Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.

There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution.

When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing

in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the

splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Whats more,

industrial pollution also deserves our attention. Wastewater from factories is

我们一起迈入初中大门的，是站在同一起跑线上的，不管小学是否优秀那都已成为过去，过高或过低的自我评价都会困住前行的脚步，新的生活面前需要我们重新定位自己打造自己。

二、课程增加改变学法

小学主要是语文跟数学两门课，而中学，初一就增加了英语、历史、地理、生物等学科，初二将增加物理，初三还将增加化学，而且学习内容增多，难度加大，进度加快，猛增的学习量往往让我们应接不暇，颇有点狗咬刺猬，不知从何下口之感。初中的学习状况改变了，再沿用小学的学习方法跟方式显然无法适应，到了中学要注意哪些学习方法呢?

第一要主动适应老师的授课方式。中学改变了小学那种事无巨细式的教学方式，老师往往集中讲解难点、要点，并且讲过就不再重复，我们要主动去适应老师的授课方式，包括语音、板书、思路、要求以及某些教学习惯。想做到这一点有两个诀窍：一是预习，拿着书本随便翻看不是预习，预习是把第二天的功课尽可能看懂，并找出不懂的地方，在课堂上做为重点听，这可以提高我们的听课效率培养自学能力。二是多请教，主动把自己的学习状况向老师介绍，有问题就大胆问，千万不要碍于面子而把听不懂的知识留到明天，从一开始就不能欠学习账，否则学习中的漏洞越来越多，到了高年级就难以弥补了。

第二要制订科学的学习计划。要解决科目多学习量大的问题，最好方法就是制定学习计划。包括长期计划，新学期我的目标是什么，到期中、期末我要达到什么水平，还可以找个竞争对手来激励自己;此外还有短期计划，也就是周计划、天计划，比如：我怎样安排这一天的学习跟玩耍时间，利用什么时间做哪门作业，何时预习，何时做系统复习等等。只要这样踏踏实实完成每天的计划跟小目标，就可以自如地应对新学习，达到长远目标。三要注意摸索适合自己的学法。在初中阶段学习方法的重要性体现的尤为突出，因为学习的难度加深、灵活性加大，不能单凭死记、死学，要讲究记忆的方法，注意对知识的消化跟理解。而且各学科的特点不同，学法也有区别，我们在新的学习过程中要注意不断反思跟调整，逐渐摸索出适合自己的学法，做到事半功倍。

三、学会适应学会交往

希望我们的初一新同学要学会适应学会交往，适应学校环境的变化。到了初中人际交往范围发生了较大变化，大家来自不同学校，彼此陌生，这时很多人会感到孤独，想念过去的同学，这都是正常的心态。要摆脱这种不良状态，就要积极主动去熟悉新的班级跟同学。初来乍到，也许一个熟人也没有，你会感到孤立无援，但想一想大家不都一样吗，都没有朋友又都渴望交友，我们可以主动一些，大胆跟同学搭话，热情为班级做事，比如问问同学叫什么，然后把你介绍给他;同学缺少什么，可以借给他;老师要发新书了，积极去帮忙;值日表还没有排好，主动去清扫卫生……无形之中你就跟同学、老师 “混”熟了，越来越融入这个新集体，朋友多了起来，陌生感自然会逐渐消失。

四、以新的行为规范要求自己

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

首先我对本班的班级情况作一个简单的介绍。本班目前有28位学生，其中女生16人，男生12人。首先竟选了班长，组建了班委。制订了班规班纪和学生量化考核办法。经过一段时间的努力，我们班的课堂纪律加强了，学生端正了学习态度，上课认真听讲，积极动脑筋。学习自觉性提高了，学习效率也提高了很多，学习习惯好了很多。大部分学生都形成了良好的行为习惯,他们能遵守学校纪律，关心班级。如我们班的：孙建一、刘琳、杨路、刘凯、李振是我们班的班干部，他们以身作则，帮老师管理班级纪律，早晨早早到校，帮助老师监督同学完成作业，都是老师的好帮手。作业认真，书写漂亮的同学有：张晓丽、张番、张舒媛、周菲菲等。热爱劳动的同学有：王岩、刘凯、徐宗达等，学习上进步很大的有：李振、马进月、张舒媛、张志、常文菊等。上课积极发言的同学有：刘琳、管学枝等。在学校书法比赛获得一等奖的有：王存博、张志、周菲菲、肖润华;获得三等奖的有：张晓丽、王纪东。在学校征文比赛获奖的有：孟栋二等奖、李柯三等奖、周菲菲三等奖;张舒媛手抄报三等奖。从开学到现在能做到全勤的有：刘晓焕、常文菊、李振、肖润华、刘凯、王存博、王岩、马进月、常晓萌、张舒媛、马超帅、张志、张晓丽、杨雪珂、周菲菲、刘琳、张番、孙建一。我刚才是片面的说了孩子的优点，每个孩子都有他的长处，我们应该多方面的衡量您的孩子。确实，孩子们在自己的努力下，在各位家长的帮助下，各方面有了质的飞跃。孩子们班级意识、集体观念更强了，更加懂事有礼貌了。

