The human race has entered a completely new stage in its history,along with

the advance of the society and the increaceingly rapid economic globalization

and urbanization, which resulted in the phenomenon that we are accustomed to

living a very fast rhythm lifestyle,ignoring the Chinese traditional

It is universally acknowledged that Chinese culture has a history of more

than two thousand years, which once had great influence on the world, such as

Japan, South Korea and other Asian and European countries. As one of the four

ancient civilizations,China creates many splendid cultures,such as the four

ancient Chinese inventions,which benefited human society in the history.

Although China risks copying the Western lifestyle’s worst aspects,

especially of unhealthy eating and drinking,Which once gave rise to many

problems.Fortunately,Chinese begin to realize the importance of Chinese

traditional culture.Such examples might be given easily,Chinese traditional

culture was added into our CET4 and CET6 ,which help us get hold of it

better.

It is widely noted that lots of traditional culture is disappearing along

with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional

ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and

craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

couldnt keep pace with the development of society. It is the tide of history

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I

like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the

basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I

started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

Last Qingming Festival,I return home to worship my grandfather.Qingming

Festival is a folk Festival.In the past,In the past, the Qingming Festival was

called "Arbor Day". But Today, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any

underbrush that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family

will set out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a

familys home altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland

food. One theory is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area,

the less appealing food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered

by strangers.

With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the

honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the

spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and

spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good

harvests and more children.

我盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了教师节。

非常荣幸作为先进集体代表来介绍一下我们系所做的工作。

电气工程系19xx年正式成立，现有教师24人。 经过20多年的快速建设，电气专业现有6个普通班，1个国家卓越工程师班和1个国际留学生班，在校生人数达到800人。电气专业目前已经建成为学校招生热门专业、毕业分配优秀专业、山东省特色品牌专业和国家卓越工程师试点专业。伴随着专业的不断发展，我们在工作中也取得了一定的成绩：

教学工作扎实有效。电气工程系始终坚持把教学工作放到首位，把教学质量作为“立系之本”。由于专业发展快等原因，我系师资非常短缺，师生比接近1:40。针对这种情况，我们全系教师积极承担教学工作，平均每个教师每年都要超过3门授课任务，年平均工作量远远超过学院的要求。经过全体教师的努力，我们不仅圆满的完成了这些教学工作，并取得了良好的教学效果，大多数教师的课堂教学评价效果都排在全学院的前列。在做好常规教学工作的基础上，我们还积极鼓励教师进行教学改革，提高教学水平。 20xx一年，我们就立项了学校教改项目3项，实验教改项目4项，研究性课程教改1项，其中有2项学校重大教改项目，基本每个教师都参与了教学改革。这些教改探索都取得了较好的实施效果，近5年我们系获得省优秀教学成果奖1项，校优秀教学成果奖6项，学校规划教材9部， 2门课程先后入选学校示范课堂。

科研工作不断得到提升。尽管承担了繁重的教学工作，我们积极鼓励教师开展科研工作，以教学带动

科研，科研促进教学。针对我们基础薄弱、教学任务重的现状，我们提出了“有所为，有所不为”的原则，引导大家积极争取高水平的纵向科研项目，上水平、上台阶，初见成效。近5年来，我系老师先后承担了国家“863”重大专项子课题2项，国家自然基金项目6项，省部级基金项目11项，科研工作呈现了良好的发展势头。

学生培养质量稳步提高。电气工程系一直把提高学生质量作为核心，作为检验所有工作成败的标准。经过不懈的努力，电气专业的学生培养质量得到了广泛的认可，近5年先后有3个班级被评为省级先进班级集体，6个班级被评为校级先进班级集体;学生的科技活动也取得了突出的成绩，立项了国家级大学生创新计划项目6项，校级大学生创新创业计划项目20项，近5年来学生共获得国家级奖励13项，省级奖励51项。10年电气学生参加全国施耐德电气大赛，力压清华、西交大、天大等电气名校，夺得第一名，受到国家科协主席邓楠的接见，并代表中国大学生赴法国进行交流;11年电气学生胡超然荣获“第七届中国青少年科技创新奖”，全国人大常委会副委员长王兆国，国务委员刘延东、团中央书记陆昊出席颁奖大会，为我校赢得了荣誉。在这些活动中，我系教师付出了大量的心血，以我系赵仁德老师为例， 11年和13两次获“挑战杯”山东省优秀指导教师，13年获“挑战杯”全国优秀指导教师，xx年获学校第一届“科创教学之星”，2009-20xx年，连续6年荣获学校“大学生课外科技活动优秀指导教师”。经过师生的共同努力，电气专业的学生质量得到了广大用人单位的好评，5年来平均就业率98%一直排在全校专业前列，去年我代表我们系被评为学校“学生就业工作优秀指导教师”。

