过去的一年，是全镇教育战线团结拼搏、真抓实干并取得优异成绩的一年。教学、课改、管理、服务等各项工作都取得了新的成绩，全镇教育事业生机盎然，充满活力。

一年来，在高新区工委、管委会的正确领导下，全镇各个学校领导班子团结战斗，全体师生员工奋力拼搏，恪尽职守，开拓进取，形成合力，我镇的教育事业取得了令人瞩目的成绩。

一是加强了组织建设，充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒和党员的先锋模范作用。新成立了麻丘高级中学党支部。通过改选和调整，使全镇中小学1个党总支，7个党支部全部配齐配强了领导班子成员，从组织、思想、作风、纪律、制度等各方面加强了建设，加大了对教师党员的教育管理力度，吸收了11名教师新党员，通过开展“创先争优”活动，充分发挥了党组织和党员在学校快速、健康发展中的积极作用。

二是实施了素质教育，极大地激发了教师的工作积极性和学生的学习兴趣。各中小学紧紧围绕“抓管理，促质量，开创教育改革与发展新局面”这一主题，牢固确立“以德立校，依法治校，以质量强校”的思想，以教学为中心，全面贯彻教育方针，按照教学计划开齐课程，开足课时。严格教学管理，重视教师的继续教育，认真开展新的课改专题教学研讨、优质课评比等活动，把教研教改落到实处，调动了教师教育创新的积极性。积极实施素质教育，重视体音美劳等课程教学。同时开展了丰富多彩的征文、演讲、知识竞赛、文艺演唱、体育运动会等活动，为学生创造了个性特长发展的空间和环境，激发了优等生的求知欲望，培养了后进生的学习兴趣，收到良好效果。

三是提高了教学质量，为高一级学校输送了一大批合格生员。学前教育得到了加强。3—5周岁幼儿入园率达70%。义务教育水平进一步提高。适龄儿童入学率达100%，巩固率达100%。初中教育完成率98%以上，达到高标准“普九”要求。高中段教育发展迅速，初中升高中比例为78%，比上年提高7个百分点。教学质量稳步提高。今年中考全区第三名全部在麻丘，麻丘中学总成绩在高新区排名第一名。今年中考两所中学共有18名学生达到重点高中录取线，有294名学生达到普通高中录取线。特别是今年高考，魏熏陶同学被江西省文科实验班免试录取。麻丘高级中学391名考生中，上线人数达到253名，考生上线率达到64.7。其中重点本科(一本)上线人数为12人，二本上线人数61人，三本上线人数72人，专科上线人数108人。尤其是高三(3)班张小伟同学，以674分的优异成绩名列南昌县考区第8名。这些成绩的取得，是全镇教育战线全体教职员工埋头苦干、奋力拼搏的结果。

三是教育资源配置不断优化，办学条件明显改善。学校布局调整取得重大进展;义务教育管理体制初步确立，办学体制改革不断深化，优质教育资源不断扩大;教师队伍结构不断优化，整体素质得到提高;以治理中小学乱收费为重点的纠正行业不正之风工作取得显著成效;教育投入逐年增加。全年新增教育装备60余万元(除高级中学)。全镇中小学共拥有计算机300余台，配备了计算机教室、多媒体教室、理化生实验室、仪器室。今年暑假，镇政府投入30余万元对两所中学、部分村小学的教学大楼进行了全面整修。同时对中考全区前三名的考生每人奖励500元，对高考一本上线的3名麻丘籍考生每人奖励800元。

四是狠抓了师资队伍建设，建立了一支稳定的教师队伍。我们把稳定、培养和提高现有在岗教师素质同引进高学历、高称职、高水平人才结合起来，加速培养以学科带头人、骨干教师、教学新秀为主体的教师梯队，使教师队伍的年龄、文化和专业结构更趋合理，并取得了明显的效果。先后有多名教师在全市各种竞赛、评比中获得好名次。如中心小学熊丽红老师获得小学语文阅读竞赛一等奖。