我们学校组织了月考，还有周考。但我想说的是一张试卷的分数并不能全面的代表孩子的成绩。我们更应该关注是孩子的能力，注重孩子的全面发展，认识到孩子是不是一个合格有用的人才，不是一张试卷决定的，而是社会对他的检验。未来社会需要的是人格健全、心理健康、有社会适应能力、有终身学习的愿望和能力的人。因此，只有知识是远远不够的，学生的综合素质、情感、态度、价值观更为重要。所以，不能像以往那样，眼睛只盯在分数上。我们家长不能一味关注孩子的分数，要找出孩子考得不好的原因。找出解决问题的方法，让他们重新树立自信。

各位家长，随着社会的进步和“科教兴国”战略的实施，下一代的教育问题已成为了社会普遍关注的热点和焦点，重视和改进家庭教育，已越来越成为广大教育工作者和家长的共识。但是在现实生活中，不容避讳的是，许多家长对怎样当好父母的紧迫性缺乏足够的认识，不懂得怎样教育孩子，对待孩子，或重智轻德，只关心孩子的考分;或对孩子过度溺爱，百般呵护……在家庭教育上形成的一个个误区，由此给孩子的心灵带来的负面影响，必将对孩子的一生造成延误。高尔基曾说：“爱自己的孩子这是连母鸡也会做的事。但如何教育好他们，却是一个严重的问题。” 今天，我们召开本次家长会，就希望我们能够共同探讨，更好地教育好我们的孩子。希望家长们能一如既往地做好以下几点：

三、鼓励孩子干家务

这一项比其他各项更为重要，因为这是每一个孩子的弱项。目前，许多孩子劳动能力较差，生活上严重依赖父母，缺乏自我服务、自我管理能力，究其原因，不是孩子不想做。其实，每个孩子都有参与家庭劳动的渴望，而家长大多不让孩子做，怕孩子累着，或怕孩子干不了，认为他们中心任务是学习，其他是次要的。其实，在劳动中培养技能，在劳动中形成品格。我们要舍得让他们吃点苦，做点事，这样才能提高能力。班级中劳动认真的同学进步最大。

四、在学习上多帮助孩子

我校早读时间是7点20，值日生7点以前到校，其他的学生要求7点20以前到校。7点20开始早读。作为家长要做到按时给孩子做好饭，让孩子把闹钟定好。下午4点45放学，要求孩子5点40进班学习，并都有老师辅导，并且每天都要统计进班学习的人数。有的孩子离家远，来不及回家吃饭，我建议家长给孩子买些奶或蛋糕，中午让孩子带过来。等我们学校伙房成立后一切问题都解决了。晚上9点05分放学，9点20孩子几乎都能到家，我建议这时家长应让孩子吃顿饭。可以再学习半个小时，10点半以前必须休息。通过我们任课老师的商定，并经学校领导批准，决定每星期天下午给学生补一晌课，不知道各位家长有没有意见。如果有意见会后再提，如果没有意见，希望家长能督促孩子按时来补课，不要迟到。

五、要督促孩子完成家庭作业

每次收上来的家庭作业(主要指星期天的作业)都不是令老师很满意。有的孩子没完成、有的孩子完成了也是应付差事，做的不好。每星期天都布置作业，并让学生写在本子上。做为家长要多督促、多检查。有些家长总以自己忙找借口，对于孩子的学习很少过问。其实现代社会人人过着节奏紧张的生活。同样作为家长，我们身有体会。但是孩子的成长是我们的希望，我想大家每天抽出10-20分钟，还是可以的。如在饭后或者在餐桌上和孩子聊一聊学校的情况，问一问最近的学习的内容，然后帮助他默写一下单词，检查一下日记、作业等等。和孩子共同阅读一些课外书籍等。

六、要多鼓励孩子

各位家长来之后一定看过你们孩子桌上的成长记录档案了，这就是他们在学校的成长记录，有新学期目标、单元考试、月考、期中考试成绩、阶段性评价、表扬卡、过失卡、奖状等。有的家长看了一定很高兴、可有的家长看了后不一定高兴。我认为，做为家长首先要了解自己的孩子，要一分为二看待自己的孩子，不要和别人的孩子攀比，要把孩子的现在和过去相比，要看到自己孩子的闪光点，只要孩子进步了，就应该高兴，就应该表扬孩子、鼓励孩子。数子十过，不如奖子一长。也许你不经意的一次表扬会引发孩子巨大的进步，曾有一分家教刊物中记载，有一个孩子的母亲很善于表扬自己的儿子，结果使一个原本平常甚至有些迟钝的孩子考上了清华大学。好孩子是夸出来的，不是打出来的，也不是骂出来的。开过家长会后，要对孩子说：你进步了，老师表扬你了。妈妈相信你，一定能行，你是最棒的。等等，多激励孩子。我不希望开过家长会后，有一个学生挨打挨骂。这样就失去了家长会的意义。我相信你对孩子的期望值加上你正确的引导会使你的孩子也一样优秀的。

