(一)八年级的重要性。

八年级面临着承上启下的双重任务、这一时期既是学生发展潜力的时期，也是一个产生变化的时期，更是一个危险的时期，也是一个爬坡的时期，是一个分水岭。

从孩子这方面来讲，进入初二以后，他们面对的主要困难有以下几点：

1、课程难度增大，容量增多，并且新增加了物理科目，现在初二学生的开设的学科数量达到了十几门之多。学业负担相对增加，部分学生出现掉队现象，许多学生出现了两极分化。

2、学生自主、独立、反叛意识增强。随着年龄的增长和对学校及教师的不断熟悉，部分学生不再对家长、教师言听计从，而是有了自己的主张和见解，个别学生出现了与校外不良少年交往的现象。

3、由于生理和心理发育的急剧变化，学生开始进入青春期，产生愿意与异性同学交往的想法，如果在这时候我们不能给予孩子正常的关心和帮助，孩子的健康成长必然会偏离正常轨道。

4、他们没有了刚进入初中的新鲜感，还没有中考带来的升学压力。尽管家长希望子女成龙成凤心切，但部分学生自我约束能力较差，一旦放松，就会出现学习成绩下降的现象，甚至出现厌学情绪。这一阶段的学生大量出现了“松一松，降一降;抓一抓，上一上”的现象。

综合这些因素，对待这个阶段的孩子，我们的老师和在座的家长都必须有这样的心理准备：现在正是他们成长发展的转折点，也是教育的关键时期，虽然他们现在有许多让我们家长感到头痛的表现，但只要把握住教育的时机，给予他们及时的帮助和指导，这些孩子就会顺利的跨过这个分水岭，并且为他们自己的人生之路增加一笔宝贵的财富。要把孩子教育好，家长积极配合对教育好孩子起着关键作用，所以我们的工作需要社会和家庭的配合。召开这次家长会的目的是为了加强老师与家长之间的联系，相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便我们老师能够及时调整工作，提高教育教学质量，同时促使家长也能够积极参与到学生的教育管理中来。总之一句话，就是“一切为了学生的成长，一切为了家长的希望”。这是我们共同的出发点。

(二)关于班级管理的一点看法：

作为一名班主任老师，首先要对班级工作有自己的思路，在自己刚接到一个新班的时候，就应该清楚班级的奋斗目标是什么，对学生应该采取什么样的教育方式。我个人认为：

首先，树立良好的班风，班级是一个整体。

学生要在这个集体里学习、生活、成长。要在学校的各项活动中显示自己的力量和风貌。好的环境能够激励人，可以改造人。因此这个集体需要有一种精神，那就是蓬勃向上的集体主义精神，争先创优，爱班好学的敬业精神，这种精神从何而来?它来源于班主任坚持不懈的思想教育工作。重视思想工作是班主任做好其他各项工作的基础，是建好班级的法宝。班主任必须充分认识思想政治工作在班级建设中的地位和作用，通过团委、学生会等多种组织，利用班会、辩论会、座谈会、等多种途径对学生进行思想政治教育，帮助他们树立起正确的人生观、价值观。集体主义教育是班级思想教育的重要内容之一，是树立好班风建立良好集体的重要表现。)因此班主任除了要求班级在学生集体性活动中树立班级形象外，还需经常对学生进行“班兴我荣，班落我耻，以班为家，荣辱与共”的教育。以此来增强班主任的向心力、凝聚力和战斗力，真正做到心往一处想，劲往一处使。一年来，学生的集体意识增强了，自律性提高了，班级获得较多的殊荣。

其次，大胆管理学生，严格按照校规校纪办事，同时注意工作方法。

经常在班里讲解遵守校规校纪的重要性。坚持以表扬为主、公开场合少点名批评。正面疏导的工作方法。不放纵学生，即加强对优秀生的管理教育，更下大力气做好后进生转化工作。对生病的学生从生活给予关心，让他感到温暖。实践证明：这样做效果往往较好。此外，要知人，做学生的知心朋友。班主任了解学生、熟悉学生，学生也了解、熟悉班主任，二者之间就能互相尊重、相互信任。如此，也就能为班级各项工作的开展打下良好的思想基础，若本班与其他各年级之间有矛盾时，班主任要妥善处理好，化消极因素为积极因素。

(三)班级现状：期中过后学生的学习劲头足，信心百倍

孩子们为了回报家长的辛苦，老师的付出，实现自己的人生理想，每天起早贪黑，挑灯苦读，每每看到这些，我心中由衷的对他们感到欣慰。

大家想一下，我们平时几点起床，又是几点睡觉?你知道吗?学生每天凌晨6:00起床，甚至个别学生5:00多就起床偷偷看书了。晚上，我们9:00放学，到宿舍洗刷好，还在走廊看书。

说句实话，他们苦，他们累。

(四)、班级存在的不足：

经过近一年的接触，绝大部分同学在校表现比较好，他们遵守纪律、团结同学、对人有礼貌，对班里的工作认真负责，学习自觉主动、勤奋刻苦，成绩也较好。学生集体荣誉感较强，同学间比较团结。形成了积极向上的班风。