五是强化教学工作中心地位，为大幅度提高教育质量奠定了坚实的基础。我们坚持两手抓，一手抓师德师风，一手抓教学质量。一方面，坚持以教师为主导，积极开展“教改周”、“教研月”等教研活动，定期举办优质示范课展示、教学大讲赛、教案检查评比等活动。有的学校还采取组织学生调查问卷和座谈评教等形式，对教师的教学成效进行综合评价，促进了教改教研工作的开展。另一方面，坚持以学生为主体，本着“人人都是教育培养对象，个个都能得到充分发展”的教育思想，在做到培优培尖、因材施教的同时，还积极注重补差帮扶工作，坚持课堂教学与个别辅导相结合，普遍提高与分层要求相结合，全面发展与兴趣特长相结合，强化了教学工作的中心地位。

此外，学校团的工作、工会工作、安全保卫等其他各项工作，都取得了新的成绩。成绩的取得，靠的是各级领导班子真抓实干和广大教职员工的团结奋斗，靠的是上级的关怀和大力支持。在此，我代表镇党委、政府向为麻丘教育事业的发展作出贡献的同志们，向一直关心和支持我们工作的各级领导表示深深的谢意!

同志们!虽然我们取得了显著成绩，但也应该清醒地看到，处在创业发展阶段的麻丘镇，特别是麻丘的教育事业，还需要我们继续努力，再接再厉。我们的整体师资水平和教学质量有待于进一步提高，课堂教学和课程改革工作仍需进一步加强，其他各项管理和服务工作仍需进一步规范，特别是近几年来，教师队伍流失严重，尤其是高中教师的流失，给我镇的教育事业带来了一定的损失。希望全体教职员工都要认真学习并努力实践“三个代表”重要思想，增强事业心和责任感，继续艰苦创业，真抓实干，使我镇的教育教学质量、办学水平跃上新台阶，再上高档次，培养出数量更多、素质更高的优秀人才，共同把我们的事业推进到新的水平。

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，教师的职业崇高而神圣。古往今来，人们把教师比作蜡烛，比作春蚕，还有人把教师比作人梯、铺路石、园丁等等。在今天这次会议上，受到表彰的40名优秀教师、优秀班主任等先进个人，是全镇教职员工的优秀代表。这些优秀教师中，既有忠于职守、勇于开拓、治校有方的学校领导;又有倾尽爱心、精心育人、教育教学成果显著的普通教师;既有埋头苦干、兢兢业业、任劳任怨、几十年如一日、无私奉献的老同志;又有初登讲台、脚踏实地、谦虚好学、成绩优异的教育新兵。正是有了这样一支爱岗敬业、教书育人的优秀教职员工队伍和这样一种教育团队精神，我镇的教育事业才会有今天的兴旺和辉煌!

国运兴衰，系于教育。要把宏伟蓝图变为现实，归根到底要靠大力发展教育事业，提高人民群众的文化、科技素质。面对新的形势、新的任务，我们必须把教育放在优先发展的战略位置，面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来，大力加强教师队伍建设，不断推进教育改革，努力多出人才、多出高质量的人才，为经济和社会发展提供强大的人才支持和智力支撑。借此机会，我讲三点意见：

第一，要做大做强教育产业，全力打造教育名镇、强镇和名师名校品牌。

教育是一项基础性、战略性产业，是科教兴市的重要组成部分，是一项功在当代、利在千秋的事业。教育事业的兴衰，事关下一代的成长，事关人民整体素质的提高，事关经济的长远发展，事关全面建设小康社会的进程。新形势下的经济竞争说到底是人才的竞争，人才的竞争就是教育质量的竞争。我们要不断深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育，振兴麻丘教育事业，努力把麻丘打造成为名校辈出、名师辈出、人才辈出的教育强镇、教育名镇。

一是要把教育摆到优先发展的战略地位。要树立和落实科学的教育发展观，推动教育事业更快更好发展。一个有责任的党委政府、一个头脑清醒的领导干部，必须要把教育工作放在优先发展的重要位置。我们麻丘镇的各届班子历来十分重视教育工作，新一届党委、政府将更加关注教育、重视教育、支持教育。全镇各级各部门一定要把推进素质教育、加快教育事业发展作为自己的重要职责，要坚持以人为本，深化教育人事制度改革，不断优化中小学教师队伍。对教育工作高看一眼，厚爱一分，摆上重要议事日程，真正做到认识到位、领导到位、投入到位。