七、抽点时间多陪陪孩子

可能有的有的家长说，我的事多得不得了，哪有时间去问孩子的学习，哪里顾得上孩子的教育。自己忙得没有时间顾及孩子，就让孩子自由发展。家长们在说没有时间照顾或陪自己孩子的时候，有没有想过：我们辛苦工作到底是为了什么?是为了自己过上富足的生活吗?大多数的人认为，是为孩子的将来考虑。如果我们用牺牲现在去换取将来，大家认为值得吗?孩子要成人成才是第一，如果孩子不争气，你挣了再多的钱，他也能挥霍一空;既使现在家庭困难一点，孩子能够体会到父母的甘苦，长大之后，他自己也会努力去创造财富。所以，希望家长还是能多抽出点时间陪陪孩子，多抽点时间关心孩子，少一点不必要的应酬，钱再多，买不到孩子健康的心态，良好的品质，高尚的道德，钱再多，也买不到孩子的未来。这是显而易见的。钱是要挣的，但孩子更是要顾的。

八、关于安全教育

由于学校地处市区，学校附近的两个十字路口都没有红绿灯，各种车辆来来往往。在学校里，我们每天都会关照学生，反复强调，注意安全，增强自我保护意识，校内外不做危险游戏，上下路上不逗留，不玩耍，放学后要直接回家，相信各位家长和我们一样关心孩子的安全，因为孩子是家庭的希望，是学校的希望，更是国家的希望。希望家长在忙碌中也不要忘记对孩子安全的教育，告诉他们怎样避免危险，怎样行路。

各位家长：在教育孩子的同时，您也要时刻谨记———您也是孩子的老师，要使孩子在自己父母身上吸取到榜样的力量。大家都看过这样一个广告，一位年轻的妈妈为年迈的婆婆端来一盆热水，深情地说：“妈，您泡泡脚吧，解除疲劳，有益健康。”年轻的妈妈一转身，发现自己幼小的儿子也吃力得端来一盆冒着热气的水，充满自信的说：妈妈，您也泡泡吧!下面出示了一行字“家长是孩子最好的老师”。这个广告告诉我们做家长的一个道理：想让你的孩子将来长成什么样的人，你现在就要做一个什么样的人。

最后、我希望家校之间加强联系。孩子要健康成长，光靠学校教育肯定是不够的，家校结合才能使孩子不断进步，你们抽空可以来学校也可以打电话问问孩子的情况，或反映一下在家里的情况，以便我们及时针对你的孩子的特点展开教育。请天下所有的父母记住这样一句话：“你可以不是天才，但你可以成为天才的父母。”同时，我们在工作中，难免也会出现疏忽或不足之处，恳请家长们批评指出，如果我们在教学中有什么不合理之处，也欢迎家长们能坦诚与我们交流。

最后一件事是：我们班成立家长委员会，架起老师、学校和学生之间的桥梁。那位家长愿意为我们班服务的，可以举手报名。我们深表感谢!

I most like to see the book is "twenty-four histories", these two books of the romance of three kingdoms.

Often open the two books, I couldnt help to enjoy them, it seems is the man. Read about the sad sentence, my heart cant help but give birth to mourn; Description of scenery, I want; Describe happy like, I just silly smile.

"Rolling in the Yangtze river in the winter of a mill, spray all heroes. Success or failure is turned empty. Castle peak is still in, just a few degrees sunset."

"The moon used to white hair on the river, watching the spring months. A pot of unstrained wine or liquor reunions. Ancient and modern how many things, have to pay a proverb."

This word is aptly describes the situation in the three and the emotion, it is make me cry from the heart.

There are poems, composition, all let me drunk so story. Learn these knowledge for me to gain a wide variety of awards, learned many Chinese book knowledge.

Have a tragic, for non-ferrous, the view is sentient beings, both culture, again long knowledge, this is the pleasure of reading.

从小到大，我接触最多的便是书。

经历了生机勃勃的春，骄阳似火的夏，落叶飘飞的秋，粉妆玉砌的冬，我从书中体会了更多的乐趣。

我最喜欢看的书是《二十四史》、《三国演义》这两本书。

每每翻开这两本书，我就情不自禁地陶醉其中，似乎自己就是那个人。读描写悲伤句子，我心中不由生出悲哀;描写景物的，我触景生情;描写开心之类的，我就傻乎乎地笑。

“滚滚长江冬逝水，浪花淘尽英雄。是非成败转头空。青山依旧在，几度夕阳红。”

“白发渔樵江渚上，惯看秋月春月。一壶浊酒喜相逢。古今多少事，都付笑谈中。”

这首词十分贴切描写了三国局势与情感，这十分让我哀从心生。

还有古诗、作文、故事都让我如此沉醉。学到的这些知识为我夺取了多种奖项，学到了语文书许多没有的知识。

有悲有喜，有生有色，有情有景，既修文化，又长见识，这就是读书的乐趣。
