润笔这个典故出自二十四史的《隋书》，这是《郑译列传》里的一段玩笑话，郑译曾为朝廷重臣，后来被劾疏于职守，不孝母亲而遭贬官。但是不久隋文帝重新起复郑译，“上顾谓侍臣曰：‘郑译与朕同生共死，间关危难，兴言念此，何日忘之!’译因奉觥上寿。”郑译毕竟是个人才，又是开国将相，所以文帝下诏让他参与制定律令给予沛国公爵位，任上柱国，说完上面那段话后当即命令内史令李德林作诏书。这个时候和郑译一起跟着皇上打天下的丞相高颖就开起了老朋友的玩笑：“老郑，笔干了哎，这诏书写不了啊。”“译曰：‘出为方岳，杖策言归，不得一钱，何以润笔?’上大笑。”这郑译假装一本正经的把玩笑话接了下来，产生了非常幽默的效果，所以把心情本来就不错的皇帝也逗乐了，你看人家这官当的，一头讨好皇帝，一头在五千年历史上留下一道笔墨，后来人一提起润笔，大多一下就想到了这位1400多年前的幽默大师了。

最正当讨取润笔的理由是帮人写墓碑，中国人信奉人死为大，而这人死后的墓志铭，就是重中之重，不仅显示死者的身份，也与生者混的怎么样有关。古代大家族，高官一般都是请名士或者书法名家来写墓志铭，故而不少中国古代书法家的书法都是通过墓志流传下来，可谓是墓志铭对中国文化的一大意外贡献吧。

柳公权的字很好，又有身份，请他写墓志铭的人就很多，润笔费用也高的吓人。柳老头倒是不很在乎钱，就图写了个乐，后来这润笔越来越多，家人监守自盗柳公权也是睁一眼闭一眼。乃至他把写墓志赚来的银器放在一个柜子里，过一段时间银器消失了，他叫管家来问怎么回事，管家还理直气壮的说真怪事啊，柳公权笑笑说：“是啊，大概这些银器都升仙了吧。”

这事啊，发生在三国的时候。

下面有看官说了：“哦，知道了，这是要说张翼德怒鞭督邮的事。”

这位却错了，首先怒鞭督邮的是刘备，其次我们这里说的是酒而不是人。

《世说新语》是本好书，可谓魏晋笑话大全，里面记载曹操为了节约粮食，曾明令禁酒，恒温手下有一名书记官善饮，而且他不是一般的善饮，只要酒一入口，就能知道是好酒坏酒，但是喝酒明说出去可是要杀头的，于是他就卖弄个关子，好酒称之为青州从事，坏酒则为平原督邮。

这是为什么呢?说来很有意思，青州的辖境内有个地方叫齐郡，“齐”通“肚脐”，好酒叫做“青州从事”，是因为好酒喝下去后，酒气芳香可以一直通到脐部;他把坏酒称做“平原督邮”，是因为平原的辖境内有个地方叫鬲县，“鬲”通“膈”，大约就是盲肠一带，意思是说坏酒喝下去，酒就全奔膈部去了。

曾经和一朋友逛民俗村，见一仿古酒肆，内书一联，“尽是青州从事哪有平原督邮”某大喜，不待朋友看水牌就大叫一声：“小二，拿酒来”上的是桂花米酒，果然芬芳醇厚。

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.