二是要加快教育体制改革。改革是教育事业发展的动力。要积极改革现有的教学方式和教学手段，大力推进教育信息化，逐步完善学校计算机网络，建立新型的教育教学模式。要善于吸收借鉴外地先进的办学经验和管理经验，促进我镇教学水平的提高。要创新办学方式，加快推进办学体制改革，在不断加大财政投入的基础上，积极鼓励、支持社会力量兴办民办公助、股份制等不同体制的学校，逐步完善以政府办学为主、多种形式办学并存的新格局。

三是加大名师、名校的培养力度。一位名师往往能带出一大批好学生，一位名校长往往能带出一个好学校。全镇教育系统和广大教育工作者要敢于瞄准全市乃至全省一流目标，解放思想，开拓进取，推动我镇教育的跨越式发展。要把培养名师、名校作为一件大事，通过人事制度改革、分配制度改革，建立和完善激励机制、评价机制、竞争机制和淘汰机制，形成优秀人才脱颖而出的良好局面，培养出一批有影响力、有号召力的名师、名校，带动全市整体教育水平的提高，努力使教育成为我镇的一个窗口、一个品牌、一面旗帜。

四是要多出人才、多出高质量人才。教育的目的是为社会培养各个层次的人才，为经济和社会发展提供智力支撑。要把麻丘打造成教育强镇、教育名镇，不仅要在培养人才的总量上实现重大突破，而且还要在培养人才的质量上有明显提高。要适应现代化建设的需要，适应知识经济发展的需要。百尺竿头更进一步，在新的起点上再创辉煌。多为重点、名牌大学输送人才，多培养优秀人才。如果我们每年能够为北大、清华这样国内一流院校输送一大批高才生，就一定会树立起麻丘教育的崭新形象，就一定会把麻中这张牌打活、叫响。

第二，要全面提高教师队伍整体素质

百年大计，教育为本;教育大计，教师为本。教师工作，崇高而伟大。建设一支思想政治过硬、业务素质优良的教师队伍，是加快教育事业发展的根本大计。为此，我向广大教师提出以下四点希望：

一是要加强学习，提高素质。当今时代，新知识层出不穷，知识更新周期不断缩短，每个人都需要加强学习，终身学习。尤其是教师作为知识的传播者和创造者，更应该与时俱进，不断充实自己，不断提高教学水平和综合素质。教育系统要成为学习型系统，学校要成为学习型团体，教师要争当学习的典范。教育工作者都要增强学习的主动性和自觉性，既要学好专业知识，实现知识更新，跟上时代步伐，又要学好其它知识，不断拓宽知识面，做热爱学习、学会学习、终身学习的楷模。

二是要与时俱进，锐意创新。教师在教育创新中承担着重要使命。只有教师富有创新精神，才能培养出创新人才。要把培养具有创新精神的高素质人才作为教育工作的紧迫任务，贯穿于教育、教学的全过程。要树立新的教育观念，培养并不断强化创新意识，在教材教法上厉行改革和创新，努力开发学生的潜能，提高学生的综合分析能力，全面提高教育教学质量，多出优秀人才。

三是要爱岗敬业，无私奉献。人民教师的神圣职责，就是传授知识，传承民族精神，弘扬爱国主义，为经济社会发展培养合格人才。广大教师要认真实践“三个代表”重要思想，牢记自己肩负的职责，以培养人才为己任，要进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设，努力为社会培养大批合格的、高素质的建设人才。积极引导帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，努力培养造就更多更好的“四有”新人。要忠诚党的教育事业，牢固树立为教育事业献身的精神，立足岗位、忠于职守，淡泊明志、甘为人梯，不计名利、不计个人得失，始终保持良好的精神状态。要把学校建设成为精神文明的一块净土，努力抵制各种不良思想的侵蚀和诱惑，使教师真正成为无愧于党和人民的人类灵魂的工程师。

四是要为人师表，教书育人。“学高为师，身正为范”。教书者必先强己，育人者必先律己。讲究师德是党和人民对广大教师的基本要求，是教师素质的重要方面，也是做好教育工作的前提条件。教师的道德、品质和人格，对学生具有重要的影响，我们不仅要注重教书，更要注重育人，不仅要注重言传，更要注重身教。要坚持以德立身，自觉加强师德修养，不断提高师德水平。依法执教，为人师表，以高尚的情操和渊博的学识引导学生德、智、体、美全面发展，真正成为青少年学生的良师益友，成为品德高尚的合格教师，成为受全社会尊敬的人。

