当时，北京有很多地下酒吧。一到周末，我到里边看演出，哇，太刺激了，都是顶级的乐队，那会儿的状态太好了。我看的最多的是舌头，现场太棒了。到现在我也认为，没有几支乐队能够超越舌头，他们的表演形式、节奏、设计、思想，超越这个时代太多了。比如说我超越个十年，那他们至少超越了一百年。

1995年的一个晚上，我睡觉起来，突然发现自己一下明白什么是摇滚了，摇滚是一种信仰。第二天我把之前写的所有烂歌，全撕碎全扔掉。觉得自己以前就是一个傻逼，一个土鳖，俗得他妈不行了。那天晚上什么也没发生，就是睡了一觉起来，突然发现自己是傻逼。

到了2002年，唱片也不发，钱也花光了，女朋友也跟我分手了。她看我不行，没戏了。当时我们一块在通县那边买了套房子，首付一块付的，月供1500，连房贷都还不起。我想，算了，房子我也不要了，给女朋友吧。

2003年春天，我去了广州。我一个哥们在那边，也是搞音乐的。我在广州前前后后待了两年半，接散活，干一些户外秀。

但是在广州我也没丢掉我的原创音乐，我告诉那帮人，我有好多歌，咱们排练排练，这些歌很有价值，但是没几个人听我的。我在广州也挺颓的，跟一帮人在一块喝酒，但是大多数时候我跟他们格格不入。在广州的那帮音乐人只想着怎么去挣钱，没有理想，我不一样，我只不过暂时换个地方，换个心情，换个环境，骨子里是热爱艺术热爱音乐的。他们看我觉得这人是一个疯子，想法非常不切实际，但我也无所谓，他们觉得我有病，我觉得他们有病。我经常跟他们在一块喝着喝着，摔门而去，我说你们就是一帮傻逼，走了。这没什么，他们就是傻逼，我只不过说了句实话而已。

2005年，我在广州录了一张唱片。录好了以后，我想广州我待不住了，广州的音乐氛围不好。它是以流行歌，粤语歌为主。整体的文化氛围一点都不先锋，很保守，我不喜欢。我告诉哥们，我回北京，你跟我一块回北京吧。他说，我不去那个地方，到了那个地方，人会饿死的。我说，那好吧。我买了张火车票，自己就回来了。

2012年，就是跟一个姑娘待着还可以吧，顺其自然，结婚了。她是中央美院的老师，教设计。2013年，小孩出生。做父亲对我改变太大了，以前一人吃饱全家不饿，现在不行，觉得一定要给孩子创造特别好的氛围，一定要给他留些什么。性格也软得一塌糊涂，见到小猫小狗都怜爱得不行，见不得任何虐待动物或者对小孩、老人不尊敬。音乐上也是，变软了。

春秋时期，晋献公一心想要吞并虢国，但是攻伐虢国必定要经过虞国。晋献公怕虞国不肯轻易让路，这可是个大问题。

大夫荀息便对晋献公献策：“大王，依小臣之见，不如以骏马和美玉作为交换条件，贿赂虞王，以便向虞国借路。”晋献公没有做声，美玉和骏马是他的两样至宝，他实在有些舍不得。于是，荀息又说：“大王，骏马和美玉可以再夺回，而虢国却不可多得啊。”晋献公沉思半日，终于接受了大夫的意见。

虞王对晋国献来的美玉和骏马爱不释手，一口允诺为晋国攻打虢国让出一条路。于是晋国轻而易举地把虢国灭亡了。

但是，晋献公却一直闷闷不乐，荀息猜出了晋献公的心事，于是对晋献公说：“大王，小臣曾说过，‘骏马和美玉可以再夺回’，现在虞国对我们毫不设防，不如我们来个一网打尽，同时吞并虞国，夺回大王的两样至宝。”

晋献公同意。回师的路上，晋国果真又占领了虞国。荀息牵回骏马，手中捧着美玉走向前去，对晋献公说：“大王，美玉还是那块美玉，只是骏马的牙齿增长了。”（“璧则犹是也，而马齿加长矣。”）后人以此话引申出“马齿徒增”这句成语。

唐贞观年间，有人开了一家磨坊，并从集市上买来一头驴跟一匹马，把它们关在家中一个不见天日的小磨坊里。这人让驴子跟马做自己的苦力，天天驱赶着它们绕着石碾子没日没夜地转。

面对这种遭遇，驴子彻底失望了，它想，完了，完了，自己的余生注定要在这里度过了，于是，它不断伸长脖子，发出刺耳哀鸣。磨坊主是个脾气暴躁的人，每当听到驴的叫声，就会冲进磨坊用棍子或鞭子对着它一顿猛抽。磨坊主的态度让驴子更加悲哀，时间不久，它就变得骨瘦如柴了。

马却不然，虽然它跟驴子干着一样的活儿，但它从没忘记自己的理想，在日复一日的机械运动中，它一直告诫自己，只要能够吃苦耐劳、不偷懒、不断努力，自己就一定能够冲出这小黑屋，重新走进广阔的天地纵情驰骋。于是，马在黑暗中卖力地工作，整日的操劳不但没有把它拖垮，反而使它更加膘肥体壮、四肢矫健。

终于，机会来了。一心向佛的唐王下定决心，让玄奘到西天取经，并下旨在百兽中为其选一坐骑。后来的事情想必大家都知道了，经过千挑万选，最后，玄奘选择了那匹膘肥体壮、吃苦耐劳的马。于是，唐王下诏，将马赐予玄奘，封号白龙马。马随玄奘西去，一路历经坎坷，取得真经，获如来佛赐金身。而驴子仍旧在那个暗无天日的小磨坊里，日复一日地围着石碾不停地转啊转啊……

Where There is Life, There is Music

What is music, no one can explain.

Just imagine for a moment that you are sitting in a magnificent concert

hall. The conductor waves his shiny baton with a graceful swing through the air.

A beautiful melody floats slowly around you

I like music from my childhood. My father often says when I was a baby I