注重教师的培养和发展。为了解决师资问题，我们系当初留校了一批本科、硕士学历的教师。为了有利于年轻教师的长远成长和保证专业发展的后劲，我们在教学工作压力非常大的情况下，克服困难，优先保证年轻教师到国内名校攻读学位，现在这些教师都学成归来，成为我们的中坚力量。现在电气工程系24名教师中有16位已经具有博士学位，另外还有两位教师正在攻读博士学位;有四位教师先后到国外做访问学者，先后有5人评为校级优秀教师，3人获得胜利育才奖，2人获学校“十佳班主任”，1人获“大学生心目中的好老师”。

我们这些成绩的取得，得益于系班子、党员及全体教师的齐心协力、团结奉献。特别是注意发挥党员的模范带头作用，党员积极承担困难任务，勇挑重担，支部工作取得了突出的成绩，2011年电气工程党支部也被评为了“学校先进基层党组织”，2012年一名教师荣获“学生党建工作先进积极分子”。

团结、和谐、风清气正，正成为电气工程系的良好氛围，这也与我们有效的工会工作密不可分。工会时刻注意关心每个教师，做好各位老师的坚强后盾，解决他们的后顾之忧。13年我们的黄健老师，突发脑溢血，生命垂危。我们系的老师轮流排班，一个月自始至终日夜陪在医院床前，直到黄老师转危为安，出院回家。黄老师因病退休后，系里老师坚持定期去家里看望。现在的电气工程系像一个温馨和谐的家庭，我们的教师能够心情愉快的工作和相处，电气工程系工会也从2012-20xx年，连续三年被评为学校“先进工会小组”。

我们工作中取得的这些成绩离不开学校领导和各职能部处的大力支持，离不开其它院系的通力合作。今后，我们将继续努力工作，为学校快速发展做出自己的贡献!

教师节那天，我们兴高采烈地来到教室，给教师节带了礼物。我们静静地坐在座位上，等待老师的到来。

老师一到，我们就和他打招呼，给他一份节日礼物。小红笑着送给他一束美丽的花，说：“老师，祝您身体健康!”。

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

Since I went to middle school, I grew up very fast. On the one hand, I live

in school from Monday to Friday, so I need to learn to get along with roommates.

We share the cleaning work to make sure a good environment. It is everybodys

duty to sweep the floor on turn. On the other hand, I need to solve the problems

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

时光匆匆流去，赵老师已经教我五年了。这五年中，我对赵老师的感情越来越深，她是我心中的“最美”教师。她对我的好，我一直都铭记在心。

刚上一年级时，我是那么不懂事，那么调皮。上课不听，总叽叽喳喳说个不停，可是，赵老师没有生气地打我，而是轻轻地拍拍我，用这种方式提醒我。也许赵老师忘记了这件事，但是我却不会忘却。

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了六一儿童节，这一天是我们少年儿童自己的节日。但是我们学校提前庆祝，改为5月31号下午举行。

那天下午，我一进教室就眼花缭乱了，经过介绍，才知道我们的教室被选为猜谜室，从北边的窗户往南边的窗户栓一条绳子，绳子上挂着一张张的谜面，啊，我知道了，这个谜语的谜底是嘴巴!不对，这个谜语的谜底是眼睛。这个谜底大概是仙人掌吧?仙人掌吧?这个谜底肯定是手套就这样，我们班的同学基本上把所有的都猜完了。

然后，老师安排我们去隔壁四〈3〉班参加套圈的游戏，虽然看起来很好套，其实很难套的，全班只有乔思棋同学套中了，获得了一本方格本，虽然只是一份小小的礼物，但是对乔思棋来说，意义重大。

接着，我们整个四年级，都参加了一项活动，是去多功能教室举行的红领巾跳蚤市场。我们每位同学都自己准备了一本好书，准备买卖，我也不例外，我准备了一本小学生优秀作文精选书，我把书摆上买书摊时，有很多的同学看中了我这一本书，都争先恐后地问我书价。对于我们班的同学，我要便宜一点儿卖;对于其它三个班的同学，我卖的价钱就要贵5角钱。最后还是我们班郝梦静同学以高价3元5角买下了，其他在旁边的同学都用惊讶的目光看着她，甚至还有同学去问她为什么这样做，她只说了一句这本原来是4元钱，但是邱枫同学以3元钱卖给了你们，那么还嫌贵，再说这本书保管的也很新，你们还要2元5角来买，邱枫同学不就吃亏了吗?在旁的同学羞得脸都红了，大概是受教训了吧。我也向郝梦静同学道了一声谢。谢后，我又开始买书了，经过精心挑选后，我选了《淘气包马小跳》。

最后由每组的小组长带领我们参加了钓鱼和夹球等游戏。

时间过得可真快，一转眼已经是下午4点多了，我们班的同学都有一个念头，要是想让每个星期都举行像这样的活动，就好了。

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

They felt so envious when they saw others have siblings. There is no doubt that the one child policy has controlled the population to increase so fast and helped people to improve their life lever. Recently, the government tends to open the second child policy slowly. People hold the different opinion. Some people think that it is good to let the child have siblings, so they will not lonely and can learn the meaning of sharing. Other people don’t want to have one more child because they don’t have enough money. They want to give the best education to the child, so they think one child is enough. Anyway, the second child policy gives people more choice.