第三，要在全社会营造尊师重教的浓厚氛围

尊师重教是中华民族的传统美德，关心、爱护教师队伍是全社会的应尽职责。加快教育事业发展，建设教育强镇、教育名镇，单纯依靠教育部门是远远不够的，必须动员全社会力量，形成强大合力，真正在全镇上下形成支持教育事业发展的良好环境。要搞好舆论引导，营造重视教育、支持教育、崇尚教育的社会氛围，努力形成尊师重教的良好风尚。全镇各级各部门都要对教育工作给予倾斜，定期研究解决工作中的重大问题。要关心广大教师的工作、学习和生活，关心他们的思想政治进步，尊重教师的劳动，不断提高教师的社会地位，激发广大教师的工作热情。要认真落实上级有关改善办学条件、提高教师待遇的一系列政策、规定，注意解决实际困难，千方百计为广大教师办实事、办好事。再穷不能穷学校，再苦不能苦孩子。要优先保证教育投入，努力改善办学条件。要保证教师工资按时足额发放，决不允许拖欠。各执法部门要认真履行职责，加强学校周边环境治理，依法维护教师和学生的合法权益，严惩侵犯教师权益的不法行为为广大师生提供一个安静、安宁的学习工作环境。

各位老师、同志们，一年一度秋风劲，不是春光胜似春光。在这金秋送爽的季节，我们欢度自己的节日，回顾过去一个学年的工作，我们欢欣鼓舞，展望麻丘教育事业的未来，我们充满信心。在全面建设小康社会的征程中，教师的职业光荣而伟大，广大教师大有可为。我们要不骄不馁，鼓足干劲，乘势而上，脚踏实地把工作做好做细做实，力争保良争优。我们一定要认真学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，继续发扬兢兢业业、无私奉献的精神，与时俱进，开拓进取，团结协作，勤奋工作，为把我镇建设成为教育强镇、教育名镇而努力奋斗。

如果,教师节在学校过,可能我们会给老师唱首歌,说句祝福语,让老师们在这一天不再为我们伤心、生气,而是高高兴兴,况且这个教师节也是我们在高中阶段的最后一个教师节了。可没想到,我们连说句祝福的机会也错失了。

不说别的对我恩重如山的老师,但说我的妈妈,我的语文老师。她本该休息的,可由于我们的玉米棒子还长在地里,所以,不得不下地劳动。

妈妈整天拿笔杆子、拿粉笔的手,不得不戴上一双手套,拿着铲子去了地里。我们这儿不像平原地区,有收割机这种现代机器,况且地块不大,还不是连起来的大块地,即使有收割机也无法施展它的威力,只能靠一双手。

我是个懂得心疼妈妈的儿子,况且今天是妈妈的节日,总不能只让妈妈劳动,而我歇着呀!我也于心不忍。虽然我心里很不愿意下地,因为今天天气挺热,哪有在家舒坦呀!可我不能这样做,我还是自告奋勇的要求陪着妈妈下地。妈妈还很高兴,说我长大懂事了。当时听到妈妈的夸奖,我很不自然,因为我有点勉强。接着妈妈说,我应该下地劳动锻炼一下,说我们这一代快要韭菜麦苗分不清了,做为农村孩子居然在讲到张洁的《挖荠菜》时,竟然大部分人不认识荠菜,这太不应该了。想想也是,我们这一代是过于幸福了,但却还总是生在福中不知福,不了解父母的辛苦,和父母一块劳动感受一下也好。

没想到,一干就是半天,并且还是重复的、没有技术含量的动作,我主要负责把玉米棒子掰下来,而妈妈则负责放到玉米秆,还有把玉米秆抱扔到地边。我干的是满头大汗,满身尘土,妈妈的汗水则顺着脸往下流,衣服都湿了,可妈妈一刻也不歇息,因为妈妈想一鼓作气把活干完,她的手都打泡了,我本想偷个懒休息一下,可一看妈妈有时都累得双手抱着铲子,我就又激起了干劲。

妈妈,不仅在学习上是我的恩师,在生活上、劳动上也是我的恩师。妈妈,我知道你这个教师节过得很辛苦,但我认为值得,因为您又给我上了一课!节日不一定要鲜花,要礼物,节日有时也可以是汗水!

