的看到，我们的教育工作与经济社会发展对人才的需求，与人民群众对优质教育的渴望，与县委、政府对提高教育质量的要求之间还存在一定的差距。当前，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》已经出台，为今后教育的发展指明了方向，县里也出台了《教育事业三年大变样发展规划》，将教育事业发展提升到了更高一个层次。所以，大家要进一步认清形势，增强责任感和紧迫感，办人民满意的教育。

一、进一步突出教育优先发展战略地位

一是教育是实施科技兴国、人才兴国战略的根本事业。国家的兴衰、国家的发展系于教育。有人说，教育是最廉价的国防体系。因为一个国家有没有前途，很大程度上取决于这个国家重视不重视教育。只有一流的教育才有一流的人才，才能建设一流的国家。用邓小平同志的话说，宁可在其他问题上忍耐一些，也要优先把教育搞上去。就是这个道理。

二是教育事业涉及千家万户，关乎群众切身利益。教育是孩子的前途、家庭的希望。没钱，穷的是一时;没文化，穷的是一辈子。中国自古就有“书中自有黄金屋”、“学而优则仕”的说法。如果一个孩子考上了大学，不仅会谋求到好的发展，更可能会改变一个家庭的命运。对于千千万万个家长来说，自己的子女能否成才，才是他们的头等大事。据统计，目前中国老百姓的教育投入已经占到了全国gdp的1.6%，占到了家庭收入的1/3以上，这个数字是相当可观的，足以说明群众对优质教育的渴望。

三是教育是经济发展的助推器。教育事业的发达程度，体现着一个地方的经济发展水平，决定着一个地方的综合竞争力。从经济学角度讲，教育是投入产出比最大的产业。世界银行研究结果表明，劳动者受教育年限每增加1年，对gdp的影响程度为9%，足以证明教育对经济发展的巨大推动作用。

二、进一步着力办好让人民满意的教育

自有人生，便有教育。中国教育史，起源于“三皇五帝”时代，五帝时的“成均”，舜时的“米廪”，是传说中最早的学校。历经4000多年的沧桑，经历了“焚书坑儒”、“文革”等历史变革的打击，于1977年恢复高考重新回到正轧。从福利教育到全民办教育，再回到国家办教育，从应试教育到素质教育，再到均衡教育，中国的教育正逐步走向健康发展的快车道。但是，目前中国在教育上的投入还比较小，不能满足教育事业快速发展的需求。《中国教育竞争力报告》(20XX)指出，中国人均教育支出是42美元，是美国的1/64，法国的1/50，德国、日本的1/33，仅仅高于印度;占gdp的比重提高到了3.48%，但也只相当于美国上世纪80年代初的水平。那么，在当前形势下，我们应该如何办，才能让人民满意?

首先，要有一个的目标蓝图。青县教育未来的目标蓝图就是:第一，教育资源合理配置，各级各类教育协调发展，城乡教育一体化，名牌学校、知名教师、优秀学生脱颖而出;第二，所有孩子都能上学，不论贫富，不论健康还是残障;第三，县城的孩子和农村的孩子同一片蓝天下享受同等条件的优质教育;第四，培养德、智、体、音、美全面发展的孩子;第五，培养国家、社会的有用之才;第六，培养更多的孩子考上大学。这里体现几个理念：一是体现教育公平。教育公平是社会公平的基础。收入不公平会影响人的一时，但是教育不公平会影响人的一生。孔子说“有教无类”，说的就是教育公平。我们的目标就是无论是健康还是残障，都可以上学接受教育;无论是农村还是城镇，都能在同一片蓝天下享受同样的教育资源。但是特别注意的是，我们重视教育资源的公平，但不能把学校办成千篇一律，千人一面，学校还要有自己的特色、自己的风格。二是体现提高素质。西周时，教育以官学为主，教育内容包括“六艺”：礼、乐、射、御、书、数，基本上包含了德、智、体、美全面发展。古代尚且如此，何况我们现代人。黄全愈讲：“教育，重要的不是往车上装货，而是向油箱里注油。”意思是说不能只注重给孩子灌输知识，还要想办法让孩子提高素质，学会学习。所以，我们办教育就要培育出德、智、音、体、美全面发展的学生，培育出对社会有用的实用型人才。三是体现提高质量。受大环境影响，基础教育最终要面临升学的考验，否则也得不到老百姓的认可。就像南京搞素质教育，但严重影响了升学率，至使拥有一流教育资源的南京，每年却有相当多的同学到南通、泰州、扬州等地高中“借读”。所以，我们要在抓素质教育的同时，提高教育、教学质量，让更多的孩子考上大学，到更高的殿堂去求学深造，提高自己的能力和水平。

