12月3日，由市委宣传部、市文明办、巴南区政府等联合主办的重庆志愿服务季——“12·4”国家宪法日、全国法制宣传日暨“12·5”国际志愿者日主题志愿服务活动在巴南区龙洲湾市政广场举行。活动现场，公布了2016年10名“最美法律志愿者”及提名奖获得者名单，并为他们颁发了荣誉证书。

除了为最美法律志愿者颁奖，活动现场还循环播放了真实案例视频，其中穿插着关于青少年教育的辩论赛。同时，志愿者们通过歌舞、快板、小品等文艺节目的演出，以及演出中设置的法律知识有奖问答，吸引了广大市民参与。

市网信办、市司法局、市普法办等单位也在活动现场设置了宣传展板，开展志愿服务市集、法律咨询、义诊等志愿服务活动，并依托“梦想课堂”平台以小游戏的形式向群众宣传宪法知识，增强活动的趣味性，营造浓厚的宣传氛围。

红十字与红新月会国际联合会东亚代表处东亚地区卫生主管陈红介绍了日本与韩国在急救培训创新方面的方法。韩国红会用网上在线学习的方式加手机APP，来吸引青年人更多的参与进来。日本红会的特色是把儿童安全、水上安全，冰雪安全问题的方方面面都把它融入到急救的过程中。“急救不单只是急救，还把安全问题，以及健康的生活方式，特别是慢性病的防控，比如一旦家里面有心脑血管疾病突然发作以后如何急救，怎么样针对高血压、糖尿病的急救症来开展培训，探索这样的模式。” 陈红说。

针对更多的应急救护志愿者培训，目前已有的方式有在线学习、大众传媒、面对面教学、手机、视频教学。陈红认为，还可以往前走，想到更多的培训方法来适应目标人群。

据悉，多年来，中国红十字会忠实履行《中华人民共和国红十字会法》所赋予的法定职责，将应急救护培训等红十字会传统工作与时代发展紧密结合，在应急救护培训领域总会深耕细作， 围绕红十字事业进行应急救护领域顶层设计、标准化建设、对地方红会救护培训工作提供技术管理支持、组织开展应急救护相关的项目管理、教材编写、基于互联网的网络教学及应急救援和健康服务相关领域为主要内容的国内外各类人员培训。

时间总是过得很快，活动结束了，我们要离开敬老院了。我有点舍不得分给我的屈奶奶了，屈奶奶虽然有一子两女，但是子女们要么身体不好，要么生活条件不好，没办法和屈奶奶住在一起，这让屈奶奶感觉很无奈，也很孤独。其实人老了却没有儿女的陪伴，是多么孤独，他们多么希望有人陪他们聊天，在养老院里虽然有很多同样孤独的老人，但他们大部分都不怎么互相说话。虽然在这里他们吃的喝的都有人负责，但是他们自己内心认为只有可怜的、没有家人照顾的人才会来敬老院，因此他们并不开心，所以就算孤独，他们也不希望和人多说话。在这次活动结束后，我想从现在起应该要做一个孝敬父母的孩子，要感谢爸爸妈妈的全心陪伴，长大后不要以“忙”为借口，不陪伴爸爸妈妈，我一定要像爸妈耐心陪伴我一样，陪他们多在一起多说话。我要努力学习，学到很强的本领，能够陪伴爸爸妈妈周游世界。

The main reason of applying to be Olympic volunteer of 2008 is that I think this will be my unforgettable and GREat experience in my whole life. This is the first time to hold Olympic Games in china, for every Chinese person, this Olympic game is very important and memorable. Besides, Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. As a citizen of Beijing, I feel very proud. Although I am only a graduate, I think that I must actively contribute to the Olympic Games. Unnumbered people want to be Olympic volunteers, but they have no opportunities.

I am so lucky that I am a graduate, and I have opportunity to work for Olympic. My heart tells me that I cannot lose this GREat opportunity. I have geographical conditions that I live in Beijing and I study in Beijing. I have no reason to give up this opportunity to be Olympic volunteer. Furthermore, I can learn and get exercises in many respects, for example, my language skills, communication skills, association skills and ability to deal with matters of sudden urgency. Of cause I may have opportunity to meet my dream sport stars who are XXX, XXX and XXX. (laughing).

