Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

一年一度的儿童节终于到了，我高兴地一个晚上都没睡好，在无限的遐想会发生什么有趣的事。

二要把改革创新作为教育事业发展的强大动力。教育要发展，根本靠改革。在教育领域，我们的改革创新很多方面是走在全省乃至全国前面的，大大激发和释放了教育发展的活力。现在，我们正在按照中央的统一部署和省委的明确要求，着力打造全面深化改革先行先试“合肥版”。各地和市教育主管部门要按照市委全面深化改革《实施意见》的部署和要求，分年度、分领域、分类型，统筹落实各项改革任务。要扎实推进考试招生、学校管理、办学体制、人才培养、投入保障等方面的改革，特别是要着力构建现代职业教育体系，加强校企合作，促进产教融合，为经济社会发展培养大量的熟练产业工人和专业技术人才。最近，国务院决定全面推开中小学教师职称制度改革，为基础教育发展提供人才支撑。市委改革办和市教育局等相关部门要加强研究。总之，我们要以改革创新为动力，努力实现学前教育在普惠上有新进展，义务教育在均衡上有新进步，高中教育在提升上有新发展，高等教育在服务地方经济社会发展中有新作为，民办教育和特殊教育发展有新成效，农村教育上新水平，切实办好人民满意的教育。

三要把提升教育发展水平作为重点任务。关键是两个方面：一方面，要以促进均衡发展为前提，加快整体提升。加快实现基本教育公共服务均等化，努力办好每一所学校，培养好每一个孩子。这既是教育事业发展的需要，也是一个重大的民生问题。要以义务教育“三大提升”工程为抓手，以创建“全国中小学品质提升试验区”为契机，加快构建各级各类教育协调发展、优质教育资源有序扩张、城乡一体化的现代公共教育服务体系。其中，对特殊教育和农村留守儿童教育要给予特别关照。另一方面，要以强化素质教育为基础，加快内涵提升。教育的根本目的，是促进人的自由全面发展，培养经济社会发展需要的各类人才。要在教育教学中，大力培育社会主义核心价值观，强化理想信念教育，扣好人生的“第一粒扣子”。要以新的理念为引领，树立人人皆可成才的观念，做到因材施教，尊重、鼓励个性发展。要创新教学方式，引导学生掌握学习方法、自主学习、独立思考，鼓励创新思维、激励个人兴趣。要合理设置课程，进一步减轻学生课业负担和学习压力，同时加快建立科学的、多元化的教育评价体系。

教育大计，教师为本。有高水平的教师，才能有高水平的教育。一个人遇到好老师是人生的幸运，一个学校拥有好老师是学校的光荣，一个民族源源不断涌现出一批又一批好老师则是民族的希望。各级党委政府要把加强教师队伍建设作为教育事业发展最重要、最关键的工作抓牢、抓实。同时，希望广大教师像习近平总书记所要求的那样，做一个有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的好老师。在此，我提几点希望：一是要自觉修养师德。教师是知识的授予者、人生的引路者、文明的传承者、道德的示范者。希望广大教师把教书与育人结合起来，坚持以德润身、以行立教，把正确的道德观传授给学生，成为学生的道德标杆和品格楷模。二是要坚守理想信念。忠诚敬业是成为合格人民教师的第一要素。作为一名教师，要树立高尚的职业理想，培养坚定的职业操守，肩负起人民教师的光荣职责，在教书育人的崇高事业中实现人生价值。三是要加强学习实践。注重学习、坚持学习，做到知行合一、与时俱进，是当好教师的基本功。特别是，要始终站在教学前沿，探索教学规律，投身教育改革，培养学生的创新意识和创新思维，激发学生的创造潜能和创造活力，引导学生全面发展。四是要注意立言重行。广大教师要争做至善至美的好园丁，坚持有教无类、严慈相济，用真言、真理、真行教化学生，用真情、真心、真诚感化学生，把师爱贯穿到教育教学的全过程，促进学生全面发展、健康成长，做受学生爱戴、让人民满意的教师。

尊师重教是中华民族的优良传统。教育工作是一项综合性系统工程，需要政府、部门、社会、学校和家庭通力合作。各级党委政府要加强和改进对教育工作的领导，及时听取汇报、研究解决教育改革发展的重大问题。对教育重视不重视，可以看出一个领导的素质，看出一个领导的理想和情怀。不重视教育的领导不是一个合格的领导。要把加强教师队伍建设作为基础工作来抓，多为教师解难事、办实事。教育部门要认真履行好教育改革发展的主体责任，加强组织协调，关心教师健康，维护教师权益。各级各部门都要强化服务意识，常怀爱教之心、多做利教之事、善解办教之忧。校长们也要经常走进教师当中，倾听意见，了解困难，把党和政府对教师的关心关爱落到实处。要充分调动社会各界关心、关注、关爱教育事业的积极性，在全社会形成尊师重教的良好风尚。

同志们，振兴民族的希望在教育，办好教育的希望在教师。让我们进一步解放思想、务实创新、开拓奋进、真抓实干，不断开创全市教育事业发展新局面，为打造“大湖名城、创新高地”作出新的更大贡献!

