Lying at the center of Beijing， the Forbidden City， called Gu Gong， in Chinese， was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. 过桥米线由四部分组成：一是汤料覆盖有一层滚油；二是佐料，有油辣子、味精、胡椒、盐；三是主料，有生的猪里脊肉片、鸡脯肉片、乌鱼片、以及用水过五成熟的猪腰片、水发鱿鱼片；辅料有煮过的豌豆尖、韭菜、豆芽丝、姜丝、玉兰片；四是主食，即用水烫过的米线。

一次，我和妈妈去一家米线店吃过桥米线，我亲眼看到了过桥米线是怎么做的：只见厨师把各种料绰水，漂凉后装盘，接着他把香菜、葱切碎和油辣椒及烫过的米线一同上桌，然后他又把鸡油烧热装入碗中，倒入烧开的清汤，加调料上桌，最后他把肉片烫成白色，再下米线，撒少许葱花、香菜即成。

终于可以吃了，我一筷子夹了一块肉就朝嘴里送，被烫得哇哇大叫，妈妈笑着说：“由于汤表面有一层鸡油，所以汤很烫，所以刚在汤里烫熟的菜是不能吃的，要漂凉后才能吃。”我把肉片放在盘子里，过了一会儿，我夹起它，一口吞下，真是太好吃了！

熊猫(Pandas)

There are some pandas in the zoo. They look like a bear, but they are not a bear.

They live in China. They have a small tail and fat body. They are black and white. They’re very clumsy, but they can climb trees. They like to eat bamboo very much. Look! The baby panda is under the mother panda, they are sleeping. They look very lovely. Pandas are my favourite animals.