其次，要有一套科学的工作思路。教育是城市经济和第三产业的重要组成部分。美国经济学家米凯·吉瑟研究证明，在农村，教育水平提高10%，将使6%-7%的农民脱离农业。也就是说，教育事业的发展，可以促进人口向城镇集聚，提高城镇化率，从而带动周边产业发展，繁荣城市经济。为了适应“一城三区”(青东工业新区、青西工业新区、中心城区)环城快速泛100公里的城乡一体化中等城市发展需求，适应20万城区人口规模的教育需求，满足孩子们就近就地就学，享受优质教育环境、教学质量的需求，县委、政府确定了以城市化为主线，以城区教育为龙头，加快推进教育产业化，实现城市化与教育产业化互促共进的工作思路。在未来几年内将建成标准化中、小学校22所，使城区办学规模达到3.5万人，使全县60%以上的学生能够在县城就学。同时，正在积极谋划环城快速100平方公里范围内的教育布局规划，并结合新民居建设，制定中心社区教育布局规划，使全县孩子都能享受优质的教育资源。

今年，投资1.6亿元实施了李镇小学、一中、二中等8所学校的改扩建工程，并配套建设4个高标准体育场，进一步改善教学环境。这些学校建成后，城区学校可容纳近3万名学生就读，其中农村孩子达到1万多人。如果其中有3000个家庭因为孩子上学而进城，将增加城区人口1万人，可拉动投资和消费10多亿元。同时，今年我们又招聘本科以上教师 名，其中研究生 名，充实教育队伍，提高教师素质。另外，还要谋划职业教育学院建设工程，将职教中心搬至县经济开发区，并努力上跑，争取升级成为大专院校。我想这些工程完成后，青县的教育事业肯定会有一个大的跨越。

围绕我们的目标蓝图，提几点希望，与大家共勉：

一是要创名师。百年大计，教育为本;教育大计，教师为本。如果说教育是国家发展有基石，教师就是基石的奠基者。“创名师”，首先要充满爱心，忠诚事业。没有爱心就没有教育。当一名教师，首先要是一个充满爱心的人，要关爱每一名学生，关心每一名学生的成长进步。美国心理学家罗森塔尔曾在一个班上进行测验，结束后将一份“最有前途者”名单交给校长。8个月后，罗森塔尔再次来到这个班上时，名单上的学生成绩大幅度提高。成绩提高的秘诀很简单，因为老师更多地关注了他们。由此可见，每个孩子都可能成为非凡天才，但这种可能的实现，取决于老师能不能像对待天才那样去爱戴、期望、珍惜这些孩子。其次，要努力钻研、学为人师。要想给学生一杯水，自己必须先有一桶水。教师只有学而不厌，才能做到诲人不倦。现在知识更新换代非常快，教师作为知识的传播者和创造者，必须要如饥似渴的学习新知识、研究新方法，提高自己育人的本领。同时，要以身做则，行为世范。教师不仅要注重教书，更要注重育人;不仅要重言传，更要重身教。教师，不同其他的职业者，他的思想言行不能有一点污染，否则就会污染学生。当前，有些教师，受经济大潮的冲击，在工作中斤斤计较，患得患失，生怕自己吃亏;还有的违规办班、搞第二职业、变相推销教辅资料，从中受利，损害了“人民教师”的光辉形象。所以，广大教师一定要自觉加强师德修养，以德立身、自尊自律，用良好的情操和道德风范教育和感染学生。

二是要“创名校”。考察是不是一所名校，不是看校园有多大，楼房盖了多少，教学设备有多尖端。而是看你的升学率有多高，有多少人考上了名牌大学。如果我们青县高中每年都能出三五个北大、清华学生，就会成为全省的名校。有些同志说，一些尖子生都被别的学校挖去了，没有好的生源。试想，如果我们的学校是全市属一属二的学校，甚至是全省属一属二的学校，谁愿意让孩子小小年纪就离开家，去沧州、去衡水上学?只有实力才能出品牌，品牌才能出效益。教育方针、教育体制、教育布局和教育投入，应该由政府负责。具体到每个学校如何办好，就应该由学校负责、校长负责。这就需要我们的教育局局长、学校校长们立足长远，从现在做起，提高管理水平，提高科研水平，进而提高学校的整体水平。如果一个校长跟不上时代，教育观念陈旧，教育改革、教育管理都跟不上，你就要被淘汰出局。

三是要培养“名学生”。培养“名学生”是创建“名牌学校”的目的，没有“名学生”，就没有“名学校”。名学生是名校的核心竞争力。有句名言叫做“今天我以学校为荣，明天学校以我为荣”，就是实施名牌学校、名牌学生的实际含义。当然“名学生”不单单是指科学家，或都像孔子一样的圣人。即便是孔子，他的学生也是遍布各个行业。也就是说，教育给了他能力和水平，不管他在哪个领域有所作为，都应该是“名学生”。

very important to people. For example, active, persistence, optimistic makes

21st century is the century of technology. Nowadays, technology is

everywhere around us. The development of technology has a significant affact

toward the society. Several technologies that we usually use are the internet,

computer, and cellphone. These new technologies make our life much easier and

better.