Christmas is annual festival in western world that is one of the most important festivals forthem. Previously, only westerners or Christians celebrate it. But in recent years,more and more Chinese people celebrate it, especially among young people. Thereare many activities in that day. I think there are the following reasons thatmake Christmas popular in China. First, it’s a western holiday and it’s new toChinese. 昨天是国际志愿者日。市委宣传部、市文明办、市国资委党委、市民政局、市环保局、市文广局、市总工会、团市委、市妇联、市文联、市残联、天津日报、今晚报、天津广播电视台等单位共同举办纪念“12·5”国际志愿者日暨2016年天津市志愿服务先进典型宣传展示活动。

按照市文明委2016年工作安排，市委宣传部、市文明办等单位在全市组织开展宣传推选2016年天津市志愿服务先进典型活动。主题活动现场，对赵忆远、杨增寿等62名优秀志愿者、天津市残联手语联盟等35个优秀志愿服务团队、“真情”主播公益行志愿服务项目等20个优秀志愿服务项目、南开区体育中心街宁乐里社区等20个优秀志愿服务社区、天津市公安交通管理局和平支队南京河北志愿服务岗等20个志愿服务岗(站)和最新推出的50个志愿服务创新项目给予表彰。志愿者们以情景剧、说唱表演、故事讲述等多种形式展示了“服务他人、奉献社会”的风采，讲述了志愿服务先进典型的感人事迹。

市文明办、市民政局、团市委等单位发布2016年全市志愿服务最新数据和信息。截至11月30日，全市注册志愿者人数达189.8万人，注册志愿服务团队6841支，2016年通过天津志愿服务网发布和组织的各类志愿服务活动92014次。据介绍，天津志愿服务供需对接平台标准化建设开始实施，推出线上、线下两种供需对接平台模式。

一、活动背景：

在中国有这样一个弱势群体。他们称之为“留守儿童”。

什么是留守儿童?留守儿童是指父母双方或一方外出到外地打工，而自己留在农村生活的孩子们。他们一般与自己的父亲或母亲中的一人，或与隔辈亲人，甚至父母亲的其他亲戚、朋友一起生活。留守儿童的童年生活不仅物质条件极其匮乏，精神家园建设也常被忽视。他们的父母为了生计远走他乡离开可爱的孩子，外出打工，用勤劳获取家庭收入，为经济发展和社会稳定作出了贡献，他们却留在了农村家里，与父母相伴的时间少之又少、微乎其微。

由于陪伴他们的大都是年迈的祖父母，这些留守儿童长期缺少父母陪伴与教育。不能享受在温暖床头灯下听爸爸妈妈讲读故事的温情，不能享受旅游景点的快乐怀抱，不能享受…………。

如皋市学雷锋义工站拟定于12月5日当天带领如皋高新区实验初中的留守儿童们享受旅游怀抱、图书馆体验、超市快乐等。通过举办“让留守儿童不再孤单”这样的公益活动来唤起全社会对留守儿童的进一步关注。

二、活动意义：

举办“让留守儿童不再孤单”公益活动来倡导社会各界共同关心、关注、关爱留守儿童，努力为留守儿童营造一个“健康、快乐、平等、和谐”的成长环境。让留守儿童的远方父母安心在外，让他们少一份操心，多一份安心。用志愿者爱的心灵筑起留守儿童健康成长的阶梯，用志愿者爱的行动呵护国家未来的栋梁。

六、活动流程概要：

(1)上午8点学雷锋义工站的志愿者们至高新区实验初中集中。(部分环节另定)

(2)8点30分从高新区实验初中出发，前往国家4A级旅游景点如皋水绘园，让留守儿童们在旅游景点中体验无极限快乐。

(3)10点至如皋市图书馆，让留守儿童在书香如皋的图书馆环境中体验不一样的读书乐趣。

(4)11点至如皋大润发购物广场，让留守儿童们在琳琅满目的商品中惬意一下。

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

一些学生喜欢积极参与课外活动。他们认为课外活动是学校生活不可或缺的一部分。通过参加这些活动，他们可以从书本上学到什么，这对他们将来是有益的。

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

然而，其他人，不喜欢在所有的课外活动。他们认为学生在学校的工作是学习理论知识，没有其他的东西。参加课外活动是浪费宝贵的时间在学校。

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms. School is not just a place for learning the difference between "lie" or "lay", or what caused the hours of the daily schedule. Finally, after class activities broaden our circle of acquaintances. No amount of ordinary school work can take the place of friends acquired in the informal familiarities of activities.