下午第三节课，万里无云，微风轻轻拂过树梢。鸟儿忙碌的捉着虫子，准备填饱自己毛茸茸的小肚子。我们呢？则在西山小学五年8班的教室里，庆祝着教师节。

首先，由龙楠同学为大家讲述教师节的来历。随后，还有朗诵诗歌等节目，最令人难忘的是这节班队课的最后一个环节了，那个环节是班里瞬间充满生气，瞬间洋溢着节日的气氛与快乐。

一开始，大家要赵老师上讲台唱歌，赵老师还羞涩地拒绝着，可不到一会儿，赵老师就寡不敌众，硬被我们推到了讲台上。赵老师没办法了，只好唱了一首《上海滩》和另一首我没注意名字的粤曲，听着平常不易听到的赵老师亲唱的粤曲，看着平时几乎不能看到的赵老师的笑容大家爆发出热烈的掌声。

突然，大家把注意力都集中到了教室外正在辛勤的批改作业的张老师身上。大伙们涌出教师，邀请张老师和我们一块儿欢庆教师节，于是，张老师和赵老师还有我们大家便在教室里载歌载舞，大家的脸上都有着一抹微笑，大家似乎都玩的很快乐……直到下课，这场欢庆教师节的班队会才戛然而止。

话音刚落，门就推开了，叶老师还来不及惊叹，就被我们全体同学的声音盖住了：“老师，您辛苦了！”老师愣了一下，刚想开口，几位同学已经送上了鲜花。我看到，老师的眼睛湿润了，此时，我心里是多么自豪，我也为班级出了一份力。还没等我想完，同学们的演出又开始了，叶老师越来越感动，我们也越来越自豪。这一刻，我们心中的骄傲油然而生，那感觉是言语所不能描述的。

这一天，就因为这小小的教师节庆祝会，成为我永远难忘的一天，让我们记住这一天，记住这美好的一刻吧！

今天是一年一度的教师节,由于我们地处农村,收秋任务也是刻不容缓,我们加上双休日休息四天,其实还有一天是教师节。说是让老师休息,实际上是让老师们去忙收秋的。

如果,教师节在学校过,可能我们会给老师唱首歌,说句祝福语,让老师们在这一天不再为我们伤心、生气,而是高高兴兴,况且这个教师节也是我们在高中阶段的最后一个教师节了。可没想到,我们连说句祝福的机会也错失了。

不说别的对我恩重如山的老师,但说我的妈妈,我的语文老师。她本该休息的,可由于我们的玉米棒子还长在地里,所以,不得不下地劳动。

妈妈整天拿笔杆子、拿粉笔的手,不得不戴上一双手套,拿着铲子去了地里。我们这儿不像平原地区,有收割机这种现代机器,况且地块不大,还不是连起来的大块地,即使有收割机也无法施展它的威力,只能靠一双手。

我是个懂得心疼妈妈的儿子,况且今天是妈妈的节日,总不能只让妈妈劳动,而我歇着呀!我也于心不忍。虽然我心里很不愿意下地,因为今天天气挺热,哪有在家舒坦呀!可我不能这样做,我还是自告奋勇的要求陪着妈妈下地。妈妈还很高兴,说我长大懂事了。当时听到妈妈的夸奖,我很不自然,因为我有点勉强。接着妈妈说,我应该下地劳动锻炼一下,说我们这一代快要韭菜麦苗分不清了,做为农村孩子居然在讲到张洁的《挖荠菜》时,竟然大部分人不认识荠菜,这太不应该了。想想也是,我们这一代是过于幸福了,但却还总是生在福中不知福,不了解父母的辛苦,和父母一块劳动感受一下也好。

没想到,一干就是半天,并且还是重复的、没有技术含量的动作,我主要负责把玉米棒子掰下来,而妈妈则负责放到玉米秆,还有把玉米秆抱扔到地边。我干的是满头大汗,满身尘土,妈妈的汗水则顺着脸往下流,衣服都湿了,可妈妈一刻也不歇息,因为妈妈想一鼓作气把活干完,她的手都打泡了,我本想偷个懒休息一下,可一看妈妈有时都累得双手抱着铲子,我就又激起了干劲。

妈妈,不仅在学习上是我的恩师,在生活上、劳动上也是我的恩师。妈妈,我知道你这个教师节过得很辛苦,但我认为值得,因为您又给我上了一课!节日不一定要鲜花,要礼物,节日有时也可以是汗水!