First, the development of computer changes our life. Decades ago, people

needed to do lots of complex calculation on hand because they did not have

computer, and more obvious, they did not have the software for calculation. As

the result of that, people spent hours on the equations that a computer can

solve in just a minute. Since the development of computer, people are able to

use some kind of software to compute lots of complex functions and mathematical

calculation. Computer becomes the most helpful equipment for the sciencists

because they can use their time more efficiently.

Also, internet is another useful tool for us today. The development of

internet brings a great impact toward the society. Instead of going to library

and fliping all the books to figure out some information, we can just simply use

a mouse and click on the website to do research. The internet leads us to a

place where we can find unlimited information and resources. It makes our life

much easier and better.

The last technology is cellphone. Nowadays, many people have a cellphone.

But it just appears on the market for about 10 years. It is very convenience to

the users because we can talk to anyone we want with a phone as small as a

wallet. Also, we can communicate with others by making a phone call instead of

sending letters. It is very fast and useful way to communicate.

In conclusion, I believe the development of technology brings significant

impact to our life. It is very helpful to us and I believe technology will keep

improving in future.

Todays society is a highly developed technological society. However, the

shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide,

and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide

problem.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified

economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting,

polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to

rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few

years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the

environmental impact of carbon dioxide.

For example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from

our own, to promote low-carbon living.

有蓝天就有白云，有太阳就有小鸟，有大树就有小草和小花，有老师就有同学，有桌子就有椅子。

今天是九月八日。你们知道再过两天是什么节吗？让我来告诉你，再过两天是教师节。下课了，我们大家在操场是议论。有的同学说：“我们送玫瑰花，因为老师的脸就像玫瑰花。”有的同学说：“我们送老师最喜欢吃的水果。”有的同学说：“我们送老师成绩单，因为我们以前成绩很不好，老师每次下班都给我们补习。”还有的同学说：“我们要给老师送贺卡，贺卡上写着：祝老师身体健康。”有一个同学想到了老师的一句话：“买来的礼物不是的，自己做的才是的。”每一个同学都嘲笑他。

在教师节的那天，同学们纷纷把要给老师的东西拿了出来，可是老师只保住了他一个人，因为只有他听懂了老师的话。

就这样，我们在教师节的那天，过的非常愉快！

“快点，快点，这里的烟花画高一点儿，这里应该凃红色……”全班同学都忙着，因为今天是教师节，我们要给老师们一个大大的惊喜!

时间快速地飞过，庆祝教师节的黑板也完成了。这上面用花色的粉笔写着大而又耀眼的五个字——“教师节快乐”!用红色粉笔在字的旁边划线;我们班的每一位同学在黑板上用各色的粉笔签上自己的名字。黑板上有签字的方式和形状，新颖漂亮。它汇聚了同学对老师的祝福。字的上面我们画上了五彩的烟花;在两簇烟花的中间，我们留下了空间，让老师签上自己的大名。本来既大又长的黑板，被我们画得更加拥挤了。

第一节课上课的铃声响了，同学代表把老师请到教室里来，先让他们聚在教室门口。“可以进来了!”教室里大喊了一声，老师们带着疑惑走进了教室，看见黑板上的布置，脸上露出了开心的笑容。沈海怡一声令下“全体起立。”我们整齐得站了起来，“祝老师节日快乐!”声音响亮而有深情。我们笔直地站着，笑着。从课桌里拿出色彩斑斓地鲜花，纷纷走上前给老师献上。

这一朵朵鲜花，代表着我们对老师深情的感谢：是他们，在生病时，带病为我们上课，那沙哑的声音让人听着心疼;是他们，不管自己家里有什么事情，也不请假，是他们，尽心尽力，心里牵挂着每一个同学……这么多年，为我们付出了多少的爱和奉献。

我们有很多老师为我们奉献，，是他们为我们打开了知识的大门，让我们在知识中成长，我们要感谢全天下的人民教师。

In my life， Ms Wang is the most important person to me. Her teaching skills are diverse. In class， she usually uses games and posters. She works hard for us. When other teachers rest， she still keeeps working and working. When we are mischievous， she is good at giving systematic guidance.

We are readlly grateful for what she has done for us. We want to say "Thank you" to her.