八月，一个酷热难耐的月份。然而再热的天也拖不住我想去参加志愿活动的脚步。下午，我如约来到了社区居委会，跟随着志趣相投的伙伴，一起参加此次的志愿活动。

活动开始前，我们要先将自己的名字写在活动表格中，看着前面的伙伴一个个的离开，我的心越来越激动。轮到我时，我干劲有力的将我的名字端正的写在表格上，我知道，这是一个承诺，对此次志愿活动的承诺。

在大家都签完名之后，此次活动的负责人为我们播放了纪录片《厉害了我的国》。这部纪录片在很早的时候我就听老师介绍过，今天终于有机会亲眼目睹，别提有多高兴了。“震撼、温暖、自豪”，这是我看完《厉害了，我的国》之后久久萦绕于脑际的三个词语。震撼于中国的雄厚国力，震撼于中国的快速发展，震撼于中国人的艰苦奋斗和聪明才智。工程师们十几年的坚持付出、西藏扶贫女孩温暖的基层工作、在也门的中国人民的回家行动，处处体现了党和国家对人民的关怀，使我强烈的感受到了对祖国的认同感、归属感、安全感、自豪感。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央不忘初心、砥砺前行，用一步步的实际行动换取了一项项举世瞩目的成就，向国人、向世界证明了什么是道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，中国人的自信力得到了空前的凝聚，使每个人都深切感受到，自己的身后有一个强大的祖国。一个个中国奇迹的缔造，一个个中国故事的书写，我不由在心中呼喊：厉害了，我的国！

看完记录片后，我们一同来到了小区。听负责人介绍，我们此行的目的是捡拾路人随手丢弃在小区内的垃圾。队员们热火朝天地捡着垃圾，不放过一个塑料袋，一个烟蒂，一张废纸。一个下午，路面上、水池里、花坛边的弃物被拾捡得干干净净，“洗脸”后的小区面貌焕然一新。

接下来，将通过“义务拾捡垃圾、倡导文明行为”活动的开展，促使更多居民朋友们的参与，让大家通过实际行动，支持永安文明城市的创建。

活动结束后，队员们高兴地摆着各种可爱的造型合影留念。今天真的是非常有意义的一天，我不仅学到了新知识，结识了一群志同道合的伙伴，最重要的是力所能及的参与了“义务拾捡垃圾、倡导文明行为”的活动，为小区的整洁，贡献了自己一份微薄之力。

据了解，每年有700万例心脏病病人，但是只有50%的病人获得了及时和恰当的治疗，另外还有50%的人死于心脏病，88%是发生在家里。

数据显示，心源性猝死在我国的抢救成功率不足1%，在美国是8%-10%。“目前我们的医院、我们医生的水平并不比美国差，那么问题出在哪儿?就是我们现场救护工作没有跟上，早期的呼救、心肺复苏术(CPR)、自动体外除颤(AED)，这前三个环要靠我们的志愿者、第一目击人来完成。” 中国红十字会总会赈济救护部救护处处长郭建阳在论坛上强调志愿者在应急救护方面的作用。

应急救护本身就是志愿服务，在专业的医务人员到达现场之前，出于人道主义精神，对伤病员进行现场救护就是志愿服务。郭建阳说：“这不仅仅需要见义勇为、救死扶伤的精神，还需要具备必要的知识和技能。广大的红十字救护培训的师资，他们牺牲了个人的休息时间，不计报酬，向公众来传播知识，普及这个技术，因此他们也是志愿者。”