谁给我们带来了知识;谁给我们带来了幸福;是你的老师——教育我们要善解人意，乐于助人。老师，你是一个勤奋的园丁，我们在你的呵护下慢慢成长。你就像一支蜡烛，燃烧着自己，照亮着我们。这位老师是我们的班主任——徐老师。

谢谢老师对我无微不至的照顾。你的课生动有趣，同学们都很入迷，极大的刺激了我的勇气，你提问我都忍不住想举手。我以前太胆小不敢举手。后来，在你的帮助和建议下，我变得自信起来。我也想参加任何活动，因为不是现在就是永远。在这里我想对大家说：“谢谢老师——。”

谢谢你为我们的学习付出了巨大的努力。你牺牲休息时间给我们一个话题。晚上，当我们都睡着了，你还在灯下批改作业.听说你孩子上初中了，你却没什么时间帮他学习，把宝贵的时间都给了学生。在这里我想对你说：“老师，你辛苦了。”

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Its Qu Yuans day of commemoration. In

the morning, I wore a beautiful skirt, I had eaten glutinous rice dumplings, and

I followed my father. Mother went to her grandmothers house together. I see my

brother. My sister is waiting for me at the door.

As soon as I got off the train, they were dragged into the room and played

games. I will be a patient first, my sister will be a doctor and my brother will

be a nurse. At noon, grandma made a full table lunch, we ate lunch, heart. The

aunt said, "if I can eat such a rich dish every day, I will be satisfied."

In the afternoon, when our family went back to grandmas house, my aunt.

Great aunt came. They also sent a lot of things to our kids. We had a good time

today.

The Teachers Day will come soon.At first,I want to extend my greeting and best wishes to my dear teachers.

I still remember the year when I failed the collage entrance exmination.Iwas feeling lost,and no idea about what my life is going to be.My teachet came to me,and she said she understand how I felt inside now.She also told me its very common that students who are like me will go though a hard time. She told me that failure was a part of life, which was not the end but a new beginning. And she encouraged me to go back to the school to start a new. I was convinced in the end and decided to give another try.

Now Ive graduated from collage and got a very good job.I know all my success owns to my kind teacher. Ill work harder and never give up again.

Many people believe that human activity is causing the earth’s temperature

to rise. They say that this global warming will have dreadful consequences for

our environment, such as drought and flooding.

What should governments do to help prevent global warming? Give reasons for

your suggestions.

The earth’s temperature is rapidly changing. As a result there has been a

lot of climate change such as heat waves, droughts and floods. Scientists

believe that this is the result of human activity, which is polluting the

Earth’s atmosphere. This could become a disaster if governments do not act to

help prevent global warming. They can act in three ways; by supporting research,

by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Firstly, governments can support research. For example, they should

encourage companies to develop vehicles that cause less pollution. They should

also support alternative sources of electricity from wind and water rather than

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

the library provided me a silent environment. The most important thing was that

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

on. I could find the data any time and read the books I liked. I have gained a

lot of knowledge and find the great hour there.

Chinese there are a lot of traditional culture, such as the Lantern

Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival Dragon Boat Glutinous Rice Balls to eat, to

celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival, summer egg fight...... I love most is the

beginning of the egg fight.

The day of the beginning, I invited my buddy to fight my eggs. At the

beginning of the egg, mother prepared an egg for each of us and said, "who is

the last of the eggs, who is the king of the egg!" First of all, I and Yao

Peiyu, both of us egg head to the egg, who will not let anyone, to fight each

other up. We just fight soon, they heard the click sound, there is a broken egg!

I was so surprised that I looked at my eggs, and thank God, my eggs were not

broken. It was Yao Peiyu who accidentally hit the empty head with my tip! We saw

it and laughed all the time. He bites and says, "come again!" This time, we all

everyone begins to eat eggs. " We eat eggs, and all the people are in the

atmosphere of joy.

The egg not only brought us happiness, but also let me understand a truth:

everything should be brain, with wisdom to win!

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.
