下面，我想借此机会，重点就人才培养、百年校庆和学风建设等三个问题，与大家交流一些看法。

一、坚持人才培养的根本任务，切实改进拔尖创新人才的培养。

强调人才培养这个看似老生常谈的话题，是在于必须把 “人才培养是学校根本任务”这一办学理念，在全校师生员工，首先是广大干部和教师中取得共识。我校教育研究院近期完成的一份调查报告显示，我校本科教育在“生师互动”方面，无论低年级还是高年级，都低于美国同类大学的平均水平。这就在一定程度上表明，我们的教师还应投入更多精力到与学生的交流中去，更多地关心和支持学生的成长。

目前，我校第23次教育工作讨论会正在举行。这次讨论会的主题是，清华新百年人才培养的使命和战略。结合教育讨论会的研讨及迎接百年校庆，学校也在具体筹划并逐步实施一些新的教学改革措施。比如学校出台了“清华学堂人才培养计划”，把学堂还给学生，聘请学术造诣深厚、教学经验丰富、具有国际视野的院士、长江学者等担任首席教授，邀请知名学者、优秀教师和社会杰出人士担任学生导师，通过研讨式、探究式的学习形式，鼓励自主学习和研究型学习，建立学习者“社区”和科学研究“乐园”，激发学生的学术兴趣和学术理想。从本学期开始，清华学堂数学班、物理班、钱学森力学班、计算机科学实验班成为首批项目。

在研究生培养方面，我们将启动“未来学者培养计划”，致力于提升博士培养质量。为此，将设立“未来学者”新生奖学金、科研创新基金、国际学术交流基金，吸引国内外优秀学子特别是基础学科的博士生新生报考清华，鼓励博士生参与原创性研究、高难度基础理论研究或重大工程技术研究，为培养未来学者奠定基础。

总之，我们要积极探索有效措施，把拔尖创新人才的培养工作落到实处。希望大家结合各自工作，认真研究如何把人才培养这一根本任务，切实落实在学校新时期的人才培养理念和目标定位上，落实在多方面办学优势向人才培养质量提高的转化上，落实在学校新时期的体制机制改革上，落实在大学精神和大学文化的建设上，为学生的全面成长提供沃土和氛围。

二、以改革与发展的优异成绩迎接百年校庆。

百年校庆，是我们学校发展历史上的一个非常重要的“节点”。迎接百年校庆，不仅仅在于搞好一系列的庆祝活动，更重要的是抓住百年校庆的契机，推进学校各项工作，动员全校力量努力向跻身世界一流大学的宏伟目标迈进，为国家和民族作出更大的贡献。

我校制定的 “985工程”2009年～2010年改革与创新建设计划，旨在抓住迎接建校100周年的历史机遇，全面推进学校管理体制和运行机制的改革创新，以改革促发展，率先建立 “世界一流、中国特色、清华风格”的现代大学管理制度，以超常规的举措，加快推进创建世界一流大学步伐，使清华大学的发展迈上一个新台阶。

改革创新的基本思路是，突出以人为本，创新评价机制，改革治理结构，优化资源配置，调整布局结构，全面协调推进。为此，初步制订了若干项计划，包括学科建设创新计划、队伍建设改革与创新计划、人才培养改革与创新计划、科研体制改革与创新计划、公共平台创新建设计划、校园环境整治建设计划等。

在学科建设创新计划上，重点是建立学科布局调整机制、学科中长期国际评估机制，探索学术特区和学科交叉机制，将重点支持若干冲击世界一流的学科和学科方向、战略布局和交叉学科及方向。

在队伍建设计划上，重点是切实推进教师分系列管理，逐步建立和扩大以教学和学术为导向的教师队伍，完善与学术责任相结合的岗位绩效奖励、科技成果转化和人才流动聘用及考核制度等。

在科研体制改革和创新计划上，将设立学术特区，创建个性化的顶尖科研人才支持模式;实施基础研究计划和学科交叉计划，支持重大专项的实施。

在校园环境建设计划上，将大力推进新清华学堂等重点建设项目，大力改善教学和学术文化活动的条件;推进教师住宅建设，改善教职工工作生活条件;加大环境整治力度，推进和谐校园建设。

希望广大教师热情关心、积极参与百年校庆的活动，以各方面工作的优异成绩，迎接百年校庆的到来。

三、广大教师要做优良学风和学术道德的表率。

近一个时期以来，高等学校的学风及学术道德问题，受到了社会舆论的密切关注。应当说，清华的学风状况总体上始终是比较好的，绝大多数教师和学生长期自觉地坚持严谨、勤奋、求实、创新的优良学风。但近年来也出现了几起事件，对学校声誉造成了一定的负面影响，对师生们保持良好学风形成较大危害，我们必须引起高度警惕。

今后，我们要进一步加强学风教育，强化对于学术不端行为的惩治，一旦发现问题立即予以坚决严肃的处理。同时，还要继续完善教师职称和研究生学位论文评审中的匿名评审、校外同行专家评审等措施，坚持学术的事情让学术本身说话，强化学术评价的独立性、科学性，逐步建立起学术道德与学风建设的长效机制。

要求广大学生保持良好学风，首先是教师们要做出榜样。不可否认，今天的大学早已不是象牙塔，大学与社会的联系越来越密切，学校师生的道德和风气自然要受到社会的影响。从这个角度讲，在目前社会上浮躁之风日甚的情况下，大学确实很难独善其身。但是，社会不良风气的侵袭，绝不应该成为大学学人放弃自己操守的理由。学术乃天下公器，学者应做“社会的良心”。作为高素质、高层次人才的聚集之地，大学肩负着引领时代风尚的社会责任。我们不仅要坚守学术道德，守住“为学”和“为人”的底线，而且应当高扬真理与科学大旗，培育大学精神，成为社会道德和理想的引领者与坚守者。

办好学校，师资队伍是关键。让我们坚持高尚的师德、严谨的学风，以高度的职业责任感和历史使命感，以乐于奉献、甘为人梯的精神，投入到光荣而神圣的教育事业中去，为迎接国庆67周年，为迎接清华大学的百年华诞，实现跻身世界一流大学的宏伟目标，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而努力奋斗!