但是，也存在许多不足，比如：

(1)多数同学有了竞争意识，你追我赶，但个别同学仍无动于衷。不思进取。没从跟本上认识学习的重要性，导致成绩较差。

(2)学习上极少数同学存在懒学情绪，表现在：学习不主动，靠老师管着、盯着，更不用说积极回答问题，不懂不问了;作业潦草完成，双休日作业少、漏!史地生作业不做，所以成绩较差。

(3)少数同学不守纪律，早自习晨读英语、中午午睡，自控能力尤其差。个别同学脏话多，谎话多。因而学习不刻苦、基础差或没有掌握好的学习方法，导致成绩较差。

以上问题都是客观存在的问题，我们无法回避，只能想法加以解决。

(五)2010年中招考试成绩

我校2010年中考，在广大家长的大力支持下，取得了优异的成绩，330人参加考试，有65人被商丘市一高统招录取;有169人被商丘市二高(良浩高中)录取;有258人被商丘市回高统招录取;升学率为78.2%，第七次获得商丘市升学率第一的桂冠，学校满意，成绩喜人。相信有各位家长的配合和支持，明年的中招考试你的孩子定会榜上有名!

(六)对家长的建议

妈妈和老师在说可以学些其他的东西吗?老师对我说：“你还想学什么呀!”我说：“吉他”。妈妈就帮我报了名。刚开始的几节课我都不想去，妈妈却鼓励我说：“别放弃，努力就行了”。我又重新去上课了，对吉他也产生了极大的兴趣。

The mother and the teacher can learn something else in that? The teacher said to me: "you want to learn what ah!" I said: "guitar". My mom helped me signed up. I dont want to go to the first few lessons, but mother encouraged me to say: "dont give up, to do it". I have to go to class, but also had a great interest in the guitar.

我总结了一下，学架子鼓要有激情，学吉他要有耐心。学了这两种乐器，我对音乐有了极大的兴趣，以后也想当个音乐家。

I summed up the drum with passion, patience to learn how to play the guitar. Study of these two kinds of musical instruments, I have a great interest in music, later wants to be a musician.

The first day of high school life, I have some thoughts and feelings. The passage of time can always give people some special things.

在高中生活的第一天，我有一些想法和感受。随着时间的推移总是可以给人一些特别的东西。

In the new environment, I feel a bit excited. Be able to recognize the new students and teachers is my greatest gains. In the next three years, we will learn、work and progress together to make our dreams come true. I will have new friends, and share the joy and sadness with them. The process of learning is also a growing process.

在新的环境，我感到有点兴奋。能够识别新的学生和教师是我最大的收获。在未来3年，我们将共同学习，工作，进步，使我们的梦想成真。我也会有新朋友，并分享他们的喜悦和悲伤。学习也是一个成长的过程。

Similarly, I will also face many difficulties. I might have difficulties in learning and getting along with classmates , bearing some pressure in life. However, I will get stronger and get through every step of high school three years.

同样，我也将面临许多困难。我可能有学习困难和获得与同学一起，结出了一些在生活中的压力。不过，我会坚强地度过高中三年的每一步。

Another new term comes again,so I should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,I descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which I didnt know it clearly. From joozone.Com.

I’m a student of Huayang No. 1 Middle School. In front of our school gate is a street, on both sides of which are many shops and restaurants. Every day during rush hour, especially at noon, stalls selling everyday goods and food appear on the street, which makes it terriblycrowded. First, cars and passersby have difficulty in passing through the street. Thus it makes it dangerous for the students to go in or out of school. Secondly, the street is made dirty with so many plastic bags and waste water everywhere.

A school, in my opinion, should be a place with clean and quiet surroundings. So I do hope some measures should be taken to improve the situation.

It is well-known that smoke is bad for our health. But there are still many

people addicted to it and find it hard to quit. It is a problem make many people

confused. For this, I have some suggestions. Firstly, you have to aware the

disadvantages of smoke. If you don’t aware this, you won’t have the mind to do

it. Then what you need is a strong mind. There is a saying,” Nothing in the

world is difficult for one who sets his mind on it.” So, a strong mind is

important.

What’s more, I have warm tips. If you really want to smoke, you can

have a chew gum instead of smoke. After a while, your desire to smoke will be

fade away gradually. Last, give yourself some awards. When you find yourself

make some progress, you can give yourself some awards. It is good. Hope you can

give up smoke successfully.

The new term is coming.I am excited..I will be in eight grade next term.

I will be more hard-studying in next term.And I will pay more attention to study math and physics.In order to be more and more healthy and strong.I will do more exercise next term.In the new term,I will know more focus of the world because I will read more newspaper.

I hope the new term will come sooner.

After forty days, new term is going to come, I am going to the playground and I am going to meet my classmates, I am going to meet my new teacher yet. There is going to be many new books in the library .I like and I think, going to our new classroom.