Things in the world are changing. People are changing and every creature is

changing. Changing is a neutral word. We can’t judge it is good or bad in

general, because every coin has two sides. But sometimes we need to change,

because it is good for us. Sometimes we will meet some difficult or

uncomfortable situation. When we are not able to change it, we need to change

ourselves. If both of us refuse to budge, the problem would not be solved.

Sometimes we need to change our life attitude; sometimes we need to change our

For the first time, I climbed to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the

beautiful scenery.

It was a weekend when a good friend of mine asked me to climb a famous

mountain here. Ive always heard of this mountain, but I havent found the time to

climb it. So when my friend asked me out, I readily agreed.

On the way to climb mountains with my friends, we also met many climbers,

教师节已经过去好多天了，但是每当回想起那天的趣事，我就会乐得合不拢嘴。如果你问我为什么，那就听我慢慢给你道来。

suffer from what they have done to the environment.

However. People have realized that it will be too late if they don’t do

Hour” on a Saturday of March of each year. It is a global movement, usually it

lasts from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. It is also called “Light-off for One Hour”. During

this hour, all the light will be turned off. The purpose of this movement is not

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

Today, I went to the grandmas home with my father and mother for the Dragon

Boat Festival. When we entered the door, grandma said, "today is Dragon Boat

Festival. Lets make dumplings." We promised. Grandma said, "bamboo leaves need

to be soaked for a while.

After a while, we began to pack the zongzi. Each of us picked up three

pieces of bamboo leaves, grabbed a handful of glutinous rice with our hands, put

them in the bamboo leaves, and put on some big red dates. And then wrap it into

a cone. Im glad to have a zongzi wrapped up. I said to grandma, "the dumplings

a family reunion day.

will go back home for the union. And they also eat moon cakes, which are the

In the evening, the moon is so bright and round, so people always prepare

Two years ago, I was a bad child, I didn’t listen to what my parents told

新的学期开始了，我们班换了一位翟老师。翟老师相貌普通，却非常有学文。教师节这天，翟老师让我们举行了一场气球比赛。

老师看见同学们急切的样子，哈哈大笑起来，讲完规则后比赛开始了。第一局：四人一组，“吹气球”。我们分工，两人吹，两人系。我负责吹气球，当我累得气喘吁吁，这时突然听见翟老师喊“十、九、八……”翟老师一声“停!”同学们立刻放下手中的气球，坐端正。翟老师说“第一名是鲁安航组和张华扬组”，我高兴得直拍桌子。老师让我们与大家分享胜利的经验是什么?尚仕野急忙站起来抢着说：“吹得快的吹，系的快的系，”老师说：“做到了资源最佳组合与利用。

第二局是抓气球用手把气球抓烂。我们伸出双手向桌子的气球疯狂的抓去。噼里啪啦地爆炸声响起来，好像过年放鞭炮一样响。尚仕野不敢抓，颤动拿出一支笔扎，呯!呯!扎的就是快，一会气球都被扎破了。上一局气球吹得瘪的。这局可就没那么幸运了，因为气球越瘪，越难抓烂。第二局结束了，老师语重心长地说偷懒耍滑的或许能暂时领先，却不一定能笑到最后，脚踏实地者，最终一定会走向成功。

第三局开始了，老师叫上四个人，二对二战。我也被叫了上去。我们四个人每只脚后跟上系三个气球，看谁先把对方脚上的气球踩烂完谁就胜出。我和王鹏程各自恶狠狠地盯着对方，随后就开始比赛，尚仕野在下午给我们呐喊助威，喊的人越来越多，我的内心被同学激发了，心想：这么多同学给我加油我一定要赢的，我用尽了全身的力气脚不停的去踩对方的气球，他们同样不甘示弱奋力向我脚上气球踩来，老师提醒我们：“进攻时注意保护自己的胜利成果。最后，我们赢得了胜利，我真激动啊!没了力量的我们此刻好像一下子又充满了力量。

这是一件难忘又有趣的事，我希望老师会经常和我们做游戏。

尊敬的老师：

您好，今天是教师节，祝您节日快乐。

老师，您知道吗？您开始当我们的班主任时我们已经上四年级了对我们来说您就像一个“后妈”陌生感使您的言行让我们处处感到不自在总觉得您没有以前的老师好。

可是后来我们却慢慢地爱上了您。经过我们的观察发现您有几个特点：

一、您讲得课既生动有趣；

二、您对同学们非常负责；

三、您比任何老师都有耐心。后来我们又在板报上看到了您还是省级优秀教师这使我们对您的敬意更加浓厚了。

记得有一次一个您曾教过的学生的家长到我家做客便给我们讲起了您的先进事迹其中就有一条说您对学生非常负责这使我不禁想起了一件事情：随着课程难度的加深有些同学接受不了于是您常常给他一遍又一遍地讲解直到他听明白为止。您还经常占用休息时间为同学们辅导而您却不图任何报酬。

老师虽然时光的长河会漂走您青春的美貌但您那颗美好的心灵却不会随时间衰老颗颗童心会使您永远青春年少。

最后，在这个属于您的节日里，我希望您身体健康，万事如意。
